Overall theyre worth every cent. Was it a perfect move damage free? No. They did manage to add a few minor dings and scrapes to the new home but it wasnt truly something I felt warranted a drop in stars. The two man crew moved a large amount of heavy furniture, not to mention an oversized sectional. To the best of their abilities they managed everything with only 3-4 minor dings, it seems fatigue began to set in and a few items got away from them. I dont fault them moving what they did, nothing I cant patch up and paint in a few minutes. Preserving my health and safety was top priority, Id hire them again 10 times out of 10. There is a 3 hour minimum which we managed to hit almost on the dot. Considering the amount of furniture to load, travel times, and unloading, I couldnt have been more pleased. Other things to factor in, I needed to reschedule on them 3 times, they were very flexible and felt like they did everything they could to accomodate my schedule. Very happy with the service provided.

I used Wasatch Moving Company to move a guest for me and was very disappointed. I let them know ahead of time the guest would need help packing and disassembling items but movers did not bring any tools and they ended up leaving many items in the apartment. I spoke with Nate and he said he would go back personally to retrieve the items, but still left things the guest needed for safety even though I sent photos of everything that was needed. He sent another person from his team a few days later, and he ended up collecting the items but asked to use our tools to do so, as he did not have any. A few days later I visited the guest to inquire about the move and noticed the television was propped on its stand against the wall. The guest stated the movers said it broke in the move, I called Nate at this point on a Thursday to inquire about the television and spoke with Brandon, who apologized and kindly told me he would make sure I got a call back from Nate or the owner soon. By Monday I had no reply, so I emailed Nate asking him to call me directly about the situation. He promptly emailed me back, even though I asked for a phone call, stating his movers didnt have the tools to put the television in its base and all it needed was to be screwed in, and he asked me to call his mover directly and gave me his number. When I did, the gentleman stated the screws fell out when they were moving and they did not know where they were. I was hopeful that using this company would allow me to help my elderly guest with a smooth move, but what resulted was poor communication, in-efficient services and lack of follow through. I am sorry to say I will not ever use Wasatch Moving Company to move my guests in the future, and I sincerely hope they will be able to take this experience and grow from it so that others do not have the same results.

Wasatch was great in helping me move a bunch of odd furniture and boxes and art into a fourth floor avenues apartment with no elevator. Also very helpful with packing up a few odds and ends, and were almost too protective of some things! I had a lot of personal paintings that took a bit of time for them to secure and wrap, which was good on a wet day but was something I probably could have done with a friends help and could have saved some time and money on the move. But overall, a really great experience considering the workload and amount of stairs involved in the new home.

Everything about the move went perfectly. The men were on time, professional, polite, and efficient. We reviewed everything when they arrived, they got to work right after that, and things went smoothly. The unloading was much faster. I had a great experience with Wasatch Moving Company, and would highly recommend them. They were incredibly responsive from the moment I submitted a request for an estimate, and very transparent in their pricing. There was a mix up as to their arrival time for my move, but as soon as I called and asked about it the office staff was on top of finding out what happened and getting a crew to me asap. Once the crew arrived they were very professional and efficient. All of my furniture and contents of my boxes arrived in the same condition as when I packed them. This is the second experience Ive had with Wasatch Moving in the last eight months--and both were great! Tyler, Sterling and Harrison were the primary guys this time, and a second Tyler showed for a portion of the work to help with one particular item. They attacked the work with vigor and expediency. I moved in the military for the last 30 years and have seen it all. These guys were top-notch. Ill ask for them again if I need more help.

This company was great. Not only did they move my things from a basement to a storage container they also took a truck load to a donation center. The donation center didn’t take everything so Wasatch Moving took the leftovers to the landfill. They worked hard but were very careful not to damage furniture or walls. They were pleasant and cheerful the whole time. I will be using them again when my stored items need to return. I recommend them to anyone needing packing help for a local or long distance move!

Let me start off with this crew from Wasatch Movers. Tyler, Daniel & PJ. Amazing moving professionals. Moving is a very stressful, nerve wracking experience. As soon as the trio entered our home on day one to pack up our possessions, my wife and I began to relax. We could tell this was not their first rodeo. That day went as smooth as silk. They ended that day with everything staged for the second day, which was the load up moving day. That day was every bit as seamless as the first day. Another pro Sean joined up with Tyler and Daniel, to pick up where PJ left off. The load up was flawless. With all of the contents of our home, we needed two trucks. They brought the trucks back to their facilities for an overnight stay and then met us the following day at our final destination. Then off to St. George form Park City, UT. This was not our first time to hire movers. Whenever I had a question, and called the Wasatch Movers office, whoever answered the phone knew exactly who I was and knew all about my move. No need to start to explain my move form the beginning. Just that, is a rare asset. As with all of our other moves in the past, we were presented with an estimate for the cost of the move. Wasatch Movers gave us a quote which was acceptable and reasonable. When it was all said and done they over estimated our cost of materials and adjusted it down to my pleasant surprise. That was a first for me. If you hire Wasatch Movers Im sure you will be as satisfied and we were.

It was easy to schedule a move. We moved a very large and heavy play set from our back yard. They helped moved it without any damage. I did schedule 4 movers and only 3 showed up. One came a little later and they gave me a discount due to the missing mover. Polite, friendly, and efficient.

