This is by far the best IT shop in the area hands down. The 70$ Saturday cant be beat. Had some data loss which needed to be fixed the next day, and Netx was the only place in the area which would schedule me. The technicians are professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable in their field as they keep up with the latest software trends. They always explain to me in terms I can understand what the problem is and genuinely want my computer fixed. Honesty and integrity go a long way in doing business.

They cleaned my computer and recovered some old files that I had lost. I definitely recommend them as a computer repair company! I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop 😒 but thank God I am able to use my Dell a little longer before upgrading!

These people know what they are doing and they make house calls! I use them at work all the time. They are friendly and efficient. My laptop struggled to successfully complete Windows updates every week. Zach at Net X reset Windows and reloaded all the latest updates. He performed this task in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend this company for software computer work.

Excellent service, computer was dropped off, diagnosed, and repaired within the same day for a more than fair price.Would recommend to anyone who is unsure of how to repair hardware. They will diagnose the issue at absolutely no cost. Will definitely return in future if needed.

A forced upgrade to my daughters phone caused it to crash. Although under warranty the good people at Net X computers tried very hard to recover some once-in-a-lifetime photos. They couldnt do it (yet) but we both appreciated not only the efforts of these good people but the excellent communication and expectations. The quoted pricing is was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with my desktop after a Windows 10 upgrade. I took it into these guys and they got it going with no problems. Their free diagnostic analysis was really free! They had it turned around in about 30 mins. with no charge. Pleasantly surprised and would recommend.

I took my computer in after a windows 10 update screwed it all up and it was stuck on the start up screen. Service was excellent and they had it back up and running the next day. Price was very reasonable and staff was friendly. Will definitely go back for my computer needs!

I really wanted to like this place. Actually, I liked them on facebook because I thought $70!? Awesome!. I emailed them my questions about fixing my computer and after a week of no reply, I comment on their Facebook post saying that I would have loved to pay them to fix my computer had they been professions and emailed me back. After they deleted my comment they also deleted me off of their page. I wasnt rude, I simply wanted to pay THEM to do their job. Not professional at all.

I took my computer to Net X after researching many different places in the area. They were by far the best price out of anyone. I can say they definitly live up to their price and promise of excellent customer service. Not only did they fix my computer very quickly, they were very polite. Plus, I didnt have to pay some crazy fee just to have them diagnose the problem. They did it for free! Other computer stores want to charge you an arm and a leg just to tell you what the problem is. Its so refreshing to deal with a company that is honest and professional. I will definilty be bringing my computer back to them in the future!

I used to see one of the owners, Steven Stratton, from this business every day at my place of business.FIRST ISSUE: I had a problem with my computer and he came to Troy to assist with the problem I had, but he refused to accept any form of payment stating due to the service you provide me every day I do not need anything...I appreciate what you do to help me out every day.SECOND ISSUE: I ran into another computer problem and based off the advice I received from Steven, I went out and finally bought a new tower. I have now been trying to schedule an appointment for the last 3-4 months to have the important information moved from my old tower to my new tower. EVERY TIME now that I call, email, text, or even drive to their place of business, I have not gotten any response what-so-ever.All I can say at this point is DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! They give you advice, and instead of at least returning a message to maybe point you in another direction...they just refuse to communicate with you at all!
