Patterson is a fantastic company. Ive been in dental over 18 years and my office mostly dealt with Henry Schein(which I had nothing but bad service with) Since I have been in management Ive used Patterson. My Rep is amazing (Feather Moon). If she doesnt answer, she gets back to me very quickly. She has blown Scheins prices out of the water. Their technicians are awesome to, always willing to teach me how to fix stuff on my own. And always providing quality service. Thank You Patterson for being so GREAT!!!

This is not a review of their service technicians, who generally have been good. This is a review of this branch and its management and customer service. They are unorganized, poorly managed, money-grubbing and rude. I have only ever had one interaction (with someone named Jennifer) that was pleasant. Still, I have had countless extraneous charges that I have to spend many hours out of my busy, patient-filled day to resolve, no-shows with techs due to poor scheduling management, and been sent to voicemail many, many times with time sensitive issues, only to be followed up with hours and hours (and sometimes days) later. Dont waste your time with this company. I look forward to the day management changes.

This company sends me to voicemail every I call. They dropped the ball with over-nighting a required part and never ordered it. I repeated multiple times what we needed and how soon we needed it. When I didnt get it the next morning I called Patterson and was sent to voicemail. I called a total of 4 times and was sent to voicemail every time. By the time someone finally called me back they told me that the order never got put in and now it was past the cut-off to over-night it for the next day. So frustrating!

Customer service is WORLD CLASS!

Never live person to talk to. Unorganized, unprofessional, disregarding services. We stopped using them for those reasons, but our new service provider is not authorized to work on X-ray machine, installed by Patterson. So we had to call them, scheduled service and they did not show up!

Rude, un-informed and quick to disregard customer.
