They dont sell to the public, had to go to their location to find that out, since they dont pick up the phone or state that on the website. Rude counter rep to top it off, empty store and too busy to pick up phone calls. Hey, Enjoy enjoy your job.

Donnie is the store manager and hes the best. Really cool guy that will remember your name after the first visit. He knows customer service better then any other parts guy in the Aurora area. Its good to be a lennox authorized dealer in the Aurora area!

Donny is a great guy but he’s the only one that’s every working and it’s impossible to get anything in a timely matter or good luck with phones calls.
