Wasted 1 hour and 1/2 downloading photos and did not transfer to there computer to print. This is not the 1st time this happened. If you have photo dept should be serviced or taken out of the store completely. Help is a negative in that store

I took a rapid COVID-19 test through Walgreens and was supposed to have my results within 24 hours. Almost two weeks later, no one seems to know what happened to my test or where the results are. The best answer they could give was to schedule another appointment and do it again. What a joke. I would not recommend this pharmacy location to anyone.

Waiting for 20 minutes on a drive thru lane with two cars ahead of me. Store is insanely slow and needs more people of something. CVS in selden has three times the cars and processes them fast. Hire more people please.

3 stars because of how unorganized this store is… you all never have enough people working. And then, when I went to get a covid test for school needs, your website was completely wrong. I showed up at 9:40am for a 9:45am confirmed covid drive-thru test. Turns out your pharmacy doesn’t open until 10am. But your covid testing starts at 9am… just gotta fix that.. like, now! The workers were amazing in pharmacy, but, they had us get in line a second time for covid testing… so whay should have taken maybe 20 minutes, has now taken over an hour. And I’m still in line for my second time.Honestly, just fix the covid time slots.. that’s your BIGGEST issue.. but also, maybe help out your staff and give them more support.. they’re working very hard, but they can only do so much with what supper you currently give them.

The worst Walgreens on LI!!! Mostly absentee management is rude. Avoid if possible… don’t understand because the Walgreens down the road is so much better.

Went to Walgreens in lake Grove they are fully stock with all medical supply nice people cheap price I highly say yes to Walgreens in lake Grove people go there too get your medical need kid fashion

Every single time I call the pharmacy I’m placed on hold over hold over hold over hold like NONSTOP hold. It’s ridiculous! You have 3 people back there. Why am I constantly placed on hold for 30 minutes. I’m unable to drive and broke my shoulder and spine and I can’t just go there on a whim. I’m literally on hold so long that the phone goes off hold, and calls them back to remind them I’ve been left on hold JUST TO BE OUT BACK ON HOLD. It’s INFURIATING.

Someone please fix the people in this walgreens. The pharmacy is beyond repair. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. I rather drive to a further one even though this one is behind my house.

Average run of the mill Walgreens.Has FedEX drop-off and pick-upThis particular Walgreens does appear to be minimally staffed at all times. I have had several visits here and it seems that there is always a skeleton crew running the place. If youre looking for a decent customer experience youll have to try and visit in the off-peak hours or expect to be in line for a while.It can be difficult to sometimes find an employee to help you, or to ring you out for your purchase, and when I did find them for help I was treated kindly.

Very bad experience both in person and on the phone as well. I had to call 4 times to get my drug ready ... complete mess...

Never able to fill my prescription and when I call they put me on hold FOREVER I rather drive to the other Walgreens even if it’s out of my way.

Well, I always buy staff at Walgreens but this specific location honestly is the worst , I was looking for some cosmetic items and my kids I recognized were making a kind of noice and playing around, when a lady (Assistant Manager) called NADJA or some like start yelling my kids so bad but when I say so bad IT IS LITERALLY SO BAD MY LITTLE SON STARTS CRYING BECAUSE THE WAY SHE YELLED THEMI’m not gonna be back at this location

Worse customer experience. I called to update my dads prescription the pharmacist was rude from the gecko and wouldnt even repeat the information provided for confirmation. Called pharmacy down the road and they pulled everything up on the system. Never going there again.

I was very displeased by the rudeness of the person at the pharmacy. I had a simple question which is just to know what I am paying for when picking up a prescription. He was immediately bother and answered I dont know. You have to ask your insurance he said it in such a rude tone. He could have easily said he could check because I know for a fact he can check what the insurance covered. He just did not want to be bothered. He seemed to be even more aggravated when I dare ask how to use the prescription. This was just a bad customer service experience.

VERY poorly run. The staff is unmotivated and RUDE. Thats if you can FIND the staff. The cash register is always un-manned. You have to look in the isles for the cashier. Then she gives you attitude that she has to work. Horrible. Now I go to CVS. MUCH better experience.

This is one of the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The pharmacist manager is a liar the store manager is a liar. There is a tech in the pharmacy with black hair young girl who is a nasty little brat she should not be in customer service she never says hello she never says goodbye she never says thank you, she just takes my change and puts it in the drive threw draw in no envelope, just has a nasty attitude. There is a you pharmacist there dont know her name and another tech named April very pleasant to deal with,and tha is why I stayed there for 4 years. But now I have to change pharmacies because I am really getting concerned with the way they lie it is an accident waiting to happen. My mother in law along with my daughter and son in law are also changing pharmacies. I called corporate 4 or 5 times with no response back and things just got worse, so before they do something really stupid I must leave. Go there if you must but you have been warned. CVS is less then 1/4mile west of there that is where I will now go.
