The Staff is knowledgeable of the products and services they sell / offer. We have purchased appliances from them and always a pleasant experience from shopping to delivery. Their security services are top notch as well.

Service is excellent. We needed a black stainless in an oddball size in a hurry. They delivered within a few days. It arrived with a scratch and a dent from shipping. They replaced the damages door with a new one. Spichers aren’t the cheapest, but you will absolutely get first rate service and good quality brand name appliances with free delivery and installation.

Probably a great place if you dont have any problems with what you purchased. However if you have a problem, the absolute worst customer service. Ill personally never purchase anything from them again. And the smug sales manager should thank God all our interactions were over the phone. Otherwise Id be in jail today not writing this.

Doug is fantastic! I work for a local restoration company that recently moved into a new office/ warehouse space and we were in need of a refrigerator for our break area! The space for the refrigerator was an uncommon size, but Doug had no issues finding one for us! It was delivered quickly and the delivery guys were so nice! Because of this great experience for personal needs, we will now be using them for/ referring them to homeowners that we work with!

Two delivery men called about 15 minutes before arriving. They asked about how where and how we wanted the appliance installed. They were efficient and had the appliance installed as per our request. They made sure that any questions were asked before they left.

Spichers are a very friendly store and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you are treated right! We were there several months ago and they informed us if we didn’t need our washer immediately they would be quite discounted in November! We went back and purchased one then! I will definitely be going back there for future needs!
