Completely Incompetent! Ordered groceries for pick up through the app. After checking in and waiting 20 minutes, I called the check in number to see what was going on. I was told my order was given to someone else. NO ONE there even attempted to contact me. There wasnt even a courtesy to come speak with me at my car. After speaking to a manager, I was told my order would be completed again in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I am on the phone with a different manager, who is explaining the issue. Finally received groceries after 45 minutes. Got home to find my order incomplete and wrong, even after the manager assured me it was right. Called the store and spoke to a third manager that stated she was over the store today.... still no resolution. This one worker cost me my entire lunch break and multiple trips to the store.Unacceptable!!!

This store is so ridiculous now. I used to love shopping here. But over the past year it has really gone downhill. It doesnt matter what time of the day it is. Theres always tons of staff on floor stocking. Theres always huge boxes and pallets up and down every isle. In the way of everything. The people stocking shelves are always very rude. And dont ever bother to get out of anyones way. I understand that the shelves need to be restocked at some point but it feels like theyre just doing it all day long and it makes it extremely hard to shop in there.

Not too crowded, good inventory, clean store, friendly staff and low prices . What more could you ask for.

Friendly service regardless of how busy it is. , Social distancing slows down the check out process, just like anywhere else so allow yourself some extra time.

I work fairly early and have stopped by here to a closed store 10-20min past opening time four times now. Throw in lack of cleanliness in the store and I recommend ya pay the extra few dollars at the target down the street

On Thursday, June 10, 2021, I shopped at your Walmart Store #05137 located in Aurora, CO with a very unfavorable experience.After checking out with one of your kind associates named Brandon at approximately 1:30 pm, I proceeded to exit the store. As I approached the exit doors, a female Hispanic attendant (name badge was not visible) allowed the customer in front of me to walk right out without verifying her receipt. As I neared this employee, she proceeded to stop me and ask for my receipt. I replied to her “that once you verify the customer in front of me, I will willingly provide you with my receipt.” Mind you, the customer in front of me was a white female, whereby I am a female of color. I immediately asked her to call the manager on duty, where she pointed towards customer service and told me I could walk over there and inquire about speaking to a manager. I repeated myself asking for her to call a store manager on duty, and yet again she pointed towards customer service and indicated for me to walk across the front of the store to customer service and inquire. She proceeded to strike up a conversation with a fellow employee that was cleaning nearby.I ended up walking in the direction of customer service and inquired with the first associate I ran across if she could please call the store manager on duty. She stated she was the manager, in which I believe her name was Becky. I expressed my concerns to her and she immediately skimmed my cart with the response of “she more than likely did not ask the customer in front of you for her receipt as you have items unbagged. I had one case of water and one watermelon, which are a little bulky to bag. Clearly there was no fact-finding, only an assumption she made. I inquired about the corporate policy on verifying receipts in which she said the policy states to “check all consumers’ receipts for unbagged items.” At that point I requested a full refund. This store manager stormed off and instructed the customer service clerk to refund my purchase, as she had no care in the world, nor did she express any empathy with the way I was treated. I then asked for her manager where she stated she was the manager and walked away.Before walking away from customer service, I asked the clerk what the store policy is for verifying receipts. He stated that normally they verify for large bulk items such as electronics, tvs, etc. I asked him if he would please call the store manager Jeremiah. He at least attempted to call Jeremiah and confirmed that he was not in the store to speak to me.Clearly your team is not aligned on what the policy actually is as it is an extremely fine line of such a policy. In this day and age companies need to be consistent and fair across the board with all consumers, so that it is not distinctively perceived that I was stopped because I was an African American Woman. By default, Brandon surely could not have bagged my 24-pack case of water nor my watermelon. My question I pose to you and the company, if I was not black and looking like I just came from the gym with flip flops on, maybe I would have received better service, or your associates would have expressed a bit more empathy. I suggest revisiting your policy and investing in the training and development of all associates to promote a more diverse and inclusive environment.

I can normally find what I am looking for here, thats why I gave it 4 stars, hoping my last two trip was just due to over worked staff. This trip the store was empty on produce, and some of the lunch meat had mold on it. It is never packed here so thats nice. The cashiers have seemed irritated to have to check people out. No eye contact, no how are you today. I always say Hi how are you? No answer. So staff is not friendly, but I get it after a full day of dealing with people and with covid and all, but at least say something back when someone says Hi. But normally its really friendly and nice here.

