Super helpful staff, I am in this store a few times a week and the selection is great. I order a lot of custom items and the Pro Desk staff is always helpful and the few times there has been a problem with my order they are very quick to resolve it.

It took the staff over an hour to find one of the items in their sale flyer. Another 30 minutes was spent looking for another item in the flyer to no avail, even though the store computer showed a dozen of them in stock. Only one cashier station was manned, at the far end of the store at the contractor desk.
