We only waited about 5-10 min for service and it took about 15 min to get us set up and on our way. The rep that helped us (Seth) was so informative and very kind 😊 we are happy with our service.

Had a great visit yesterday! Best experience I have ever had when buying a cell phone. He helped me get new service with att kept my number and set up my phone made it so easy I highly recommend him and his team.

Thomas gave supreme customer service while I visited the store. He was by himself and navigated a store full of people, including one blustery guy who kept getting frustrated (he did not listen to any instructions) yet Thomas very patiently kept explaining things to him until his phone worked. It was the most rewarding customer experience Ive had in years

I had a very good experience changing my phone plan at this AT&T store. Seth showed me that I can change my phone plan without having to pay extra fees. I will continue to come to this AT&T store for help because of the excellent customer service.

My I say that speaking with Seth over the phone regarding.I hae Samsung 5g S20 and was concerned about availability regarding screen protectors. Seth was super knowledgeable, patient and particularly kind when answering my questions. I can be a little high strung and perhaps evening overbearing. Its was n problem to himI recommend if uou go thru AT&T to speak with this gentleman.

Out of town and had to replace phone . Needed Info and options. Thomas was only one in store for Sunday. We were very impressed with his timely, professional, efficient and knowledgeable service! He informed us with options and helped us to save money. No pressure! We bought accessories and he had several promotions he provided us with. Needless to say our electronic needs were resolved and updated in an awesome overall experience! Thomas is fabulously talented! Thank You!!

I was in to get 3 new iPhones and although I went in a little late I received great customer service. Seth was incredibly helpful and got the process along nicely. Although there were a couple hiccups, he was able to handle all of the problems and still get me out in a timely manner. Would recommend in the future.

This and the Grants Pass store are the worst! Every time we go there its the same thing... Were not a corporate store, were not going to help you with that. You need to go somewhere else. and then they direct you to another non corporate store claiming it is. I learned my lesson though, the other non corporate store was more than willing to help me and gave me great customer service. Save your time, money and patience... avoid this store

I went into the store the other day and was greeted by Thomas and he greeted me with a big smile and jouyis voice asking what he could do for me. I promptly asked him if he could help with my tablet situation I was having and he was happy to help. It was a process but it was a breeze and now I have my tablet and a 100% satisfied customer. I love the att store in central Point! I never gave to wait and the employees always take their to get you the best deal. I have never felt rushed and always leave with a great deal!

This was a horrible experience. I walked in an told the greeter, Jake, that I needed a charger. He insisted I sign in first. I asked how long the wait would be to get a charger. He was rude and dismissive. He told me there were two ahead of me and I would just have to wait. As soon as the charger display are was clear I went to see if they had what I wanted. They did not. I asked Jake to excuse me, could he take my name off the waiting list as they did not have the fast charger I needed. I asked why he did not tell me they didnt have any before he made me wait? He said that I never asked in a condescending way. I had asked twice. He was yelling I told him to shut up and left. I went to the att store on Central Point and Thomas helped me, made good suggestions and I left a very happy customer. I will stay away from Jake the jerk.

Jay And Chris were the managers that I worked with, I retired from retail and I can tell we always stressed world class customer service , these two managers took that to the next level!!!!! We changed carriers for a number of reasons and still testing and trying the ATTs system if it works as good as these two managers then we made the right decision

A member of my family went in for an upgrade and was sold an overpriced phone and a way overpriced cover. Was 3 days over on the bring back date due to being out of town. Was told by ATT when they called that it was up to the store that they could return my phone and cover if they wanted to and when they called they were out of luck and had to live with the 2 year contract. This was for my retired grandparents and they were taken advantage of. The people were very rude about it and they were not trying to cancel the service just did not need that much of a phone for their use so they really took advantage of them selling them on what they thought they needed. I like ATT but I would not recommend using the Central Point store. Go to one of the Medford stores. Better service and honest.
