I found myself in urgent need of upgrading my Lenovo ThinkPad P53 in March when Covid-19 was shutting many business down. In spite of their tremendous workload of working with schools and preparing laptops for students who would be learning from home, the good folks at DHE were very accommodating, and were able to get my machine in and turned around very quickly. I was impressed with their pricing, knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness through every step of the process. Their no contact system is simple but effective and left me with absolutely no reservations regarding the safety of everyone involved. Thank you DHE, Greg Jones, and Elena -you were all a pleasure to work with! I confidently recommend DHE and will not hesitate in working with them again!

I have had an awful experience with my new Lenovo Yoga and have a full service warranty. I have had an equally negative experience with Lenovos customer service and them sending back an unrepaired laptop, but saying it was repaired and me having to repeat the awful service cycle. Enter DHE, which I found as an authorized Lenovo repair business, and was so relieved at the high level of responsiveness right away to my issues by one of the owners/managers. My computer is better than it ever has been now - like its brand new -which is such a relief as it has given me issues since the beginning (it never acted like a new computer). I am relieved that I know they are there to address future issues under my warranty, should any arise.Service was fast as well as thorough, communication was great via email throughout the repair (about a week) and pickup was extremely easy.I was also very happy that they take cautious measures to ensure minimal contact and high sanitization during the pandemic.

I had my laptop hard drive replaced at DHE. They were recommended by Sony Extended Warranty customer service. Everyone I dealt with there was friendly and competent. I asked them lots of detailed questions not only about the laptop they were fixing, but two other computers that I use. They gave excellent guidance on everything I asked about. They went over and above what the needed to on the replacement of the hard drive. They gave me a faster hard drive vs. what was covered by warranty, and they also installed all of my software for free which was also not covered. Net, they were smart, friendly, competent, and went the extra mile. I think they fired the people who got the previous bad reviews.

They suck at keeping in contact and updating status, even when you ask them to. They open at 830..... seems late, for most of us are well into the day at this point... and also make sure you don’t go in at 830, as the technicians do not start until 9 (would have been nice to know before I arrived at 815). Speaking of arriving at 815, the young lady who answered the phone kindly let me drop off the laptop early, that was a plus. I told them I’d be back at 930, the technician stated it would be a 30 minute repair, they said they’d give me a call. Sat in the parking lot for eternity, went in to check status... there my laptop is ... sitting in a clear bin..... completed... no phone call to let me know it’s ready... and the icing on the cake? Service manager tells my I.T. He didn’t like how demanding I was. I call it common courtesy but whatever....

I have been working with Dan and his team for 17 years and they have always been top notch. They know what they are talking about and will not over sell you. Last Wednesday my computer had a hard disk crash. I have put computers together myself. I was debating whether I should install the new hard disk myself. I am very glad they took the computer to DHE. They worked with Dell on the warranty issues. They got the old hard drive to work long enough to get a good backup. They installed the new hard drive and restored all my program and data files. I was up and running by Friday afternoon. The price was reasonable. I could have done it myself, but it would have taken 10 times longer!

Amazing service, excellent CS, wicked fast repair. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from DHE and highly recommend them. I have a Lenovo with a bad mother board. Dropped off the computer, parts were ordered that day. A dead on arrival board was shipped from Lenovo so they replaced it with a new one the very next day. Super impressed with the speed and expertise of this establishment. Thanks DHE!!!

Ive used DHE twice for work-related computer repairs - a failing hard drive and a failing laptop screen. Both times they have been very friendly, professional and timely throughout the repair process. Their prices are reasonable for no-warranty service and since theyre a Lenovo authorized service center they were able to handle my in-warranty repair without me having to pay anything. I highly recommend these guys.