They didnt have what I went there for. This happens a lot because it is a product in their ethnic hair care which they dont keep stocked.

Worst looking produce, I had seen in a while. Place looked dirty, grabbed only what I needed from this store, then went to a King Soopers for everything else.

The selection here is a little more limited than other neighborhood grocery stores but it is good for a quick supply of pantry staples.

Best walmart in the metro area

Ive been in a number a times since the location changed from Albertsons. Im impressed, its always well stocked, well lit and clean. I normally go in the evenings and it will be typically less busy then the closest King Soopers.

Parking lot is all pot holes! Otherwise, nice store with friendly staff.

Such great customer service every time. Today I got off work early and they were awesome they already had my order ready and were super quick. They also allowed me to pick up the order I made on the app before the scheduled time. Much appreciated considering I work over nights and gotta sleep during the day.

Curbside pickup was ridiculously slow. I could have done the shopping and checked out twice and had time to smoke a cigarette. The gal who brought the items out was very pleasant though

The worst Wal Mart I have ever been to. The staff does not speak at all, they just stare at you like a stranger. If you need assistance do not expect any from customer service with the exception of 2 lovely women. The stockers speak and the pharmacy is amazing. The pharmacy staff is so kind and always helpful. The pharmacy is the only reason I even step foot in that store.

I am new to Colorado. I live four minutes away from this Walmart Neighborhood Market. I have nothing but the best compliments a customer can bestow on an establishment of this sort. Starting with the store manager down to every employee, no matter what their job title is, take the time to assist customers to the best of their ability. Or direct you to the proper person who can help accordingly. The store is always clean and, the majority of the time, nicely stocked with plenty of inventory.

This is a convenient place to go. Its a Walmart which is all I need to say.

For a small store it had plenty of selections. Fruit and bakery items fresh and great variety.

I could go to the one in Southlands since its closer but this Wal-Mart feels more at home to me, more friendly and I order my weekly grocery orders there. I would give them 5 stars but they run out of food frequently, so I never get my full grocery order.

I was just refused service for not wearing a mask. I have a condition that makes wearing a mask impossible. Also the cashier was not wearing gloves, but handling cash, which makes no sense. They also have barriers between the customers and cashiers. I will never return to this Walmart again. Their service has always sucked. I’d rather shop at Target where they understand that some customers have underlying issues where they can not wear a mask.

Favorite location by far. So nice and great selection. They always have what Im looking for. My only tiny complaint is that its always freezing in there. I always bring my jacket just to shop there. But I love this store, definitely my favorite Walmart.

Ive enjoyed shopping at Walmart Neighborhood Market store 3126 for many years now. The staff and management are very friendly and are very helpful to me!

I am not a big fan of this Walmart Neighborhood Market. The produce is small so while it looks like a good deal you are getting less per dollar spent. The rest of the store is generally over priced. Besides the ice which is a really good deal. Basically if you are in a jam and up need one thing this can be a good place to stop in. Otherwise of you are full on grocery shopping you should go elsewhere. That is if you like saving money.

This neighborhood market is smaller than the usual Walmart full size stores but what amazes me is all the stuff you can find in them.It is not as busy so its a great place to shop for your full grocery or quick last minute items you need to complete your food preparation.

Horrible service - no one minding the store! Stood for 20+ minutes trying to buy 3 items at the self check-out lines. 3 out of 4 lines not working. Every time someone had a problem ahead of me and needed an attendant, no attendant came. Lines just got longer and longer. Finally left my groceries without buying them because there was no end in sight to the wait. Pitiful! Where is the management?!