Absolutely lovely gents came to help me move out after a divorce. I felt so guilty with the amount of stuff I had but they very cheerfully helped move all my things, including a console piano, a washer/dryer, and a treadmill that we almost didnt get out of my basement. Just wonderful folks and I am so so grateful for them.

I have had movers help before but hands downs this is the best company out there. They moved all my awkward heavy stuff without damaging a thing! Best part was they were running up our steep driveway to try and get it done in the time I was shooting for all while being cheerful and positive making this a definite 5 star experience. The movers were very careful with our possessions. They placed blankets and plastic padding around the furniture. If we had not closed our boxes tightly enough, they taped the boxes. They did an excellent job.

Wasatch Moving Company was fantastic. They sent very capable and strong individuals to my house to support my move. I have used other moving companies in the past and they typically send individuals who look like the couldn’t lift up a bail of straw if they had too. These individuals were well suited for the task at hand and were very friendly and engaging. During the move I did have some pieces of furniture get damaged (which can happen) but Wasatch worked to have those pieces fixed in a very fast and efficient manner. it is always hard to get a good moving company but I would definitely use Wasatch Moving again.

Wasatch Moving Co. moved me from Utah to southern Idaho 3 yrs. ago and did an excellent job! Nothing was damaged, they arrived to load and unload when they said they would. Movers were clean & friendly and handled my things in a professional manner. They used blankets where needed and had a nice wooden bin for paintings & mirrors. Price was very competitive too. I would definitely use them again and plan to in the future!

Wasatch moving company helped us move recently and I was very impressed. All of the guys were very polite and professional. There were a couple of dings made in the stairwell and they came out very quickly to touch them up before the new owner took possession of the home. Ive dealt with other moving companies and had very poor experience with them. These guys cared about my stuff. They wrapped it and packed it carefully in their trucks. They put it in the rooms I wanted it in. I had about 100 extra boxes that I hadnt contracted with them to move. I was going to do that myself because I had under estimated. They had room on their trucks and they moved those also without charging me extra. When I move again these guys are moving me!

They were fantastic. Because of the way and where my apartment was located they literally had to make a number of trips carrying my furniture over a city block. They were able to quickly and efficiently move all my furniture in the time estimated. At my age I wouldnt have been able to do it myself. I will be calling to them again if I ever move again.

The scheduling was smooth and easy. They arrived on time. One of the guys they sent told us multiple times he was quitting. He was very slow and unmotivated. The other guy worked hard. The fridge has significant door damage Including the seals and the plastic as well as feb outside is dented due to squeezing it through a doorway. Dealing with the insurance is slow process and they pay damage based off weight so it more than likely won’t cover replacing the door. They took an hour lunch and tried to pass it off as a half hour. Ended up at 45 minutes. If not for my husband helping this move would have taken double the time.

Excellent service!! They made it so effortless to move. We rented the large blue totes and we didnt need to worry about boxes or tape. Plus it made the move faster because they could stack them easily. They arrived on-time and were very quick. I am definitely planning on using them again.

I used Wasatch moving a year ago today tomove from Centerville to North Salt Lake. We were quoted 4-6 hrs for the move, we had everything except the big furniture boxed and ready to go. Even after being in my home and seeing my furniture, he still confirmed a 4-6 hour move with 2 movers. A couple things bothered me about that day:1. One of gentleman moving used our restroom for an extended amount of time. We were paying $109 hr, so I paid this person $21.80 for the 20 minutes he was using my restroom that day. His partner couldn’t move the big items alone, so this was wasted time.2. They were very slow to load things up, it took 6 hours before we even left the first location and then he decided to call a 3rd guy to come help unload at a higher $159 rate at our new home.3. Our stuff got pretty banged up, and when I pointed it out, I felt like they didn’t care and made some mention of .20 per pound. One of the items was an antique chest my grandmother gave me, I wasn’t sad to see large scrapes of paint had come off.Our total bill that day ended up being almost $1000 when the original estimate was 6 hrs at $109= $654. I never followed up about the damaged items because I was so frustrated with the higher cost and lack of urgency to load my items quicker.

I have never seen anyone work as hard as the Wasatch team. They started early and finished about 10 PM at night. I was incredibly impressed with the team. My only concern was the original estimate was to be done by five and it ended up costing much more than we expected.

After an inventory and quote, we still ended up with a disaster. Should have cancelled after the 4th time someone called to confirm the appointment, each with a different time, day, etc. They sent two kids to pack but only 1 could stay an hour. Apparently they were overbooked. The one guy packed as much as he could and said movers would pack the rest the next day. All this was communicated with someone in the office at the end of day one, as we witnessed the conversation. Movers showed up next day and were surprised they had to pack. They loaded truck with boxes first so needless to say a lot of the heavy items could not be moved because the truck would have too much weight towards the door. Not too mention, they didnt load furniture appropriately, so we were asked to pick and choose what we wanted moved because it wouldnt all fit. My husband could have packed the truck better! Ive now been dealing with attempting to get a refund for two months. The two kids that packed us did an ok job, some damage to pictures due to improper packaging and really only one guy that knew how to move. So after $2500 bucks, we still spent a ton of time moving our own stuff due to their lack of knowledge, experience and communication. Throughout every discussion the blame was on me for not saying I was unhappy. Save your time and money, and go elsewhere. These guys are clueless and whats worse they dont give two cents about their customers and will blame all the issues on you. Seriously, youd be better off doing it yourself. I have no idea how theyre still in business.
