Good place to visit workers are pleasant and theyre very helpful to their customers

Good place to get phone and service. Staff was nice and friendly. Got 5 phones. Cricket service around the areas that I go isnt so great but it works.

We had some major issues trying to Port over from Straight Talk, so we decided to head into the local Cricket store for some help in the process. They sat us down, explained everything as they were working, and were very patient with our myriad questions. They made the process relatively easy and we very much appreciated their assistance.

Worst customer service ever, the employees rather be on a personal phone call looking for a roommate, and taking care of their kids in the store then attend to the customers. I plan on switching to another phone company that will actually care for the customers and their concerns. My phone has been acting up and I have not been receiving any notifications.I checked the settings and everything was good, the lady checked too and she agreed it was set up right. When I asked the lady working there what could be causing this issue her response was that is weird, Im not sure why this is happing they cannot offer an explanation as to why this keeps happening. I am missing important phone calls/alerts and they still expect me to pay a $25 activation fee for a new phone. I understand the process of the activation fee but if my phone has not been working properly, same issue keeps happening and the employees dont have an explanation then they should at least waive the activation fee for the new phone I was interested in buying.

The staff I consulted was very kind and nice. I got the good phone case.

Store has very little variety . Associate was on phone speaking Hispanic didnt care if a customer was in the store and may need help. Other associate Sarah came to help and sold me two iphones.

Friendliest associates ever seen at a retail store

No stars. Sales clerk skimmed my wifes credit card and used it for online purchases. Police report filed.

Hopefully they will update there smartphone display with the latest models.
