Friendly staff, clean store. They rearranged things but its better, easy access to items

No public restroom. Kinda expensive. Not the friendliest cashier. The staff not on resgister are super helpful.

I used to shop here all the time till the lady at the register start ripping me off thats a come I dont go here anymore I used to go here all the time till a certain lady no name is mentioned decided to start ripping me off at the register they got a lot of neat stuff there though.

I’d say 4 1/2 stars. Once in a while I find a store worker not very helpful. They have so many small an large items that’s hard to find anywhere else. Most of them know what they’re talking about. Very helpful to find something for you although you may have to wait a few minutes. I don’t mind cause I usually need the help.

I went there for my home Key duplication TWICE and it still didn’t open my door, too tired to go back they can’t have my $3.00 lol everyone there didn’t feel like being there 🤷🏽‍♂️ But overall the key cutter guy and lady were cool to me

Always love going to a ACE hardware store. They usually have to hard to find items you can find at larger stores. And you can find help without walking the whole to find someone.

I like comming into this store. Most all of the employees that I have dealt with are super friendly and helpful. This store has almost everything youd be looking for, for minor home repairs, paint, gardening and so much more.

On April 15, 2020 at 5:25 pm I called to find out if they had a specific item in stock and the price. Well the rude male, who answered the phone had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS at all! He rudely told me that he didnt know the price off the top of his head! I mean who says that? He just wanted to hang up. He should have put me on hold to find someone else to help me.

Great local hardware store. I often find exact matches for spare parts here that I cannot find at the big box places. The prices arent always the lowest but its often worth a few extra bucks if I dont have to burn a couple of gallons of gas and an hour or more driving to the next town. They recently remodeled their checkout area and stocked it with a lot of interesting, and even offbeat, items.

Had the pump I was looking for and the help was incredible, I walked in the door and took me directly to the product I was looking for.

It has alot of items that the big box stores dont have. Their merchandise is good quality and its locally owned and operated. Very clean and very well organized store

Fantastic customer service. You might pay a little more but sometimes its well worth it compared to trying to get help at those other warehouse places. Friendly cashiers and free popcorn on a daily to boot! Clean store and great selection.

Even though they ask if I can help you I get the hurry up and get out vibe. Even got one of the ladies to roll her eyes.

I am always greeted when walking in and the employees are friendly and helpful! A much better shopping experience than Home Depot or Lowes where your business is not appreciated!! Shop local and support people that do care about you!!

I guess store hours are only suggestions. I came from modesto and did get there 10 mins to closing to find the doors ALREADY locked. I knew what I needed and could have been in and out before 6. Anyways the exit door was opened and I opened it and asked the employee if they were already closed before 6. She rudely yelled at me they were already closed. Since the doors were already locked when I got there, maybe they should post the times of closing 15mins or whenever they are going to stop letting people come in. Funny thing was I wasnt the only one that thought this was ridiculous. Another customer behind me felt the same way and then a customer that exited the store said I cant believe they locked the doors already

Im usually very satisfied with the service I receive inside the store, but this is the second time Ive been in the post office and the same woman acts like she doesnt really want to be there or really want to wait on me. I paid $6 less than she wanted to charge me at the post office. I miss the other lady who used to run the post office.

Was a good local hardware store. Now the is no help to find items and people just walking around trying to find stuff on their own. To me it seems they are cutting back on staff

Richland Ace hardware store, its a good store to find most everything to fix just about anything. Garden products and everything for Christmas. The associates are friendly and very helpful 😁💖🤗

My daughters are 8 and 3 and we love this place ...they’re always so friendly and helpful. Everything we go they take the time to talk to the girls and include them in her Shopping experience ...also Saturday’s they give them free popcorn 🤗 they are a little pricier then Home Depot or other bigger stores , but the customer service , short lines , and friendly attitudes is more important to me...I usually hate hardware stores but I actually enjoy going to this one ..thanks to all the employees who are always so kind to my little girls and I :)

Very courteous. They did not have the item in stock The guy at the register called around to the other stores looking for a the item, even though the stores are not all owned by the same person.

Great staff great small town atmosphere

NO BARS, lost all your stars. Better off having Walmart cut your keys, lady who cut my keys had no customer service skills. The heavy set old lady refused to use the manual key cutter. All my keys cut with their new box didnt work. Never had an issue with the old machine but they get a new one and start acting like the old ones broken, news flash I just watched someone else use it then its magically out of calibration. Made me stand around for half an hour just to have to go back tomorrow. I knew the new lady was messing up my keys but she had the I already know that sir attitude so I figured I would let her boss who checked on her twice handle it, they both failed the test or passed with an F depending on your perspective.

They always have what you need for last minute fixes.
