I gave Al a call right after a rock hit my windshield I didn’t want the crack to spread and he let me bring my car right over. I tried Alliance Auto Glass due to all the great reviews and I am glad I did!I own a 19 year old Toyota Tacoma that I religiously take care of. Got a crack on the windshield that could not be repaired due to its size. The Owner , Al, saw how clean my truck was and went out of his way to make it look great. He ordered a stock replacement for me that even had the factory tint strip on the top. His technician taped off the windshield frame to protect it during installation and got me on the road very quickly. Flash forward a couple months and my wife got a rock chip that I caught early enough to repair. I called Al, he said bring it in to assess. He repaired it himself in under 10 minutes and I was back on the road. People dont realize they have a choice when it comes to Auto glass repair and use whoever their insurance recommends. You do have a choice. Choose local merchants who are part of your community. It makes a difference for all of us! Thank you Al! God bless.

Highly recommend this business. They have replaced or repaired many windshields on both my work and personal vehicles. I have been a customer since my mechanic told me thats who he uses for any glass work. Very reasonable prices. I try to pay out of pocket especially on my work vans to avoid rate increases in my insurance. with the condition our roads are in I was putting claims in all the time. Dont go anywhere else!!

Such great service at an amazing price! The owner and his son were so kind and fit us into their busy schedule even though we brought in our car last minute. Really treated us with care and did an amazing job replacing my rear window. Found this place on a whim but will definitely be coming back in the future.

His prices are also great, having just replaced a windshield on my daughters car, I asked what he would have charged and it was much lower that what we paid. Im glad I found Alliance!

I had a little chip in my windshield and my mechanic recommended Alliance. Al was great. He was upfront that the defect would still be visible but the repair would prevent it from spreading. He fixed it immediately and the price was much lower than I expected. I couldnt be happier.

Took my wifes car in with a large crack on the front windshield from a poor installation job at another shop. Great experience at Alliance Auto! They were extremely polite and managed to fit us in on a Friday late afternoon, and the car was ready Saturday morning. Thats incredible!!

Nice people first off, they deal straight from the top of the deck, use top quality windshields (I did my research before going). I did have a problem with my Kia as the bar strips on both sides arent meant to be stripped off and re-used. Instead of them ordering $200 in replacement parts from Kia direct they used a super strong glue to bond them to the new glass. I had a 14 crack so the old glass had to go as it would continue to spread. You would never know its a replacement windshield and they were half the price of Safelite and did the job in the time it took me to have a big breakfast at Dennys. Im still glad I removed the collision coverage off my now 7 year old car as most dont even cover windshields or if they do theres a $500 deductible. If you check my other reviews I can be tough on businesses that dont deliver, these guys do Im happy to say! Its been two months and no issues!

Called on a Monday, had my windshield replaced the very next day. Al had one of his guys deliver the glass straight to the shop from Connecticut and fit it on my 97 Mercedes in one hour. Al got me the best quality windshield for my car from the manufacturers of the original while still charging less than a couple of other guys who quoted me for non OEM (china) glass. They managed to salvage my inspection sticker and put my ezpass and registration on the new glass without me having to ask them and it even came with a lifetime installation warranty. Came to find out we grew up in the same neighborhood, couldnt thank them enough and highly recommend. If you are reading this and looking to fix your glass look no further and let this review be the one that helps you make your decision, cant remember a time when I received better service. Huge thanks to the team!

Was recommended to me by a friend. I called on Saturday just a little before noon, they asked me to come to see the windshield and make sure it doesn’t have integrated camera etc. and give appropriate estimation. They were direct, honest, and courteous. I accepted the offer and they placed the order (after their hours) and gave me appointment for Monday. On Monday they called to confirm appointment. The job was done in a very professional manner and I am extremely satisfied. Definitely 5 stars and I highly recommend their service

I never write a google review. But I had to for these guys. Al the owner and his son Matt are the most kindest souls you will ever meet in this business. My back windshield shattered and I went looking everywhere for a replacement. 9/10 places told me I had to wait two weeks for them to order and charged 400$ plus tax. I called this place after seeing the reviews and not only did they fix it the next morning but they also charged me half the price that all these other places asked for. They were generous, friendly , professional, and above all very caring for their customers. I even tried to pay an extra 60-80$ for all the extra work my car made them do but they kindly denied that, saying they do this for the community and not for the money. Dont go anywhere else, you wont find this level of genuine care at any other place. If you need any window repairs, these are your guys.

Family owned and operated small business that gets it. Had my windshield replaced within 18 hours. They handled billing with insurance and took care of everything. I recommend using them for everything.

As you know driving on Sunrise Highway can be very dangerous... a road I unfortunately drive on everyday. My windshield was cracked by rocks kicking up from a construction vehicle last week and, in minutes Al was there to my rescue. I was able to meet Al and his partner Mike coincidentally and they took care of me like I was family. They made sure I got the BEST & HIGHEST QUALITY windshield. Yes, truly amazing experience working with these guys! My windshield got hit and cracked by falling ice on the Jersey Turnpike on my way to visit my parents in Long Island. After I arrived, I googled windshield replacement and the 80+ 5-star reviews caught my eye. Al, the owner, was amazing from the start. No pressure, straight forward information, and amazing prices. He was so kind and able to accommodate my timeframe in spite of winter weather (windshield was replaced before I went back home). Bryan who did the replacement work was very professional and friendly as well. He kindly made sure my ez-pass, inspection sticker, and even the oil change filter were back on the new windshield. He was also patient as I had to move some cars out of the way. I highly recommend Alliance Auto Glass and am so grateful for their help and how they work!

I will never go anywhere else again for my auto glass needs. From the moment I called to the actual craftsmanship of their work, Alliance auto glass is top notch. My vehicle is brand new (2020) my insurance company couldn’t even find a place with the glass. I called Alliance and Jackie took care of it in 10 minutes. Originally Geico had me use Safelite for my windshield damage. Because of some rust around my window they couldn’t fix it. Went back on geico app and found this shop. With one email and a phone call they were on the way my windshield was installed. I wasn’t home at the time of the repair but extremely happy with the service.

They didn’t except my money they Thanked me for my service as US Marine in Iraq and did an amazing job I donated the amount they didn’t except to a local charity God Bless America and God Bless this small business .

Excellent service!!!! . My car was broken into and on a day off the owner came all the way to Queens to clean and wrap the window while they got the replacement glass. The very next day they came to install. Would recommend anytime.

While the price and speed of service was good, they did a pretty poor job cleaning the glass dust after the windshield replacement. There are tiny glass specs all over the dash and steering column. I would think it should be normal procedure to wipe that down.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Made appointment with owner. Came in following week. Oops. Didnt order glass.Made appointment to replace glass at my house following day at 2:30. . Called me 830 am telling me they are on the way. Another screw up. Finally had to call them at almost 3pm because no one showed up. I said I wanted to speak to Al the owner. He never called me. They showed up at 3:25. Awful company.. they also deleted my first negative review of them from last week
