Had a very pleasant experience on getting my new Q50 from Nate and Darin. They were upfront and honest to me from the beginning which I really appreciated and provided excellent customer service. I love my new Q50 and glad I drove the extra miles out of my way to deal with this particular dealership. In 2019, I bought a new QX50 at another Infiniti dealer. At 10,000 miles, the brakes began to squeak. I took it to Cerritos. The first service tech I dealt with was rude and blamed me for my driving habits, but he said they fixed it. A few days later, the squeak was back. I then dealt with Arcee who was great and really tried to help, but the car was a lemon when it came to the brakes. It was difficult to take the car into Cerritos, because I live over 60 miles away. The reason for this negative review is because of the very inconsiderate treatment I got two days ago. In addition to the brakes, I was getting other noises that needed attention and again driving over 60 miles for a scheduled appointment service -- I was turned away. “We won’t cover the brakes and I don’t have enough time on a Saturday to diagnose noise issues. No, the service manager is not here, either.”

5 stars, if I could give 6 I would. Couple months ago I came here and purchased my 2017 q50 red sport with Jesus. First off, his customer service was excellent he was helpful, very nice and outgoing. Now to talk about the service department, they are outstanding and go above and beyond to keep your car in tip top shape. Customer service is 5/5 stars. Ive had my Infiniti for a little over a year now and always get friendly, patient Service Advisors. My last appointment with Arcee was great! I called at the end of January for a tire replacement inquiry and he told me about the special that was coming up in February, went over all of my pricing options and answered all my questions very patiently. He said he would follow up with a call in February and he did, which is not always the case so I really appreciated it. Thank you!

We spent 6 hours searching the Cerritos Auto Square dealerships and test drove many makes and models that I was interested in. This is the same place where I get my 05 G35 serviced, and when it came time to buy the wife an SUV, I ended up purchasing through Cerritos Infiniti. I have purchased a few cars in my time, but the best experience so far was with Jimmy Zayas, he was straightforward, honest and walked me through the whole process, and dealing with Finance was smooth and quick. Long story long, went in for my partial 90k service. Worked with Hans and he was great. Got my battery checked and was good to go. ONE WEEK LATER my battery completely dies. I went to South Bay Infiniti to change the battery since cerritos is moving lots and wasnt taking drop offs. South Bay found other things wrong and recommended that cerritos didnt catch. I go back to cerritos, John says batteries can be good one minute and bad the next, which Ive NEVER HEARD OF. Then he and the assistant service manager look under the hood and say that they DO SEE SOMETHING that SHOULD HAVE been brought to my attention at least but WASNT AT ALL. The inspection WAS NOT THORUGH and I was, in a way, shooed off after coming back to cerritos. John offered to reinspect my car but his ATTITUDE suggested that it would be rushed through AGAIN. Yes, he was nice, but he was also nonchalant and tried to deflect from his teams mishap and focus on what was done right instead of areas of improvement. I definitely dont trust their tech or customer service anymore. Not even a comp for the inconvenience. Definitely will be changing dealerships.

I would be remiss, if I didn’t write a review regarding my overall experience: I received an email informing me that I was overdue for service. I made an appointment for the very next day. I was really looking forward to seeing John my service advisor, due to the covid-19 (pandemic,) I just wanted to make sure he was good :). I was a little taken aback, when I was told he had scheduled a day off :(. I was a little hesitant, at first to trust anyone other than John.Edwin Rivas provided me with excellent service. After I expressed my concerns regarding my vehicle, he went to check my service history. He was so thorough when discussing the required service. I was so impressed with that young man. I kept saying to myself, “ His mom did a great job, and I know she’s proud of him.” Edwin kept me informed with texting me, walking back and forth to the lounge area, explaining the importance on certain parts. My fiancé and I leased a 2020 QX60 from here yesterday. It was my first time entering into a relationship with a dealership and car maker. I loved every minute of it. They took more than 1 month to repair doorlock on my 2019 QX50. Arcee told me to come pick up my car last night and when i got there noone couldnt find where my key is so i had to drive back to my work . wasted almost 2 fkin hours last night Arcee saying he had my key on the desk last night but that was lie . TWO of the sale rep tried to find my paper works or key but They couldnt find anything for 30 minutes. this should be corrected your service department is fxxked up. Never coming back here

