Recently moved nearby so this was our first visit and we loved it! Their classic chocolate chip tastes a bit uncooked (my fave) and has huge chips in it. We also had their Twisted Sugar and Lemon Raspberry Sugar and both were amazing. Lost a star for the long wait. I would expect to be here for a bit so go with that in mind and enjoy the company of who you go with in the meantime.

Quick although their speaker was broken the most recent times I went. The taste is good and the menu is strong. Although some of their cookies that I have bought (the same cookies multiple times) and have gotten some cold or chilled ones when Ive been given the same cookies warm and gooey in the past.

The berrylada water seriously tastes like cotton candy, super yummy. The kiddos likes the oatmeal chocolate chip better then the original but the variety was fun to try and everyone loved theses cookies. Definitely our new treat place.

I’ve had plenty of cookies here, but the banana cream pie cookie is one of the best cookies I’ve ever had. Hands down. Thank you for this wonderful flavor. I can see more cookies in my future!

Definitely a once-in-a-while treat; the cookies are very sweet! But they are fun to bring to a party, work celebration or even as a little gift. I also love getting a water with coconut in it. So refreshing!

My girls love the peanut butter/ Nutella cookie. I like to try the Monthly special cookie and you need to try the pumpkin chocolate chip cookie!!! It is delicious. I wish I had more chocolate chips 🍫 I also recommend the smore cookie but they dont have it this month. I took away a star because the last 2 times my drink tasted weird. But the workers are nice and its always clean when I go in.

I am a fan of the Island Dream water from Fiiz but enjoyed Twisted Sugars rendition called Colada. It was that island taste with a burst of lime. Their raspberry lemon cookie was to die for. Light and crisp flavors complemented the sugar cookie very well. The peanut butter Nutella was just what it says. A peanut butter cookie with Nutella icing on top. Heavier if youre looking for more sugar but still very good. Need to try more flavors of everything. With three levels of cookies and two dozen plus drink combos, you will definitely find what you are looking for.

Tonight was my first night here. They have several cookie stores almost on the same street here. All have great cookies, but this one had some ladies that were above and beyond nice. Ill go there again just to talk to the staff. They were so friendly and upbeat just talking to me about asparagus. If you can make asparagus fun and keep my attention, you have people skills. They have many different kinds of cookies and drinks. Was fun to see all the combos.

I just found this p place a few months ago. I love their cookies. They are flavourful, nice sized and priced well compared to other companies. Salted caramel is my favorite and then lemon raspberry drizzle. They are delicious and I don’t feel guilty eating one. They are very helpful as I have a nut allergy so they take precautions when making my order. Also I like the cleanliness and friendly staff. Definitely try this place out

Cookies are definitely not better than Crumbl. The smoothies are super good though.

This place is laughable slow. Every time, without exception. You’re serving mixed drinks and pre-made cookies. I genuinely don’t understand. Cookies are always good though.

PERTAINING TO THE CENTERVILLE LOCATION -I absolutely LOVE Twisted Sugar and usually go to the one in West Point or Layton. Unfortunately, during my trip to their Centerville location the customer service wasnt the same great customer service Ive come to expect from TS.I was greeted by an young man that was too busy drinking a beverage to even acknowledge me. Another employee was sitting out at the patron tables on his phone just scrolling through the internet.The young man that checked me out at the register was throwing out a vibe like he was annoyed I was there and wouldnt stop sipping on his drink while I was paying for my order. He never once said hello, how can I help you, or goodbye.I know this isnt on Twisted Sugar, but I sure am disappointed in the rude/irritated customer service I received while there, today.Outside of this one interaction, I ALWAYS love the customer service and products I get from Twisted Sugar!

I really wish I could support this local business. But its SO slow. There were 11 cars in front of me for 15 minutes! We all just sat there. How is that even possible? I love their drinks but damn.

This area does not have a shortage of cookie soda places. But of all of them Twisted Sugar has taken the most care with the variety and flavors of the cookies. Ive had six and there are still 20 more to try. The twisted lime coconut cookie really is that good. The chocolate chip cookie is unique and half baked-like which is exactly how I like it. Ive had the grasshopper and and the peanut butter Nutella which were excellent as well. The staff is super friendly. The drive thru is super convenient. Im a fan.

