Its a big store with very little in it looks nice on the inside but the lack of merchandise and sizes of apparel really disappointed

Awesome employees and they are so helpful

This store has evolved a lot over the years. In general theyre doing a great job of keeping the store clean and keeping track of maximum capacity. I was asked almost too many times though if I was aware there was a sale going on in the store and when I got to the checkout I was asked whom I spoke with. I responded by saying I wasnt sure. The cashier proceeded by saying well what did they look like. I wasnt comfortable answering that question andbi responded instead, I believe everyone here assisted me. That seemed to placate the cashier. The merch is fun the store is a great hot topic...but being grilled over whether or not and by whom I was assisted felt a bit akward.

The Cerritos hot topic employees go above and beyond. I had a large return exchange and was helped with no issue or problems. At all times all the employees there had a smile and a genuine great attitude. They all get a 10 score all the way sr

Love, love this store. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They have a great verity of clothing and accessories and I think anyone can find something they like. I love the music there always playing and my NuGoth style is always satisfied. I know I love this place too much perhaps because half my closets clothes is from Hottopic lol and I even enjoy having my favorite pieces on display in my room. Oh and not too mention that they are constantly having discounts and sales, I can always find something at my price range for the day.

Great store to partially fulfill your inner darkness. Can soothe minor desires, but sometimes leaves you craving for more. One minor issue I have with these stores is the sizes.I always have to buy 1 size larger to guarantee a proper fit.The XL usually tends to fit as a L size (at least for the womens style).They usually have different types of sales like the buy two pairs, get two free.I love it because I can get 4 things for the price of 2!!!

Ryan is amazing. He is the definition of A Welcoming Manager. Ask for Ryan for any help or questions you have. He is true through and through. Also all the other staff are great at customer service. Except for one. She knows who she is. But other than her, her team makes up for what she lacks.

The boy working the counter on November 4 after 5pm was too involved in his conversation to help us with the jewelry section. We tried to get his attention more than 3 times, but were ignored. Never coming here again.

GOODWILL had a $2 clothing sale for last Friday & Saturday. That was awesome. I got 5 nice dress trousers, & a long sleeve shirt. My wife got 4 dresses. It was a great bargain.

Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. The only issue is, the line system. Sometimes people are waiting in the line zone and then other people get to go firt. But other than that, I recommend this place.

Love this store, always have good finds. Stuff thats new and old classic things.

T shirt store

Its not a bad store I love that theres a lot of Harry Potter stuff what I dont like is how overly crowded it can get especially since I dont feel that the space is big enough for the amount of products they offer also it could do them some good to stalk up on things like sweaters as soon as they run out because half the time I cant find what Im looking for in there and it usually has to do with them being sold out.

Had a great time in line and when they open it was worth the wait.

I got it at the rock store at the mall??? Just does not feel right shopping at an over priced store at the mall for band shirts! Im sure none of the bands they promote make any kind of money off of this store. Now if i could only get my 12 year old daughter to stop shopping here i will never have to stop in again. 1 star goes to customer service but -4 stars go to quality, price, how fake this store is, and ruining one of the worlds greatest cultures!P.s. this is not Rock & Roll !!!

The hot topics in the mid west is a dark version of a Disney store. They are a disappointment.This one rocks. A great variety of music style and culture. A+ To Lakewood and Cerritos Mall

Terrible customer service, walked in without a hello or anything was looking at jewelry and no one wanted to help. Saw a pair I liked in the case theyve been sold out online for weeks. Went to ask an employee for help and they moved to the back to continue their conversation. Im like Can we please get some help? Left and went to spencers. They helped us.

Great selection of T-shirts of all types of characters if your looking for themed ones

Decent store with tons of pop culture merchandise. I was pleasently surprised at the variety of tshirts that were available. Sadly, they were extremely limited in stock. The shirt sizes were very extreme, either XXL or small.

The employee at the door, I wish I could remember her name, was very friendly, helpful and informative.

Its a good store that has a ton of things and help with some Christmas shopping

Not one to let $5 in credit go to waste, I visited my local Los Cerritos Center to see what my free money could get me.The store is divided into mens merchandise on the right & womens on the left. All the latest pop trends are covered. Were talking video games, anime, movies, music & more. Prices seem to be more competitive than the 2 other stores similar to Hot Topic in the mall.Ive been getting into New Japan Pro Wrestling ever since Dave Meltzer gave the Okada vs. Omega match at Wrestle Kingdom 11 6 out of 5 stars, and I found out Hot Topic now carries NJPW shirts, starting with Bullet Club related shirts & introducing more, such as Los Ingobernables de Japon, as the apparel line becomes more successful. Browsing to see the availability of The Cleaner Kenny Omega shirts, who happens to be my favorite wrestler, I was perturbed to see none available. Still with $5 in credit, I combed the store to find that special gift for myself.Urethra, I have found it! Oops, I mean, Eureka, I have found it! Behold, Mjolnir in all her glory. Whoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of.......Rick Moranis j/k. Thor! Being a comic book geek, Spider-Man, Hulk & Thor were my fav superheroes, so when I saw Mjolnir keychains, I knew I found the perfect gift to spend the $5 on. I now prominently display my own personal Mjolnir next to my Samuel Adams bottle opener, CPR mouth shield & flashlight on my keychain lanyard. So, dont mess with me, our Ill fry you by shooting lightning bolts from my hammer. By the bristling beard of Odin! ;pService was good. The staff were courteous in asking if I needed any assistance. When I was being rung up, the cashier wished me a happy birthday as I left, which was a nice touch. Hot Topic is located between Forever 21 & food court.Another birthday perk redeemed! Hot Topic has some novel merchandise & better prices than stores of the same ilk. Im quite happy I was found worthy enough to carry Mjolnir everywhere I go, and hopefully, Ill be sporting a Kenny Omega shirt soon enough.Highly recommend!
