The Dollar Store here in Central Point is a pretty good place to shop.The selection of items you can expect to find is all here. And the store is fairly clean. And friendly cashiers.A good place to spend some dollars!

Great store and I shop here oftenA bit upsetting that they cant seem to get their hours posted properlyStates they close at 9pmYet Ive gone to the store many a times between 830 and 845 just to grab a quick single item And their doors have been locked and open sign shut offWith nothing posted on their doors stating a change in hours nor an update on website to state a change in hours. Love the place, just wish they could get their hours straight for the customers that do indeed frequent here.

I was in your Central Point store this morning 8/12/20 and I really wish I had the name of your cashier/young lady that helped me so she could get the kudos for outstanding customer service. All the check stands were out of the energy drinks that my husband needed. I mentioned to her that I would have to go to the other Dollar Tree stores, so the cashier didnt have any customers in line and went out of her way to locate the box that hadnt been unpacked yet. I think she even had to go check in the back and I needed a whole box of 12 bottles.Thank you sweet thoughtful lady you saved me lots of time.Bless your heartDarlene Vincent

Two cards for a dollar, birthday, sympathy, events thats where to go. They are read once and tossed, so...and ballons for a buck. Youre not shopping there for quality but you cant beat the price.

I was in the valley last weekend and went to this store, stood in line patiently like everyone else in the store, she finishes with the guy ahead of me and then the phone rings, clerk answers it Id a personal call. She didnt ask them to hold on, didnt ask me if I found every thing or if I wanted a bag; just carried on with her call. Apparently she is an assistant manager. Ana is her name. She kept looking at me through out her call; but there was something that she didnt know bout me; I speak Spanish. Other than that I think that ve been happy with my visits to the store in Central Point

Its the dollar store so what can you say? Pretty much the cheapest possible product at the cheapest possible price. But great for the kids if youre going to give them senseless

For little things this is a great store. However it always cost me more than i expected

First time Ive ever had someone so ride to me here. I didnt get a receipt so I didnt get a name but it was on 2/13/2020 at around 8:38pm register 1. She didnt even acknowledge new customers coming to her register and when it was my turn she doesnt even say anything to me. Not hi, how goes it, have a good day basically nothing. I even said hello and nothing. She turns her head away from me most of the transaction to talk to other people. Thanks for making me feel like a piece of trash. Ill still be coming here but will avoid her.

Nice staff, (okay, one of them was a grumpy grandma, but thats ok, it was late.) They knew where stuff was, and they opened up extra check out lines in a flash. Ill be back🙂

Great savings on groceries...we always start here before hitting the supermarkets for fresh produce and meat! Canned goods, condiments and non-perishables are comparable and much more reasonable at Dollar tree! The store is well maintained and staff is helpful and pleasant.

If an employee opens a new line when there is 10 people waiting you take the next one in line not the rude rush that run up from the back. Maybe put a smile on your face like you enjoy your job and pick up the pace.

Customer service could be better. My husband and I were looking for something. We asked a associate she said down where the socks are or by the register. Husband and I looked couldnt find the item we were looking for. We finally asked the cashier. She happily walked us to the item.

Am preparing to leave the area for my health ... picked up some great road trip must haves and forgot my wallet! Hoping she wouldnt put my $50 items back because it took me forever to figure out what I needed. She didnt make me feel embarrassed and she kept the items too 😄

Ordered online then picked up. Nice employees, easy pick up, clientele has little respect for social distancing, only 2 cashiers open so wait was about 6-8 minutes in line.

Much bigger than a lot of other $ tree stores, it takes much more time to wander through each aisle and looking up amd down each shelf. Easy to get in, fill list or grab item you came for and check-out- done and off you go. If you have free time and enjoy finding treasures or surprises, youll need to be prepared for the shock when you glance at the time on your way out. :) Such a fun place.

How was Dollar Tree? Same as usual. Long check out lines and short on Clerks. Also, some supplies are limited. Slow to replenish same. Half the time the entrance door isnt working. Bummer!

Got what I wanted and one cashier line was long she did a great job. She called for backup and everything was much faster.

As always, the stocking staff were anxious to help me find the products I sought to buy. I was in and out quickly and even found a tooth pick product I had long searched for in other stores. And, of course, bought 4 products for $4.00.

Yes we all know that the dollar stores can be hit-and-miss. However, I only had but good luck with this one. The service is very nice there, it always seems a very kept up on the inside and have a lot of supplies ranging from seasonal two plates and dishes. If you go in there once every month, you will find something new there. And it may even surprise you that they are there for a dollar. Yes, some of the stuff is very cheaply made but sometimes you find a lot of useful necessities in other places you would spend a lot more for like dishwashing soaps sometimes even motor oil and Brake fluids

Has come a long way in selection from what it used to offer. Smaller then the majority of stores in the chain. Though the building is one that was originally another business and dollar tree moved in. Open till 9pm. Winter hours it closes at 8pm.

Nice mellow store. If you want to avoid the huge lines at most Dollar Trees, this is the one for you. The store is huge, they have a good inventory and they have plenty of cashiers to help you get on your way.

Some items are a value at $1, some are not. This location is a little bigger than the smallest stores so they have some things those stores dont. Overall, its worth checking out.

Always something interesting for sale there. Ive gotten a few things that were cheap but most of the time the value is higher than the cost. The grandkids love going there.

I go to this Dollar tree about once every other week the staff is very helpful its usually easy to find what youre looking for and its conveniently located close to where I work

Friendly staff great selection good quality pending the produts can get quite busy and slow registered at times so be aware and just have patience when checking out
