At first everything went smoothly. Then it took 2 weeks to receive order. Had to call a flat bed delivery guy to pick up order (extra 200$) and bring a trailer of my own. We loaded the materials only to find out there was a whole stack of standing seam panels not loaded. Over 200 pieces to count by hand so its easy to overlook things but take the time to double check everything! Dont let then rush you out. There was also 2 drip edges missing. The guy that does calculating and my roofer underestimated the panels and gutters so I had to make a second order and delivery. The owner was willing to work with me and Im mostly pleased with the service but you really have to do alot of the work to make sure. But the price and quality of products were good. Except the gutters dont have an extra bend to hold the clips so everything has to be pre drilled and screwed together. The clips also have to be pre drilled. They have room to grow but are still providing a good service

Tried to get them to quote some material for almost a month. Wont respond to email and told me over the phone that they would have it to me over a week ago. Poor Customer service.

Terrible customer service inside. The lady at the desk was extremely was acting like we were bothering her and had an attitude. Also the man seated behind her was acting the same way. I dont understand why people who have to act like that when there is no reason. The guys in the back were very nice and extremely helpful.

Despite English is being my second language, these folks totally understand my orders and deliver in timely fashion every time I order their products. Best price for a quality material in town!

These people do not even know the products they carry. They just say anything to get you off the phone then you drive all the way out there and they do not have what they told you they have. Very disrespectful of other peoples time
