These folks did such an amazing job with the custom ice cream cake. The flourishes of icing around the picture is elegant and matches it is truly an artists touch. Matching the Happy Birthday Teagan to the lettering in the picture requires such a great eye for detail. The choice for the floral border around the cake makes for such a great mood to the cake. The combination of it all almost made us not want to cut into it. Thanks for the amazing work.

Went to the DQ in Highland Ranch on University. Highly disappointing. I ordered a Strawberry Sundae and got a strawberry yellowish colored frozen yogurt textured sundae. I threw my large sundae in the trash and I drove down to this location off of Arapahoe. Andrew and Sean greeted me with smiles and amazing positive energy! I got the same thing, a large strawberry sundae. It came out as it should. Smooth, milky white and soft ice cream the DQ way the way it has been made my entire life. Thank you Andrew and Sean for your great customer service, clean kept store, and utmost kindness and respect. And perfect DQ Ice Cream.

All staff were friendly and kind, especially Madison, Matt and Paige. Great place to bring the kids! My daughter is often rude, but something about their kind energy and good vibes made her totally change her views on the world. Ive never had an experience quite like this. Most DQs that have teenagers working arent great, some dont care about cleanliness and being nice BUT this one was great! The teens working there tonight were cleaning the equipment. They were also respectful, nice and quick! Good job! Keep it up!

No two Dairy Queen’s are alike and this one definitely stands out. I always say this is the best one in Denver. Food is ALWAYS good and made correctly. I have tried multiple other Dairy Queen’s in the past but now I only go to this one!!

Loved it! What a nice, clean little DQ to stop in for deliciousness. We were greeted immediately with a smile. We got a good deal too! Buy a Blizzard, get one for .99 cents. We got our order quickly with pleasant customer service along the way. Oh! And I recommend the flavor of the month ... Oreo Mint Blizzard. Yummy!

Been trying to get a less than $5 refund for a lady not knowing the menu, causing me to drive to another dq for a limited shake. she confused dq with arbys. however, after contacting corporate, they said i was emailed as a follow up. didnt get an email until after speaking to the rep. when i requested a refund, i was told a manager would email & refund me. if it happened, i wouldnt be posting this

Your offer of a free Dilly Bar does not work with a phone number only provided on the receipt; need to fix that.Also, you are the only provider of hot dogs I am aware of in the immediate area and you are missing the boat. Your dogs are mediocre at best because of barely warm buns with blah hot dogs. Get the buns warm (toast??) and grill the dogs so they have some zip!!!DQ & Orange Julius have been favorites of mine for years but I will not eat any dogs until your menu improves. On the flip side, this may be OK with you. Your call.

Bad experience. I ordered 3 kids Sunday’s & a cone. The young gal on the register got my order wrong so I corrected her. She only gave us 2 Sunday’s. I stood there politely waiting as she helped another customer. She looked over at me as if I was an inconvenience.... I told her I was just waiting for my last item. She assured me that I only ordered 2, not 3 Sunday’s. GOOD customer service would have been to SMILE & say no problem, let me fix that for you. She told me to look at my receipt..... go to smash burger for your ice cream. Don’t go here.

Always busy, and not much seating for how many people are there. Food is very consistent, and weve never had an issue here with a wrong order or rude service. Its a bit loud inside, but pleasant outdoor seating if weather permits.

I took my 3-year-old son here for a special treat and was very happy with the experience. The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and the employees were friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to bring the family again!

I ordered a hot fudge sundae it came out with hot fudge and ice cream... I ask for whipped cream, peanuts and a cherry and they told me it was extra... Why would I bother ordering SUNDAE if I just wanted ice cream and hot fudge?!??

Place is kinda small but clean. Always has some teenagers making the food which is nice to see. Glad they support our young ones! Service is good.

Today we went in to get just some vanilla ice cream. One of our kids ordered a cup, must have confused the register lady, and when she asked a cone or cup he said cone because he thought there must have been no cups(just a simple mistake)We politely asked if we could get a cup and the register lady said “I thought I asked him that”, but in a rude tone. The kid said thank you, but the register lady refused to make eye contact with him or say anything. She was making the ice cream in the back (btw, all we ordered was vanilla ice cream in a cup is it really that hard?) and she acted as if we were a huge waste of time. We weren’t asking for anything difficult, all it takes is undertaking mistakes are made! No one else was in DQ while this happened/ while we were in there. Last time we went the customer service was excellent. Just putting this review up for people to keep in mind that good customer service really is nice for if a mess up is made. We did confront the lady about her being rude and she said she was not being rude and for us to exit, which instead would have helped the situation by realizing and saying that she was indeed rude and apologizing. We still love DQ, but experiences like this are unnecessary!!!

Very bad experience here. Had to get my blizzard remade twice and waited 22 minutes. Not worth the hassle will not get my service again :(

Tried to order a cake from the DQ on Quebec and spoke to a confused manager who said they only had what was already made in the freezer. (Thats funny. Thats not what the corporate website says.)Anyway, I called THIS DQ and spoke to a very competent employee who quickly and efficiently took my order.

Actually I was at Smash Burger. Häagen-Dazs milk shakes are the best. Only $4.29. Sorry Queen.

I have been eating DQ sense I was a little kid but in the lest few years all the DQs I go to it seems like ALL the (high school) kids they hire are very rude and really... half there. This location however has hired some very kind and friendly people and I am happy to see the management has their customers in mind.

Five teenage girls working and I had to clean the dirty counters after I said something to two of them. It was a little busy but not busy enough not to keep the counters clean. Especially where they are putting the food for the customer to it pick up from. Poor management and training.

I went to this shop when it was busy the other day and this lady (i think the owner) was taking our orders and when i went up to the cashier, they had no idea what i ordered!!! then, when my order came out someone else took it and i had to wait a long time for my order. not happy with my experience :(