Normally, it is pleasant to shop at this Walmart location. I have been here numerous time, and never have I experience this treatment; especially from an associate I known for a while. I would have escalate this problem on-site and thought of calling her out here, and file a formal complaint with her name included. But since I knew here for a while, lets just save her some grace and not do the latter two; however, I would raise an alarm and let management know what happen without mentioning any names.Now, for all you regular Walmart shoppers that shop at this location with your backpacks, you must forgive me for not remembering this rule-- especially not with my headphones on and was in auto-pilot. I forgot such a rule do exist, consider I dont normally shop here carrying a backpack. The lady was rude, getting physical with me, poor attitude, and does not exhibit the normal customer service she normally does. She grabbed by backpack, and said no backpack was allowed; when she couldve tap on my shoulder or get in front me, in an appropriate manner, and notify me. I dont recall seeing a no backpack sign shopping here in these two years or so-so can you blame me for not following custom if your management/crew member are too short-sighted and inept to declare that this is a backpack-free zone? Last couple of times, I walked in without a single employee letting me know that this is a no-backpack zone; clearly it is not my fault.I know, I know everyones got a bad day and it is alright as long as it is not physical, but just because you have a bad day does not imply you can be rude, or even get physical to a customer. I suppose if the customer starts cussing and verbally assault your character, then your action might be able to be forgiven. But this is totally unacceptable, and I was very disappointed in her behavior and attitude, consider that she always got such a positive, energetic in our previous encounters. Must I say, I was very disgusted.

I love this Walmart. Best one in Colorado by far when it comes to the staff, the daytime ladies n gentlemen get to know you and are very welcoming. It’s not a super center but I’d rather shop here than anywhere else. Never any issues with people and I always leave happy!

This is about the fifth time in the last month that our household has purchased an item from this Walmart where the product was stale or moldy. Our dinner was completely ruined because of a bag of moldy rice.Some other issues:The conveyor belt layout of the self-checkouts is slow and builds up lines. This makes them inconvenient and defeats the purpose of self-checkouts. A store this size should have a cluster system of self-checkouts similar to that of King Soopers.My last complaint is that the employees are contently hounding young people about wearing bags. This is understandable since the store is next to a high school, but the extent that the managers go through to prevent backpackers from shopping is trashy and makes for an uncomfortable environment.Positives:The store is always very clean.Nice selection of products for such a small grocer.Walmart prices.

Staff could be more helpful and friendly

The employee Taylor have been manipulating me as customer and out side of the work area. Its very hard to shop there with her being a worker for a nice organization. She have using sexual references towards my name and I really hope there is a change.

I used to love this place and if you look at the reviews from about a year ago they were great but its gone downhill. theres a girl there Shamone and a manager Denise theyre both incredibly rude. Theyre condescending with horrible customer service and like to single me out every time Im in there. I only gave it two stars because I have a couple of workers there I love. Ive reported their outrageous behavior many times to management nothings ever been done. In fact I was told once by upper management that Denise has a lot going on right now thats not an excuse but just so you know. I only go here because its closest to my house and Im not going to change my store because they have a couple of bad employees. However, I will keep complaining and I will start taking it to corporate the more they continue to mess with me. Be mindful of these two otherwise its a decent place for a quick stop a lot less headache than the big store

They dont really enforce mask wearing here. Several patrons have masks around their masks as they banter and talk to employees their friends. Lines arent socially distant. Its sad that after 9 months of this nonsense people cant respect the health of others

Had over 300.00 worth of groceries and no cashiers. Employees thought it funny when I complained about having to self check that many items. I wasnt amused so I left them for her to restock!

I am bias and shop there a lot. If you need staples this is a great store. If you are cooking and looking for exotic items don’t expect to see it here. For staples it is great. The pharmacy has been great to work with. The only negative is self checkout with a lot of items but that is true anywhere. They do have checkers.

It was another quick stop but Walmart is a hit or miss. The store is sometimes really clean then others HORRIBLE. The vegetable, grapes and tomatoes etc. Is always the worst. I always have to shop elsewhere for anything in the produce section. I feel chips and sodas are really over priced. I quit shopping here when Walmart stopped price matching. They really are over priced. The Walmart scan your receipt I have never earned a cent and I use to spend over 300 a month at one time, and I know for a fact KS beats them on sodas, chips, cookies, cheeses etc.

This store carries a great variety of products. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. It has plenty of parking and is easily accessible from two both Smokey Hill Rd. And Buckley Rd. And with the buying power of Walmart the prices are great for all your family needs.

We went there to get this special water and they had every flavor except the one we loves so we asked Tammy Who wasnt even working on in that apartment, we asked her if she could go check the back. And not knowing she didnt work in that apartment, she went no questions asked rushed to go check. Came back they didnt have it but suggested we ask the from desk, and we ended up being able to oder it, she was so help full! She deserves a raise!! Where rarely do you find such kindness in a Walmart employee in general!
