First time shopping there. store was really low stock on everything. Im also a new cosmetologist. got looked at weird and got asked if Im really a real licensed hairstylist. i showed her my licensed number too. dont like the vibe inside. a different location it is....

Good service and great people for the most part but the higher-ups seem to have more concerne for money than their employees. If you think hair products are more important than your employees safety during a snowstorm your priorities are a little mixed up especially at times like these you need to decide whats more important money or people. I now know what Cosmo Prof cherishes more and thats profit.

Always helpful at this location. Lori is an amazing store manager, she always greets me with a smile and remembers my name.. This is my favorite beauty supply.

So i went in here to buy some wax for a quick touch up on a client and I ended up purchasing some hair products because my hair is thin dry and brittle and the employee Jackie referred a few products that she as well uses and I am not only so pleased with the products she suggested but i am so impressed that she new her stuff on not only the products she recommended for my hair but basically was knowledgeable on ALL the products in the store and that to me is whats called a Valuable and Excellent employee. Nothing bothers me more when i walk into a specific store and the employees have no knowledge on the products that are sold in the store so when Jackie helped me out it was a breath of fresh air. She truly sets the standards high on what a true employee should be. I will definitely continue shopping there because of her (and the manager there is great as well!) overall Jackie and the Manager are great people with great personalities and they know their products.

They do not sell any hair extensions here or wigs. This store also only sells to “professional hair dressers” . Which I didn’t see in the description, but I guess C’est la vie.

The sales consultant was nice and so was Lori to some extent . I was returning items to be exchanged for other products and a she made a rude comment about the products I was returning . I bought them 2 months ago for a client who moved out of state and I wasn’t planning on using them for another client . I was grateful she took 2 items back after acting hesitant but The commentary wasn’t necessary . I do shop here every month and I do spend a lot of money at this location.
