My family and I had a Great experience at Groove Mazda! Our sales guy Nico Perry was very knowledgeable and so caring. Their computer system went down and of course, so we waited, trying to get the deal done on this day. Of course it didn’t happen on that particular day. We were very fortunate to have Nico Perry. He was so sweet. He would constantly check in on us throughout the day. My three children and I, one age 3, were all at the dealership the whole day. Nico had went out of his way to bring us food “many different times”throughout the day and lord, everyone knows children are hungry every hour! He also had a great sales partner Sara. She was amazing as well. She would also go out of her way to check in on us! Our Finances person, Kaylie was very knowledgeable in her field and made the finance part go very smoothly. I know it takes a team to make all that happen, so thank you all at Groove Mazda!

I had a Mazda 6 for the last 7 years, bought it brand new. That car carried me through my twenties and into my thirties. Mazdas are fun to drive, more sporty than you think and are easy to Maintenance.After 7 years and hundreds of thousands of miles, my 6 finally died (totally my fault). I was devastated, but Mackenzie in service helped me out and took the time to listen and I cant thank her enough.Groove Mazda bought it back from me with no hassle and a great deal. I bought a used Mazda 3 a few days back. My sales person Sara Sacks was very nice to work with. She understood my needs and suggested the right car for me, allowed me to take the car for a long test drive to thoroughly assess the car, was very transparent and showed the inspection report and offered a resonable price when all other car dealers wanted to scam me. Overall a pleasant buying experience.

Wonderful experience leasing my new Mazda through groove. Andrew G. was extremely helpful and negotiated everything through email. Once we came to pick up the car it was fast and easy. They were absolutely amazing. We were hoping to look at a certain car, but when we got there it was unavailable. They were able to find a good car that I loved that fit in our criteria. They never pressured us into certain prices and finances, they listened to us and helped us find what we wanted. The car was absolutely beautiful on the inside and the engine was super clean. We had an issue with our bank and financing, but our salesman, Zack, and the finance manager, Kalie, we’re absolutely amazing. They had amazing and so helpful in sorting out the issue and putting up with our bank. They have great customer service and are very honest and upfront. Best car dealership I’ve ever been to, and I would trust them to also service my car. Definitely recommend going to them, they have great customer service. They take good care of their cars, both new and old!

I almost bought a car from Groove Mazda, but my experience with them made me go to another, competent, dealership. I was repeatedly given misinformation, was given false promises, then told what they told me directly was wrong and I must have “misheard,” and then asked to give a $1000 non-refundable deposit to hold the car for two days while I went to fix their mistake-a mistake that would not/could not be fixed in two days. To say I would not recommend this dealership is an understatement. If the company is not a scam, the salesmen are at best incompetent.

Wendel Aaron helped me get into my new car! I bought it almost a month ago, but Wendel took such good care of me through the whole experience - which is why I’m just now leaving a review to make sure he gets some recognition. He was very patient, informative, attentive, and friendly from the first day on the lot for the test drive through the quoting, signing, and post purchase walkthrough. I also did ask for a number of quotes and had a lot of questions via phone and email and he was always very detailed and quick to respond. He was never pushy, just supportive for helping me find all the things I wanted out of a new vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with Groove Mazda. My sales rep Patricio helped me through the complex process of trading in my old car for a newer model. Later I decided to have some accessories like a tow hitch and roof rack added. Peyton was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and setting up the installation for me. Just bought my first Mazda. Had a great experience at Groove Mazda working with Wendel Aaron. I was negotiating with three dealers via email and Wendel was the best. Always a quick reply and never pushy. He was great (along with the rest of the staff at Groove Mazda) when I came in to finalize the deal. He took the time to show me how to access the various features on my new car and introduced me to the staff at the service department. They seem like a good group and I look forward to working with them in the future. Sam the finance director was also great. Went over the various warranty packages and how they would affect my payment but also never pushy. I would highly recommend Groove Mazda and ask for Wendel.