Update 10/6/20: Service department - The supervisor Justin went above and beyond. I had a small issue with my vehicle and he provide an amazing customer service. Resolved the issue in less than an hour. Thank you.This is my second lease with Infiniti Cerritos. Since day 1 they offer an amazing customer service in every department in the dealer. My sales rep was Victor, he was really helpful during the search and negotiation of my second infiniti car. John in finance explained the contract and answer all my questions. As soon as me and my Husband pulled up to the building, we were greeted by David Gentry (DJ).He immediately answered all of our questions HONESTLY and gave his personal opinions on what he thought would help us. We weren’t sure if we were going to make a decision to purchase within that week but D.J. was so helpful that we came back on Sunday for a test drive and purchased a 2019 Q5O. Not too happy with my experience. The sales guy was very nice and helpful and so was John who helped me with finances. I purchase a certified used Q50 on Tuesday , did all the paperwork, but I left the car at the dealer due to getting the car detailed and then fixing a few things on the car that I requested. They told me that by Wednesday afternoon I would be able to pick my car up. Wednesday came , and I didn’t get a follow up in regards my car. So I called personally and none of questions were answered. I called today which is Thursday and I was transferred to service and was told that my car was still being worked on and should be ready by Friday evening. A bit frustrating, I know what I requested to be changed on the car would take time but don’t promise a customer something if you aren’t able to fulfill it.

Edwin always takes great care of me and my vehicle. I have been taking my car here for 4 years and never had a bad experience. I made a big mistake of taking my vehicle to Buena Park Nissan for minor service and realized how spoiled I am by Cerritos infiniti. These guys really know customer service!!! From drop off to updates on progress on service and recommended preventive maintenance. Of course they need to up sell you on other services but they never pressure you. Worst experience ever at the service department seeking to get a part returned because when they fixed my vehicle and they didn’t put it back. Despite all the proof (photos) I had and despite the contact I had made with Bruce, he insisted on charging me for a part that the dealer had not put back in it’s place. I brought my Q50 in for its 15,000 miles service. I bought my car at a different dealer but this location is closer to home. I made my appointment on-line and was able to reserve a rental vehicle. From the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my car, I was impressed with the service provided by Edwin Rivas.Edwin took care of my initial maintenance requests and he also addressed some of the items covered under the warranty. He kept me informed and even texted me to keep me updated. His great sense of humor, his patience and dedication are impeccable. I can honestly say he is a good man. I worked with Adam Ferris when I bought a G37 back in August, he was the best. Everything was explained clearly and with expertise. I forgot my checkbook and they said they could work around it, I just had to mail a check later (I live in SF) and it was fine.Also I had to return a rental car at Long Beach Airport and Adam offered to see if he could pick me up from the airport and drive me back to the dealer. Top notch customer service, Cerritos Infiniti and Adam Ferris were great. Definitely give them a look. And obviously I like Infiniti too!

I have been loyal to the Infiniti brand since 1997. Whereas, I would always go to Cerritos for service, I never went there to purchase my vehicles. I live in Compton, and I always traveled to Mission Viejo (MV) where I thought I could get the better deal. Not anymore. I just leased a 2020 QX60 from Cerritos and I got the best deal ever. How do I know, I went to MV, Kia for the Telluride, and final destination Cerritos where Richard and Byron not only treated me like royalty they really did give me a good deal. Hello, my best friends mom just purchased a vehicle from this dealership about 3 months ago and she noticed about a month ago that her navigation started acting up and it kept freezing up on her. So she brought it back into the dealership so they could fix it, and it wasn’t just the navigation, it’s the radio and the phone and basically everything electronical would freeze up on her. They ended up keeping her car for a little over a month now because they can’t fix, and I guess their own company built the navigation too...but anyways, now they want her to pick up her vehicle because they don’t know how to fix it. So if you ask me, I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from them because they can’t even fix her problem and their just giving up...

Cerritos Infiniti has definitely topped my expectations. Matt C. and Jesus V. were the ones that eventually took over my car buying experience. Of course, there were other salesmen that helped out by having me test drive cars and giving me other options on cars when I didnt end up liking the car that I originally wanted. The overall experience was good from the service department always ready to provide excellent service. However, while getting my car serviced I received an appraisal on my car which was awesome. My former salesman was promoted to a new position and still came out to help me. My Finance Manager John is great. Although I was getting my car serviced I was going to upgrade my 2017 to a 2019. However, I had the worse car buying experience with General Sales Manager Joe Rodriguez, he was Very RUDE and VERY SARCASTIC I went to the restroom and came back he had left me to start helping our car customers and never spoke with me again and kept sending the young salesman to assist me. I had some identity theft issues in the past and Rodriguez never called me back to tell me anything about my deal. With all that being said I will remain a service customer for my car, but I will never consider purchasing a new vehicle as long as Joe Rodriguez is General Sales Manager.