Not sure why the reviews are so great. Maybe for their drinks.As far as the cookies we did a cookie tasting, comparing classic cookies from Chip, Crumbl, Cutlers and Twisted Sugar. Twisted Sugar cookies received 2-3 stars (out of 10) by all who tried them. They were basically super sugary raw OLD cookie dough.

Love it. One of my absolute favorite cookie places. Get the Oatmeal Cookie Butter. Its to die for. And the classic Twisted Sugar Cookie. They have drinks too that are delicious! Such a cute place with a fun vibe and really nice employees.

In a world of chips and crumbls and goodlys, twisted sugar stands out. Their drive-through is the peak of convenience, their menu is expansive and their cookies are wonderful. I wish it was a more noticeably cheaper option for cookies or that their hours were more competitive with the other chains, but I’ll continue to go back.

Whenever I get a cookie here lately they dont look like the pictures and I have to ask them to add the nuts or the raspberries. If you market a cookie a certain way it should come out looking close to that. Im pretty tired of it since its been going on at this location for a few months now and the workers seem upset when I send the cookie back through the window.

Cookies were beautiful but raw, I know manyplaces in Utah slightly under bake sugar cookies but these were completely raw in the middle & inedible, so disgusting and disappointing

We really love the cookies here! They are better than Crumbl in my opinion...not do sickeningly sweet. My favorites are the peanut butter nutella and the raspberry lemon. Oatmeal chocolate chip is good too. My wife loves the Tigerlily soda. My only complaint is slow service with the sodas. That said I am not sure what it takes to make those, and the wait is worth the cookies.

Im am not really a sugar guy I like my salty treats more usually but I will never pass up a cookie or drink thats from Twisted Sugar! The Centerville location is our number one go to but any of the others work as well! The cookies are perfection!

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars but I just cant. The smell that engulfs this place is just awful! I dont know if its air freshener or cleaner but it is so strong. And all their cookies taste like it. You go through the drive thru and the minute the window opens, the floral scent just smacks you in the face. We only ever buy drinks from there because we know theyre safe from the cleaner taste.Edit: looks like other reviewers have tasted the soap/perfume in their cookies. So glad Im not alone.

Their drinks are my favorite but their service is soooo slow. I keep thinking I just come at bad times but it doesn’t matter if the line is long or short. I have never waited less than 20 minutes in the drive through. I’ve started going elsewhere. Something needs to change.

Cookies are so gross!! I think they put soap in them. 🤢Edit: I have tried 3 different flavors, 3 different times. You can smell the soap when you buy them. The whole place smells like soap.

Great cookies and fun combinations of drinks. I normally get a couple of cookies everytime I come. My husband loves the huck finn drink. But I dont drink normally soda. But like to try different flavors when someone else get one. I am always impressed with the different ones I try. The staff is also very friendly.

Only tried their 1 signature coconut-lime cookie, but it was great!

Drive through can be slow sometimes but drinks and cookies are always great.

Love me a 44 oz Evel Knievel. We have yet to have a cookie from twisted sugar that isnt absolutely delicious. Which I definitely cant say from their competitors. Personal favorite is the chocolate chip. Its the softest cookie Ive ever eaten.

I love this place so much!! Their staff is so nice and so helpful!! They make great recommendations and have excellent service. They were super quick getting my order. The cookies and drinks are to die for. Seriously the oatmeal biscoff cookie is heaven. One of my favorite places to visit ever.

Its either water or carbonation I think they need to get vita water Powerade Gatorade something like that and theres for us non-carbonated people I still like the drinks I get there but theyre water-based well arent all drinks

With the pandemic and their lobby closed there drive through is packed. Wich makes service a little slow, but they are doing their best to try and speed things along. My go to drink is the pure poppy with coke and there cookie of the month. Service as always is fantastic

Ordered 408 cookies for my daughter’s wedding reception and they were a huge hit!!! From beginning to end of the process Twisted Sugar provides excellent customer service and delicious cookies. We had 8 different flavors and all were perfect. Chocolate chip was the favorite. I’ll provide some photos once I get them back from the photographer.

