I have a 2003 Mercedes in which the rear view mirror came loose and fell of the front windshield - dangling by the wires. I was hoping to not have to take it to Mercedes because it’s always so expensive. Zach repaired it - at no cost - by the way. He was super friendly and the service was excellent. Shattered Toyota Tundra sunroof.....Called Precision late on a Friday night hoping to leave them a message to call me back when they were back in the office. Surprisingly a guy named Zack answered the phone. He could have easily let me go to voice mail. He worked with me to get a new sunroof ordered from out of state, and worked directly with me and my insurance company to get everything processed. The glass arrived quickly and Zack kept me updated on the progress constantly. They replaced and calibrated the glass while working after hours to get the job done. I would recommend these guys over any other glass company I have ever used. Top notch customer service from Precision. Such a great experience!

I was traveling in my motorhome from AZ into SLC and needed to have the 9x 5 cracked windshield replaced. The guys at Precision in Centerville were helpful, told me everything that they needed to do, skilled at doing this kind of work and accommodated my travel schedule. This is a locally owned business, not some large, national glass repair corporation, and they work hard to keep their customers happy. They are solid guys. My new windshield looks great and has a waterproof and leak-proof seal on it. These are the go-to guys for your auto, RV or truck glass repair.