I stopped by the Cerritos Infiniti just to walk the lot and quickly take a look at a couple of models my husband and I were interested in. As soon as I walked in the door, Gabrielle was approaching with a nice warm smile and greeted me. I usually avoid car salespeople until I know we are really serious about a car, but she was the perfect salesperson for me. She showed me the cars that I was interested in explaining all the many features, and before I knew it I was wanting to do a test drive too. Gabrielle was very helpful through the whole process, answering all our questions that came up, but never being pushy. We ended up buying the JX35! I had previously owned an Infiniti and knew it to be a great car, and we are now pleased to have purchased another with Gabrielles help at the Cerritos dealership. I would encourage anyone to go to Cerritos Infiniti for the cars and the way they handle their customers. Thank you Gabrielle for everything you did to make this such a pleasant experience!

Recently I was working with Cerritos Infiniti over the phone and online considering I’m a 5 hour drive away. I found the car I wanted at this dealership and negotiated the price and came to an agreement.After that they requested to run my credit which I agreed to since I knew this was the car I wanted. I requested the day off from work and had a friend do the same to drive me out there only to find out while we’re on the road that they had sold the car earlier that morning...I was told the car was sold to me and it would be detailed and ready for pickup the next day in the afternoon. Wow. I sent a request for pricing and Sid responded right away. I was not even sure I was going to get the Q60 but he made the decision easier. From the start I got concise and honest emails with just the info I needed. Never pushy or aggressive. He was able to find me the car with the options I wanted at a killer price and had it all ready when I arrived all the way from San Diego. The process was quick and he was always respectful of our time. This is probably one of the easiest and most relaxed new car buying experience I ever had. If you need an Infiniti make sure you ask for Sid Karmokar.

The sales person was nice but definitely NOT well trained. He provided incorrect information, and forgot signatures on several documents. I was there for 5 hours and I only test drove to cars before deciding what to buy, and they werent busy. They told me it would be hard to finance me due to my FICO score. MY FICO IS 780 AND 20% DTI! Then I sat for an hour while they tried to sell me additional insurance even though I told them NO multiple times. After all was done, they still forgot signatures on forms AND they ran my credit 9TIMES! They ENSURED me they would only do one inquiry. DO NOT GO HERE!

I recently bought an Infiniti Q50 that was used. I also bought the bumper-to-bumper 100,000-mile warranty to go along with it. I then noticed that the tail light had a crack (we havent driven It for more than 20 miles), so we took it back thinking that they would switch it out without question. But, they assumed that we caused it and proceeded to deny us the repair. Now the crack is causing the tail light to produce water droplets. I would understand that they denied us the repair if it was New, but it is used so the car cant be perfect off the lot. So they are now charging me $850 for a sub $200 part and labor that would take 10 minutes. Infiniti is a GREAT company, BUT the people of Cerritos Infiniti provide bad service. NOTE: When buying the car from the manager himself, He had to get the broker out to Do the math for we were doing the math a lot faster than he was and he got confused. Im in love with the Q50... but when a company cannot provide adequate service, they do not deserve a great review. Infiniti (company) does get a 5star.

I went to this dealership twice, once while I was visiting several dealerships to test drive their vehicles, and the second time to actually purchase the Infiniti G37. Both times I had Sang Cho to walk me through the traits and benefits of each vehicle, and he was very helpful. During the test drive, he clearly explained the functions of the car as well as available pricing plans. Unlike some of the other salesmen in the other dealerships I went to, he told us everything we wanted to know about the vehicle without being overly talkative, allowing me time and concentration to get used to the car. While we were making the deal, he was very patient as my parents and I kept going back-and-forth in Cantonese, talking about whether we want it or dont want it and what prices we would be satisfied with. Overall highly recommended.

Had a 10:00 a.m. appointment to purchase my lease, waited 2 hours to see the finance department, and still not complete with all the paperwork! I had to leave and hopefully I can come back another day to finish the process and I drove all the way from Rancho Cucamonga to make things worse!Have to give them credit for striving to make up for the initial negative customer service! They did end up sending the salesperson all the way to my home later that evening, to sign, and seal the deal on my auto purchase...thank you for your efforts and much appreciation to your business for that!

Recently leased a new vehicle at Cerritos Infiniti. Cerritos is the fourth So Cal Infiniti dealership that Ive worked with over the last 10 years. This transaction was the easiest and smoothest of the four. In and out of the dealership in 3 hours (including taking 4 test drives and a tour of inventory to pick the specific car that I wanted). Matt Cossentino was the salesrep who assisted me - nothing but praise for Matt.