I wanted to say that Brett and his team have provided my company exceptional service in the last few months, imaging and swapping our old hard drives for SSDs. The turn-around time has been very quick and extra tasks such as disk cleanup or BIOS/chipset updates have been performed. Last week I emailed Brett about a machine, we dropped it off on our way to the Springs and I let him know early the following week would be great for a pickup. I received a call about 2pm the same day – he had it done. Awesome!THANK YOU for all you do for us!

DHE Computer Systems really came through for me when my computer died and I cannot thank them enough. I had just started an online class when the hard drive in my laptop failed, rendering it completely useless. I took it into DHE first thing the next morning and they had it up and running and back to me before the end of the same day. Everyone I interacted with at DHE was very friendly and professional, especially the technician, Brett. Everything I brought in, including the power cables and backup hard drive, was labeled and tracked, and prices and expectations were clearly explained. Within 30 minutes of dropping off my laptop, Brett called with an update and continued to update me throughout the day. I highly recommend DHE for any type of computer issue and I will be definitely using them again in the future.

I was driving up to Vail this morning I Iwas driving down the tunnel coming into silverthorn . When a DHE company vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed in the trucker lane , swerved into my lane and almost caused a major accident, I had to avoid his vehicle. This employee had no regards to my life or fellow drivers . Then on top of this he pulled over at Dillon Lake rest stop . What a idiot. This company needs to know about its aggressive driver. Risking peoples lives on the the roadways.

Laptop was still under warranty - Toshiba recommended we bring in to DHE Computer Systems. DHE found visual exterior damage on the unit witch voids the warranty (Reasonable). At this point DHE Computer systems should have called me and explained there is now going to be a charge to look at this unit. Instead they continue to diagnose the system and find no issues. Dan Hammock sent- The symptoms you mentioned were all software problems. If you had known how to fix the issue yourself, you would not have needed us or Toshiba after we complained about the unauthorized charge.So they insult my intelligence, update some drivers and then refuse to return my computer until I pay for the diagnosis charge that was never authorized.Dan Hammock, Its not about the money its all about the principal.Good Luck!

Lenovo should drop this company as a service center. Your time, respect and merchandise will be at risk. I dropped off a tablet computer that was under warranty through Lenovo. I chose this company because it was listed as a local repair center on Lenovos website as oppose to sending in the unit. I reported to the person accepting my tablet that it turns on and off. From there, I get an update days later saying that the motherboard had been swiped out and it did not need to be replaced. As I was making time to go pick it up a few days later, I received a phone call that a new charger for the tablet would be provided and will be arriving shortly. Then, whether I called them or they called me, I was informed I should wait some time because the charger has not arrived. The drop off date was June 20. It is July 18, I have picked up the tablet to which I was told the charger was on a back order. I asked if the motherboard had been replaced. The person in charge said no, they got it to turn on with a charger. The INITIAL reason I brought it in was because it turns on and off randomly! I asked the person checking me out why his staff had miscommunication with me on several different occasions and suggested he have a talk with them before it confuses and angers customers . I reminded him I have been very patient in waiting about 4 weeks. If all they were going to do is plug it in and watch it turn on instead of investigate the problem that it turns on and off, we could have saved each others time. The person in charge asked me if I just trying to be a problem and that if I have issues in the future I can deal with Lenovo directly. He also did not offer to turn the tablet on for me to show me that it indeed works, is repaired and turns on properly. I hope the owner can read about how his staff deals with customers, and Lenovo can re think if they want to continue letting this company take on their customers with warranties. Its really poor service when I present facts about how your team and leadership did not handle things correctly only to be told Im the problem and I can go elsewhere. Future warranty repairs will be sent to Lenovo as oppose to dealing with this local company.UPDATE: THE TABLET DOES NOT STAY ON! This is the night of bringing it home. I WAS NOT EVEN ABLE TO LOG ON. THIS COMPANY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB AND IS A WASTE OF TIME. I was given a USED part of the charger to take home, the box part. That is all they did to solve the problem and my intuition tells me they never even had a full charger on order, regardless they never took the time to look into my claim. They are liars here beware.
