Helpful friendly people ,great prices

The owner tried ripping me off on a circuit breaker. Tried charging me 38 dollars for a 14.99 Siemens 20/20 circuit breaker saying it was in wrong spot but even the sticker on the hanger also said 14.99 wish I could post the pics. Posted pic of tag and item finally,, recommend never to do business at that store in Centralia Illinois. Not sure if the guy was owner or not but said that he was. I told him I would be talking to someone at the Carlyle location which he replied he owned it also. Which I find that location and employees to be very professional

In the middle of a deck job, I notice that almost every single one of my deck planks were split on the ends. When I called about this, I was told that they have no control of the quality of their lumber coming off the truck. Absolutely ridiculous. I was also given the wrong size fascia board. To top it off, my 4x4 posts were at least 3 to 4 inches out of line. Overall, the quality of service and the materials I ordered was horrible. If you plan on doing a job and you want it to look good, I would definitely not use any of their lumber.
