This used to be my favorite T-Mobile store until recently the old staff that used to work there dont work their no more the new staff is very rude not very helpful and seem like they dont want to be bothered I was down there not that long ago to see if I can trade in my Samsung Note 9 for the Samsung S21 Ultra 5G they looked at my phone and said that I couldnt trade my phone in bc their was a scratch on my screen it was a minor scratch nothing serious well I left after they told me no and the SAME DAY I went to the 1 in the Bay Shore mall the guy that helped me was very friendly showed him my phone told him what had happened he laughed and said that he would give me money for my phone that he didnt understand why this location would say no and I was able to trade in my note 9 and get the Ultra 5G Ill NEVER step foot in this location again DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PPL ny going here go to Bay Shore mall a lot better
We came today to this store to upgrade one of the lines in a old sprint family plan since both companies are merging as one. We couldnt end the transaction since Sprint still is uncomfortable to Us even we have been more them 7 years with them.However we get the fortune to deal with Jason and Stephanie . They are very professional, courteous and patience to treat costumers . Both show another level of costumer satisfaction care . Hope T Mobil incentive employees like them and recruit new crews members and provide the training to became as Jason and Stephanie level .
Sales people on the floor are not helpful, I had to call tmobile and talk to a representative while in the store. The rep on the phone helped me as the sales people didnt never go there again
After a horrendous experience at the West Islip location, I took my business to the Central Islip store. After explaining my discrepancies, I was guided to Joseph. I can’t praise Joseph enough. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable, as well as personable. An honest salesman that I wanted to buy from. The staff is amazing. Highly recommend.
Maraya Jones has helped me two times at this store and I will say PHENOMENAL. I’ve been to many T-Mobile stores and left very disappointed but EVERYTIME I come here she helps me 100% or always tries to find a way to solve my problems. She needs to be a manager! She is a great problem solver not to mention she’s cute. But anyways she sold me my iPhone today. I don’t know what you guys would do without her! She’s hard working, dedicated. Thank you guys so much for having a wonderful employee.
Sales person was very poliet and friendly and explain what was wrong with my phone and fixed it right away and treated me as a customer and will go back for the service
Excellent, excellent customer service. Been a T-Mobile customer for 5 years and love it! Everything time my mother and I go to the T-Mobile in CI we always ask for Yosselyn. She is very nice & was able to answer all on our questions. Been going to see her since day one and she’s amazing. She will remember us from previous visits. She was able to answer all of our questions. I will definitely recommend her for your phone needs!
After a few kinks that were worked out everthing went smoothly. The problem was with sprint customer care not anyine at t mobile. We went back a couple times.. my daughter got the new iphone and needed everything transfered unfortunately they were closing and it was the night before a holiday. They held onto my daughters trade in until they opened up again. We returned and they did as they promised. They were very professional. We got a great deal and walked out with 3 new phones.Not happy about the tmobile/ sprint merge. I went in to talk to someone about my sprint account but they really counldnt help me even though tmobile bought out sprint. I would have walked out with 3 new phones but they didnt know how or what to do. Very disappointed. Ill bring my service elsewhere.
My customer advisor Cory was great. He was knowledgeable and always a peasure. The other advisors were observed to be very professional.
Not a bad store but it didnt seem like they wanted to sell phones as one person was on the phone with a customer asking if they had a curtain phone and then asking their coworker if she should say if they had the phone or not and her telling the other woman to say they didnt have it when she just said she had a few white ones other than that my service during my walk-in was good they didnt bug me or try to force me into buying she patiently waited for me to ask about what I needed
Previous experiences were good , now im calling the location and it prompts you for English and Spanish but hangs up the call once u hit a button
Bad customer service I went to they will help me to add my girlfriend to my bill and they told me that they could not and I called the tmobile that is in Washington av Brentwood and they helped me

Poor customer service. Person who helped me seemed more interested in other people’s conversations rather than helping me. She was not helpful at all.

Staff are knowledgeable & helpful. Location is prime. Parking is sufficent. Customer tech Nicholas is exceptional. He is patient and relatable. Stayed late to make sure i was clear and satisfied. Absolutely the go to guy at this branch.

Will never go here again. My phone is under guarantee but the Spanish girl that works there refuse to give us the phone it was sent to us saying that our phone was crack when u can clearly see it wasnt. She wanted to sell us a new phone just so she can get commission because it didnt matter what we said that all she kept sayin. We asked for a manager and she refused to call one. We had to call tmobile to be able to go somewhere else. Phone burned inside and we were lucky to go to the Deer Park location where we were able to get a brand new replacement and excellent customer service from the minute we walked until we walked out. And they lucky Im giving one star because they dont deserve it.
Poor organixation. I came in and 3 people came after me. We had to ask 3 times for some one to get our names so rhey can help us. When they fanally came to ask for names, they started taking names randomly so i ended up being the last person they called... not happy about that. Should be first come first serve.

One star is still way too generous for this place. Worst customer service experience with Tmobile Ive ever had.Walked in there two days ago to buy two SIM cards. I was nicely greeted by a gentleman on the left register who politely told me he would be with me in just a moment. This made me smile and instantly remember one of the reasons why I love T-Mobiles customer service. After all, my over the phone experiences have always been nothing less than excellent.Store was not full so I patiently waited for 5mins. Then someone approaches me and hands me a clip board to put my name on, I wrote my name. Then an additional 15mins pass by and Im wondering why I havent been called. I approach another gentleman and informed him I was waiting and needed to know when I was next, then he tells me were going as fast as we can but doesnt even ask me what it is I needed. All I wanted was two SIM cards! Its ridiculous that someone has to wait the same amount of time as new account openers, if they want a simple device case they picked out or buy two nano SIM cards. Poor management and careless employees, no one cared about how unhappy I was even after me telling them. I just left and went to the Hauppaugue store which actually cared, only waited 5mins..the way it should be.Ill never go to this store again. And unless you have endless amounts of free time, you shouldnt either.
