Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. Just make sure you ask the employees if what you are looking for is in stock. Seeing a game box on the wall does not guarantee availability.

I have been shopping at this game stop for years and they have always been pleasant. I am a veteran of the united states Navy and proud. I love to use military discount any where that I can. I was buying a game for my son presented the military card and store manage said that we no longer do military discounts I said to him what do you mean i shopped here 2 weeks ago. He said we dont excepted. My son was so upset and I was even more upset that this store manager would be so clueless. I will be reporting this store manager to corporate. Everyone needs to be one the same page. I ended up going to the patchogue NY store and had no issues

Waited more than 1 hour and they hang the sign “BRB - on break”. like seriously....!!!!! For more than 1 hour they were taking break and the customers were waiting outside. ridiculous....!!!!! one of the worst GameStop ever.

I was sold the wrong thing and when I been trying to call for the last hour no one answered the phone!

Lady sold me copy of Spider-Man for ps4 all scratched up when I asked for new one and she told me it was and it dosnet even work. I call for refund or original money back and was told they can’t give me my origin so amount back since it left the store. Bunch of idiots working and don’t know how to run the store and operate it properly. Never buying from her again

Im Sorry to say but every time i come to this store while the people working the counter are nice i never walk out with the game i want.i live within the distance of multiple game stops and this one is the problem child of the bunch. The day i write this i went in to get Shin Megami Tensei Strange Journey Redux for 3DS only to be told there was not copy from where i live to the Bronx. I called another Gamestop close by, they had the game bought it from there.

Delicious food, wouldnt recommend the pasta though.
