Target Optical In Centerville is about the most friendly and helpful place you could go to for your glasses and/or contacts. They have a professional ,caring and kind staff and a lot of fun, stylish frames to choose from. I was helped by Yvette who is a delight. My sunglasses were ready within a couple of days and my regular glasses only took about a week. They worked with me to get the best price, which I really appreciated.Definitely a 5 star experience!

Had a great time picking out frames for me and my son. There was no pressure, no upsell, no hassles. Very friendly staff!!!

This is my favorite optical center. They’re always so helpful and efficient. They remember my name even a year in between visits. They’re amazing!

I recently went to Get my contacts checked and was advised to change brands and try them out. When I went to order they said it would be 5-7 business days to get them in. I tried ordering with another company that would get them sooner.When it looked like there was no way they will get here before my trials ran out or the replacements come in I went into the store to see if they would give me trials till I got new ones in a few days. They refused!Saying that since I didn’t order thru them at double the price they do not have trials to give me.I understand I may have waited a little too long to order in replacements, but I wanted to make sure that I liked the new brand they put me in first. And that they didn’t dry my eyes causing me to try another brand.I would definitely go somewhere else the customer service sucks here.

I cannot BELIEVE the service here. I have never been to a place that cares more about their customers. My old place where I got my contacts shut down so I decided to come to Target Optical. I met the most amazing girl, Carol. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!! She almost had me in tears because of her kindness and how happy she was to help me. I’m a little 17 year old girl who needed help asap and she was there. Always, always going to come here from now on.

The service is great, the employees are fun to talk to and very helpful. They have an awesome selection of both eye glasses and sunglasses. If you love Ray-Ban they have almost every style. Ive been going here for years and I couldnt be happier.

Dr. Pew was awesome! He was very personable and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time he took to explain some of the concerns with my eyes that I had and how friendly he was. Will definitely go back!

The manager, Tanya is wonderful. She went above and beyond to remedy a problem I had with my contacts / delivery. Her high standard of service and positive attitude is refreshing, she cares about customers in a way I havent seen in a big chain like this before. :)

My BEST experience with an optometrist and eyeglasses provider! Dr. Pew was incredibly curteous and kind, and the appointment was quick and easy. The staff were also very nice and professional, and were willing to switch my appointment around a little to accommodate me when I was a bit late. They didnt pressure me to go with more expensive options (which has happened to me at other places), and they worked hard to make sure I was getting the best price, between my insurance and their existing deals. Im extremely satisfied with their services, and I cant wait to get my new glasses!

This has been the best experience I have ever had with an optometrist provider. From the time I walked in the staff were very happy and kind. Dr. Pew was very attentive, explained everything going on with my eyes, and made sure I got the right perscription. He took his time and was very kind. They made sure I got the best deal and even found out I had a covered eye exam I didnt know about. I walked away feeling like I got more than what I paid for. You dont find this kind of service much any more. I will definitely return and recommend them to everyone!

Loved Dr. Pew. He was so great with my 7 year old who needed glasses. I go to him and recommend him to everyone looking for a eye doc. The staff is also helpful and friendly and great with kids!

Talk about going above and beyond...she literally took frames apart and pieced them together, so that I could get exactly what I wanted. 5 stars for her great attitude and helpfulness throughout the entire process of getting the perfect pair of glasses.

Ive been going to the Centerville Target Optical location for years. That ends this week. Dr. Pew is more interested in maximizing his profit then actually serving customers, even if youve spent thousands a year (literally). Never again..

Had my eyes exam end today by Dr Pew and he is great. Overall experience was quick, informative, and comfortable.

They were very helpful to work with and addressed all of my concerns. I well definitely go to them again.

The doctors are great, but there are usually long waits for other services and it feels understaffed.