She listened to what I wanted during the first call and was prepared for our first meeting with a great option for me to test drive. If you would like your time wasted with false online ads, this is the place for you.We drove from the other side of town to check out a vehicle that was listed online. None of the damage (there was a lot) was shown or mentioned anywhere in the ad. It was listed online for $700 above NADA value but when we got there it was a totally different price at $1k OVER NADA value.The vehicle had many scratches, dents , missing parts, cracked parts, etc etc. Since it was listed so high and had no mention of any of this, it was safe to think that it was in really good shape, boy were we wrong.On top of that, we made an appointment with the salesman and when we got there he was in the middle of a deal with another customer and wouldnt be with us for quite some time.False ads and time wasters, beware.See pictures of the vehicle condition and the over priced sticker that insinuates it is in excellent condition.

Wendel sold me my first car and he was honestly one of the kindest salesman I’ve met. Other than him I had many other team members help me in this process and overall it was a very simple experience despite being something that should be stressful normally. The environment is nice and genuinely I appreciated Wendel who has helped me even after I bought the car. His kindness and customer service did not end at the sale and what benefited him, but extended to other questions and concerns I had after I bought the car. I bought my first Mazda from Patricio and it was an excellent experience. We had a newborn baby at home so we took advantage of their online paperwork and delivery offerings at the dealership. Pat drove paperwork over 30 minutes to ensure we could secure the financing deal we wanted before the end of the month, got an add on completed for us so we wouldnt have to schedule an additional appointment, and walked me through the car in person to explain its features. Whenever we had a question about anything, she would ask and deliver a clear answer. Her unconventional, no pressure sales style is a plus for the dealership, yet she brings the entire deal to a close smoothly. She patiently waited for us to complete the paperwork (it was close to 11 at night), and then gave us a hands on tutorial of the tech gadgetry. Run in the other direction as fast a possible, buy somewhere else.The purchasing process was fine, price was okay, its a terrible time to buy a car right now.It is when you need ANY form of customer service where the problems begin.The shop manager is unable to run a shop. They had my care for 20 days and he had no idea what was happening with my car, or that it was there that long. He scheduled a meeting with me to do a ride along to hear the knocking sound. I was on my way there when I got a call saying they lost my keys and had to reschedule a meeting. Long story short they cant fix a problem with my brand new car, and will not honor the manufacturers warrantee.Do your self a favor and drive past the shop bay doors and just take a peek inside. It looks like a homeless encampment has taken over the shop. Things are everywhere, it is very dirty, and this is why, I am guessing, they lost my keys.I emailed the general manager, and he completely ignored me. The shop manager was supposed to email me with the GM CCd but completely ghosted me. Once they have your money you are not worth the time of day to them.*The only reason they have 4 plus stars is because they bribe their customers with a free tank of gas for a good review. Google is totally cool with that, but its misleading to say the least.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I purchased a vehicle on May 21,2021. The entire process took hours for them to facilitate. They made numerous promises and made tons of excuses. I should have known at that point to go larger as it was evident the employees are far more important than the customers and their time is the most valuable, not the customers. They actually pushed finish the paperwork that night warning me if I returned the following day it would take at least five hours…another clear sign to walk.After I purchased the car they refused to communicate. I elevated numerous times and ever the manager of the dealership is non responsive. Mazda customer service at the corporate level is also a joke.Simply put…go somewhere else that will value your time and actually respond to you!

We spoke with Jeff Tate on Saturday about a 2021 CX-5. Mr. Tate found the trim level and color we were interested in and set up on a test ride within minutes of arriving. He was friendly and communicative throughout the process. Although we had a deal lined up with another dealership, Mr. Tate looked and the numbers and was able to beat them. Paperwork went smooth, dealership was clean and offered perks like free maintenance for 2 years and unlimited car washs and vacuuming at the dealership. Happy to do business there, will be going back in the future when its time for another car.

Gave my wife a bait and switch on an oil change coupon for teacher appreciation. Mazda had an offer to let teachers get an oil change for free as a COVID thank you. She called them up and scheduled the oil change with them and made it clear she wanted to use the coupon. Showed up and they said Sorry! Thats expired now. But well do it for $100. Thanks, Mazda. But they got Groupon now.Dishonest. Please avoid.

