Great Body shop. They have always treated my family fair and honest. I would never consider taking my cars to any other shop in town. Im sure the other shops would do me fair. But for me they are the best and treated my family and I very well. They are not personal friends or related to me in any way. that is not why I recommend them. Its because they are the best at what they do and they treat people right.

My son swerved to miss a deer scraped the whole passenger side on a guard rail , they fixed it like new in about a week. No complaints, the staff was friendly, kind & considerate, price was really fair, $ 1950.00 to get the entire right side looking like brand new on my sons G6. Great job!! :)

Over several years of having my cars repaired at Centralia Collision. I have no complaints but lots of compliments. When dropping off my car I would get assistance in returning. When I get an estimate they would tell me when the part was in if my car was operable . The complimentary details is something to talk about because it is showroom excellence. Ive been to quite a few auto body shops in my time but Centralia Collision Center they went far beyond what was to be expected they definitely went the extra mile very affordable very great quality of work

I have to say, as many vehicles in that have come through this place in my family, I was very displeased with this places service. First, my bumper was put on crooked and I had to go back and have them attempt to straighten it and its still not straight, they want me to come and leave my truck another half day to fix their issue. Then they lost a part to my truck (Inside wheel well cover) that was taken off and it didnt even pertain to the damage that needed fixed. WHY it was taken off? I dont know. Then, they didnt even offer to pay for the new piece that THEY lost. So with missing my wheel well cover and not knowing it, my alternator was exposed to all water on the road when it rains. Ruined my alternator, thank God it was covered under warranty (though the labor wasnt). Crap service all around, quite unprofessional. Would not EVER recommend them to anyone!