Great drinks & cookies

Out of all the soda and cookie shops around this has the BEST cookies! Do yourself a favor and order the twisted sugar, its the namesake for a reason. Soft and flavorful, you need to squeeze the lime on the coconut icing for the extra oomph. They arent just pretty to look at, they are delicious to eat.The drinks are secondary to the cookies. But a frozen Dole whip on a hot day is always a good idea! The frozen hot chocolate is tempting with extra chocolate sauce and whipped cream. However Ive fallen in loooove with the Bombshell. Its a Mountain Dew base with fresh grapefruit juice, pomegranate, and lime juice. It is soooooooo refreshing! Yes please!

The cookies are great and reasonably priced. I want this place to do well and I want to give it a higher rating but their drive-thru lane, a primary source of business for them, is SOOOOOO slow! if there are more than two cars in it we go somewhere else because its going to be a long wait. I hope they can figure this piece out!

I’m not sure which locations the people who are saying they wait forever are going to, but I’m a regular at the Centerville location and even if I’m the 12th car in line I still am driving away from the drive thru window within 10 minutes on a ‘slow’ day. Usually I pull in to the parking lot and out within 5 minutes!! The speed and efficiency aren’t what keep me around though. They have the more drink and cookie options than their competitors AND they always give the best quality products. If you are looking for the best tasting and cheapest place to grab a cookie and drink, Twisted Sugar Centerville should be first on your list!

Lets be honest, the quality of these cookies is better than competition in the surrounding area. Of course there is no substitute for a homemade cookie with real butter, but if you want to go to a shop that specializes in cookies and soda, this one is certainly one of the better ones in the valley.

First time trying this place and I loved it! The drive through was super convenient and the staff were great. The cookies were good, great flavor and texture however, I personally think a little over priced for the size of the cookie. We bought a box of 4 and the total came out to around $9.40 ish (cheaper than CHIP) but at chip I could get a box of 4 for $10 and the cookies would be twice the size. Something to think about. Overall I do recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

Was really excited to try Twisted Sugar for the first time, but I just sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes and not one car moved!! Complete standstill the entire time. Swig and Fizz are much more efficient!

A wide menu most of which Ive really enjoyed so far. Swig was my hook up for a long time. While I feel swig has better cookies (at least the dirtball) and slightly faster service Ill be coming here from now on. I like their drinks much better and the workers are always so sweet. It really seems like they all love working there.

Very nice staff and fast service. The cookies on the hand werent as great. The chocolate chip cookie in particular came off quite doughy and I did not like the texture. Especially at the thicker center of it. Feels like it needs more chocolate too.

I went to Twisted Sugar for my first time last week and I had brought my parents with me as well. Nice clean open atmosphere inside the store if you want to sit down and relax for a few minutes at one of their tables and have your drinks and/or cookies. We loved our drinks and cookies; a ton of fun different drinks and cookies to choose from.

I honestly cant get enough of this place. Theres a HUGE variety of pretty much the BEST cookies you will ever have. Im especially partial to the Samoa, the Swizzle, the Lemon Raspberry, and the classic Twisted Sugar cookies. And theres a giant list of awesome dirty soda combos to choose from too. Awesome place to grab a drink and a cookie, and the employees are super super super nice!!

This staff is hands down the nicest staff EVER. They are always so nice and really go out of their way to Show some kindess. Even when they are busy, i get greeted with a happy smile and a “hi, how are you?” There are so many drink places around here, but I will continue to go back here because of the staff, and because they don’t skimp on their add-ins!

I love cookies, and I love gourmet cookies, but I especially appreciated the size of these cookies. Some places have cookies that are so enormous you make yourself sick trying to eat just one.

This place is bomb but they always run out of the cookie butter cookie:( the last 4 times they are out at like 2pm. Also they need to fix the Centerville drive thru. You have cars that come in from both directions and you almost get hit leaving that location. Love the food and drinks but hate the location.

Everything here tastes so good, from the cookies to the drinks. i take the bus here with my friends on a regular basis and i have never had a negative experience. the employees are friendly, the place is clean, and the drinks and cookies are SO GOOD. love you, twisted!

Super sweet staff! Reason for the 2 is the cookies arent good. Like at all. Threw mine away and I looooove cookies so it seemed sacrilege! Noticed another review that said they tasted like flour and all the flavor was in the frosting... Couldnt agree more. 5 stars if looking for a good soda and great service though!ETA: I got the twisted sugar cookie so idk if others are better.
