I bought a really nice used stove for a decent price, and everything worked just fine, even the CLOCK! I checked it with an over thermometer to see if I would need to adjust the temps for baking, and all the temperatures I set it at were right on the money. Almost a year later, its still going great. Also, he delivered it to Rochester, and he took the old decrepit one away for me, with no extra changes. I would highly recommend this business.

Times were dire, clothes were stinky. I only had enough underwear left to survive the night. But then this place offered a chance, a hope, for better future. It offered a next day delivery of what I needed most in my time of need. For that... I give it 5 stars.

He brought a washer. It didnt work. He broke a window pain on my door hauling it out, went and fixed it and brought it back, it still didnt work, then he flooded my laundry room hauling it out again and called Eubanks to pay for just the glass so now Im installing it myself. Talk about bad business. If I had broken a window, flooded a laundry room and been unable to produce a working machine I would have at least payed for the glass to be installed. Hes lost business with our entire company!

This repair shop is a unique place!!! The staff: Ed Nilsen, J.J. Rouska, and office assistant, Mindy Ferguson are very friendly and always go above and beyond to help those in need. They are very community involved and have a unique hometown charm!!!! They are willing to do whatever is necessary to go that extra mile to help accommodate their customers!!! When they say Dont judge a book by its cover, it applies here. The shop may throw you off at first because it is a greasy disheveled repair shop where things are torn down to be better built. So, it is not the cleanest or organized place on the block, but if your goal is to obtain a good running washer, dryer, dishwasher, or fridge, with a 60 day warranty: Then Nilsens Appliance Store is the place you need to go. Now in the process of relocating to the home office temporarily, until the new shop is ready.

I enjoy just looking around and seeing what they had for sale. Very friendly people ~

They have very reasonable prices, you dont even have to go into a store, as they can do it all mobile over the phone or internet, very knowledgeable, and super helpful when it comes to questions about related issues.
