I used this storage facility for their parking area. Like that everyone has their own code to get in and out. Signing lease agreement was easy. One of the clerks even came out to help me verify that I had correct parking spot. I only gave 4 stars because the bell at the gate to call into office wasnt working and I had to get let in by someone else which Im grateful for but its a safety issue. But I let them know and hopefully it gets resolved. Lot is very clean and I feel my property will be secure there. Would recommend using this facility.

I had my stuff in there for 3 months when I went back to everything in my storage was gone and a few things left were broken very bad serviced .

Good storage place. Never had any issues. Lots of cameras everywhere. Had to let them go because the jacked the rent up like 3 times in a yr and a half. I had a pretty small unit and wasnt goin to pay almost 75 for it each month. Good people though

Was a cool place until I was a couple months late and they were gonna auction off my stuff .said there trying to help me get my stuff back but charged me 100$ cause of an oil stain that they wouldnt let me clean myself. Wouldnt recommend this place to anybody .Im not satisfying my bill .I moved completely out.go ahead and keep the lock I bought off you dirtbags

BY FAR THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! After years with Public Storage and switching to Extra Space I cannot be more happier! The lady is very well mannered and polite. Also I am very impressed with the low prices! If there was 10 stars this would be IT!

Not had much experience with storage places, however SecureCare is awesome. Extremely clean and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to work with you to find the best deal that will meet your needs.

Clean and helpful staff. The gates are accessible from 6 AM to 10 PM with lots of security cameras in the facility.

Great place and the people do a great job here. They check are storage and found that our door wasnt locked properly give us a call immediately and show us how to do it. I wood recommend the storage to all my friends.

Love this storage unit (used to be called Extra space)! We have used this storage unit multiple times over the last few years and are so happy with their prices and facility. Very clean and friendly. I wont go anywhere else!

Service is good

Ive been a customer here for years. The ladies were always nice and then Joanna came and took over about a year ago and she has horrible customer service. Do not come here and expect her to help you or be nice. She is very rude and I would not recommend anyone to come here ever as long as Joanna is here.

Update since reply: unfortunately reading the response I now know they lie in them. Just another reason not to do business with securcare self storage on mitchell rd unless you want to be taken advantage of. previous review: clean but unfortunately the manager is a crook. They have you sign paperwork and hand over cash then change rules on you and hold on to your money with no way to protect yourself without taking them to court. until management is changed i would chance handing them a dime.

Very poor space management as to placement of rvs and size was paying for a pull though I couldnt pull through, I vacated my spot not paying for premium spot I can get to.
