I usually dont give ratings good or bad but this time it is warranted.I had a scheduled appointment at 11:45 a.m. on July 29, 2021. During the past year for various reason I have had quite a few appointments and all have been great with the exception of this one. I waited 45 minutes and never did get to see the doctor. Two technicians came to get me during my wait and took a few tests, sent me back to the waiting room, then finally approached me apologized for the wait and said the doctor was to far behind schedule to see me and she would call me by the end of the day to speak with me. Never happened, hence my disappointment and poor rating.

Great customer service. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Doctor Lisa Hamilton was knowledgeable and makes you feel at home. Go Coogs!

It was great, as usual. I like coming here, as the staff has always been kind. They made an extra effort to utilize my Medicaid billing properly to ensure that my copay was as low was possible, which is very helpful.

The exam was the most thorough I have ever experienced. The doctor and technicians were all very professional and found a condition I didnt know I had. I am currently being treated for that condition and feel the same about the treatment I am receiving - the people involved are confident and competent and taking good care of me. A good experience.

The technician is very kind the check-in assistant was very kind. Everyone seems to like their jobs which is nice!

Jade and Dr Schumann explained every step and made me very comfortable during the procedure. Everyone who works here is so pleasant. This location is the best! Mind you I do live a little ways from this particular location but it’s totally worth the drive when you have the best experience every time I have an eye visit.

Jade is great! She explains everything well and is so personable and kind. She made me feel entirely comfortable and relaxed during my dry eye procedure.

I was amazed at the new technology for the eye testing! I enjoyed checking in with the receptionist as she was very friendly but it the same time very professional. The testing staff and Doctor Shuman were on top of their profession.

Im always impressed with how well the staff works together. The flow is great and Dr. Woo took her time to ensure my contact lens prescription was correct. They were busy but I felt important not rushed.

Im so glad I came here for my dry eye issue. For the past 4-5 years my eyes were watering uncontrollably and it was getting worse. I was utterly miserable. I thought maybe I had allergies for the first time in my life. My doctor recommended I see an eye doctor - that they can test for dry eye. Here I am a couple of months later and my eyes are 90% better. I have my life back. Thank you so much.

Sean and Chantel were great at the front desk. I felt very rushed by Dr. Schumer. I was not happy to hear that I “failed” my macular degeneration test and they wanted me to come back and pay again! Saddened by this appt!!!!

Taking the time to check the fit of my new contact prescription ended up being crucial, as a small adjustment due to how the particular contact sat on my eye was necessary to get the correction desired, and the vision i need.Dr. Hamiltons follow through is that important step that makes sure her patients leave with the best vision they can have.

Doctor was wonderful as always! Assistants also very nice but employees by the front door where starring at me when I was trying to open the door with my Knee Bike (broken bone) and nobody came to the front door to help nobody!

I brought my teenage son to be fitted for contacts for the first time, and we received excellent customer service from the minute we walked in. They put him at ease during the entire process and answered all of my (many) questions about options and pricing with patience (seriously, I had so many questions!) and clear knowledge.

Wonder service from the first phone call. Staff is very professional and friendly. One of the best experiences I have in quite some time. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I really appreciated Alexs patience with me and knowledge of teaching me to put in and take out contacts. I was pretty nervous about it but he made me feel confident that I could do it and when I was struggling he was super patient and encouraging. When I got home and was on my own I was able to take them out like it was nothing and that was all because of Alex.

I broke my glasses late Saturday night. I went in hoping they might have time to see me. While they were fully booked, Dr Hamilton said, we will get you in. I got a full eye exam in less than an hour. Then , because they are in Pear Vision I was able to order glasses and have them in an hour. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They were kind and understanding of my plight. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Thank you all so much.

Im still new to the whole GLASSES thing- In visits past when the eye doctor would ask me a question, which view is better?, when comparing two different views I was always hesitant to pick one because neither view was perfect. The new doctor I saw today explained to me that picking the view that was better is just helping to find and make the correct lens for me, it was SO much easier to pick the better view.I picked up my glasses, progressive lenses, and had some blurry areas. I was told that would be NO problem because there is a 90 day warranty to redo the progressive lens. The special line in the lens was lowered (new lenses made) and my glasses are perfect!

Very friendly and efficient staff!! They took care of me quickly without making me feel rushed or passed over. I felt that Dr. Shuman truly cared about the health of my eyes. She was very kind and engaged.

I have been taking both of my kids to this eye doctor for years. My kids always love to go there and look at all the cool frames. They care about the job they are doing and it shows. I thank them for being stright forward (both of my kids have horrible eyesight). I also thank them for backing me up when my kids started to make excuses for not wearing them all day. I just really appreciate everything they do.

I am a new client, and visited All About Eyes for the first time. I had an eye infection, and was seen quickly, and was on my way. The staff is very friendly and professional and I have now been seen twice and both doctors were fantastic. I recommend this location.

Doctors and staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. Online scheduling and pre-appointment communications went smoothly. I was very comfortable during the exam process. Their state-or-the-art testing equipment significantly reduced or eliminated any discomfort I’ve experienced in the past. There was no hard “up selling” of products or unneeded services which I really appreciated. All in all, a pleasant experience.

All the staff we so helpful and pleasant. I can’t recommend this branch enough.

I am SO pleased with Dr. Hamiltons care! I have not had clear vision for nearly 10 years, due to double vision. I have been to 2 other optometrists and an ophthalmologist, and no one ever really tried to solve my issue until a friend recommended Dr. Hamilton. She took the time to listen and try different things until I walked out with remarkably clear vision. Im very grateful.

I visited yesterday and had my punctal plugs removed, which saved me a lot of money; my regular insurance would have charged much more for the same procedure! Everyone here is always pleasant, efficient, and welcoming. I was even able to donate my deceased mothers eyeglasses here. I am very appreciative of both the M.D., and the front office staff for making this experience as pleasant as possible! I will definitely return for all my eye concerns!!

This office is really nice and clean. I ended up not needed anything other than readers. I was able to get seen early and the whole visit took a short amount of time!

My first time at this location and everyone was so friendly. I was greeted with hand sanitizer. LOL. Oh these times. The technician who helped me with all of my tests was amazing. Dr. Schuman shared her expertise with me and took the time to discuss issues I needed to hear. And Sean was just as helpful with getting me through purchasing my new glasses. I have been with Dr. Hamilton and her practice for over a decade. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. They remember me whenever I need to come in for my annual check up or for an emergency issue. They got me in and stayed late to make sure the issue was properly diagnosed and that I understood the issue and what was needed to take care of it.I have always received the best care and would not ever consider going anywhere else. I sit in front of a computer screen day after day for hours at a time. And I wear bifocals. So, having a pair of out-in-the-world glasses for when Im away from the computer and computer glasses for when Im looking at a screen is essential for me. Im delighted with the glasses I got from Pearle Vision (owned by All About Eyes).The eye exam was more thorough than any Ive ever had, done with grace and professionalism. And store manager Bobby Hamilton made me feel at home while fitting me for my new eyes. I couldnt be happier with my whole experience there.