When I first came in Niko was able to help me test drive some of the cars to figure out what I was looking for. We left because they didnt have the color I was hoping for. When I left Niko went above and beyond and texted me letting me know different options I had. We then came back a couple days later and Jeff helped get the car I was looking for. Terrible Service! Inquired on a car that was on the lot online the day before. Called the following day before opening and spoke with Neeko at 8:58am to confirm the car was still available he confirmed and said he would pull the car around for us when we arrived. While on the phone with Neeko receive a call and VM from Andrew who had gotten the online inquiry also confirmed the care was available. I told Neeko we were driving from Longmont and was already headed to him but was another 35 minutes out. He said “no problem it will be up front for you when you arrive”. When we arrived at 9:35am Neeko met us in the lobby only to inform us another lady had just arrived and was wanting to look at the car and that we could see it when she was done. I explained that this was why I did all the stuff above. He stated we don’t hold cars. I told him we were pre approved and I wanted to buy the car. We stood around another 30 minutes and I located him and asked him if the car was for sale he stated “yes” I said I want to buy the car. He said, well lets start the paperwork. After completing a bunch of paperwork I said lets do it and he said that he needed a signature. By this time the lady had returned from her test drive so we looked at the car. I went back in and told Neeko we are ready to purchase the car he said ok let me talk to my sales manager. He can back later and said he needed time, I asked again is the car for sale? If so sale me the car. He went back to his sales manager and came back and said that the lady before us now has first right of refusal. They wasted over an hour of our time, failed to do what they said they were going to do and basic tried to hold us around the dealership just in case something went wrong with the other client. I had just underwent surgery 48 hours prior and this is how they treated us. We ended up going to McDonald Mazda and bought a brand new 2021 Mazda3 and they were wonderful. We even bought the 10yr/120,000 mile warranty. The service at McDonald was top notch and professional. McDonald Mazda had the best customer service I have seen in 50 yrs! I would highly recommend them and suggest you don’t waste you time with this dealer. Luckily I will spend the next 40 years encouraging everyone I know to steer clear of this dealership.

I love my CX-5 but their service department was awful. I try to resolve any glitches with a manager before posting online but they dont answer the phone and it took a ridiculous amount of time to get transferred to their service manager (they wouldnt give me his direct line) and he didnt call me back. So here we are.I took my new car in for the low oil light on/ oil leak and they got the idea in their heads that someone else had changed the oil before and not replaced a bolt and/or overfilled it. There was NOT a prior oil change, there was a LEAK. They were NOT listening to me so after they had my car for 2 nights and a day I just let them run with it. (And even if the phantom oil change had happened, you dont unbolt the drain pan, you just pull the plug so that still wouldnt explain a missing bolt) They changed the oil, (free- to their credit) I get home and the leak/drip is worse. They wanted me to bring it back and be without a car, rather than picking it up from house as is advertised on their website. I took it to McDonald Mazda West instead who were fantastic, got me a loaner, and cleaned up the giant mess of dripping oil Groove had made and checked all the bolts and screws for free. It didnt even look like Groove used a funnel and they didnt wash/vacuum my car which, lets be honest, is a perk of going to the dealership. It was very amateurish and while Im sorry they are short handed, you still have to do good work.

The dealership is well stocked with new inventory but limited used. Sara Sacks was our sales rep and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. The dealership was understaffed, particularly for a Saturday. Sara was juggling multiple customers at the same time. With what she was faced, she did admirably. The time necessary to complete negotiations and financing was borderline ridiculous. A transaction that should have taken 1-2 hours, tops, ended up at nearly 4-hours. Once we were actually with the right people things went smoothly, but they need to hire more salespeople, managers and finance/closing personnel.

Went in to test drive a new car with the intent to go through with a purchase if the deal was right. Jeff Tate, my assigned sales associate, was not only very friendly but he also let me take more time with the vehicle enabling me to make a more informed decision. After going through the numbers with Jeff along with some no-pressure haggling, I was able to get to a price point that was good for me and fair to Mazda. There were some minor hiccups upon pickup of the vehicle however I attribute this to the forgetfulness of other parties involved with the sale.
