This place has been consistently tremendous. They are always friendly, helpful and dont try and sell me things I dont need. Today they took my car right in without an appointment, diagnosed the problem (something they couldnt fix there) and didnt charge me anything. Their excellent customer service keeps me coming back.

Came in to patch a leaky tire on a Monday morning. The Les Schwab team took me in and did the work ASAP, I was in and out within the hour. All employees that I had dealt with were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely work with this business again.

Good place. Had to get a couple of new tires and an alignment. It went smooth and was done quickly. Friendly staff. Only 4 stars out of five as they did not provide info on otherbrands of tires available and pricing options.. Maybe my fault for not pressing on it.

After the 3rd visit I finally went to the dealer and they did it right the 1st time. These guys forgot lug nuts, couldnt balance tires or do a safe alignment. One day the truck started pulling with a crooked steering wheel and the tires got feathered. The specs they showed me dont match what the dealer has, not cool. They said they couldnt balance out the tires as they had to use too much counter weight and would wobble. BS, they didnt use 0.25 gram weights and didnt zero out the tires. The dealer dialed it in and the truck doesnt wobble. Spend the extra $40 and go to the dealer.

Super-quick to assess & price what i needed, friendly, never off-putting, no pressure, just knowledgeable, honest and helpful. All location seem to share the same vision. 5 ☆s Ive been a LS customer for 7 yrs.* oh, & I noticed they had Mothers® Polishes, Waxes, & Cleaners (mothers.com) in the waiting area for you. Which reminds me that they usually have awesome popcorn but not right now and thats okay. The vending machines were working (youll only need 4 or 5 quarters), and the TVs are on, and theres plenty of space inside or out to wait. They also have phone charging cords available -- look for the car battery on display. *

Great experience at Les Schwab! Came in today to get my tire patched after a nail got stuck in my tire, and they fixed it free of charge, and within 10 minutes! I’ll definitely be back, especially when I need new tires. Friendly staff and clean shop.

I had changed the suspension and steering parts, still needed to change the sealed bearings, they gave a 30 day window to realign the car free of charge.They kept their word, & thats a HUGE thing in the automotive world.Two thumbs up.Highly recommend.

I went in to get my flat tire fixed. Since it was my first time they fixed it for free! And really quick too! I will definitely visit them again for all my tire needs!

Xavier, Doug and Ryan are the best. They took charge in fixing my flat in less than 30 mins. Mind you, I limped in there after hooking up my factory/tire mobility kit. Service was provided as a courtesy! These guys and their location will have all of our business moving forward. Top shelf!

I took my car to a third LesSchwab location to get my wheels rebalanced since after first and second place balanced i had steering wheel vibration. So the technician said that wheels were out of balance. How is that possible?! Running same shop at different locations with different balancing readings?! As me being mechanic first what I noticed was balancer weights installed at the center of the wheels... thats a No No!!! I didnt wanted to argue with technician in front of other people to make him bad.just walked out took the car and went to this les schwab location. I explained the guys that previous mechanic did a sloppy job and didnt knew what he was doing. So i asked them to rebalance all 4 wheels. While I was waiting i was watching how they are balancing wheels. After they were all done. I asked them if they rebalanced all 4 wheels. They said Yes! And while i was watching them they rebalance only front ones and never touch the rears. I was really disappointed!!!Suggestion to a shop manager:Hire skilled employers or at least few so they are capable to work on high end cars!!!

We go to the store on corner of Parker and Arapahoe..We have had 3 vehicles supplied with full sets of tires...brake jobs,...and other services.The manager is the best of customer service...and all of his crew reflect the same attitude. Its hard to trust auto repair places (which we have been taken advantage of)....and believe in an honest company again!

Had my tires rotated this afternoon. It literally took them less than 15 minutes. Theyre AWESOME!!! Still the best service in the tire business.

I went in today after finding my tire flat. There was an obvious nail in it, but I have had pressure issues in this tire since it was worked on by a different company. The guys at Les Schwab were very kind and quick to get my car checked in. They took under an hour and half to fix the puncture issues with my tire. Ive been driving all day since getting my car back, and I have not had my car drive so smoothly in months.These guys were professional, quick, and friendly as well. Thank you guys!

While in the show room waiting for service, I heard a manager yelling at an employee in the back. He was berating the employee and telling him he was a terrible mechanic. This was an obvious case of harassment and I think Les Schwab corporate Human Resources should take a look at this locations treatment of its employees! Completely unprofessional!!!

Literally love les schwab however this one in particular is my favorite Dillon and nick always take care of me and for sure deserve promotions they are great with customer service do things when they say they will they are fast and professional and haven’t let me down yet they have put new all season tires on my car I’ve gotten new wheels from them and they lowered my car every time they went above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect would recommend schwab to anyone and everyone but I always specifically recommend this one in particular I would give them more stars if I could 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I called them last minute when I obviously drove over something causing one of my tires to deflate at an alarming rate. They told me to come in as soon as I could, and they fixed it quickly with excellent results. And bonus, they fix holes like mine free of charge! The guy to assisted me was super nice and I appreciated his honesty and help. Honest, friendly service will definitely keep me coming back in the future.

The staff at this location is very friendly and knowledgeable. Carl was able to help me sort out some of the alignment issues that I was having on my Chevelle. I would highly recommend this place.

Ive been going to this location for about a year. They dont try to take advantage of you and treat you with respect. The waiting room is kept clean with free coffee and popcorn. You cant go wrong with getting tires, or normal vehicle maintenance. I highly recommend them fully after visiting shops over the years.

Says that theyare required to change the calipers on brakes? What? You are required to change something that isnt broken? That was the most scammy things I have ever heard. You can keep your brakes and tires!

Always impressed with this store, you cannot beat it! I used to come here but moved away and tried out a new Les Schwab less than a mile from my new home. That shop messed it up, but I called up the Arapahoe store and they were happy to set everything straight and do it right! Well worth the 35+ minute drive. Knowledgeable helpful staff. Normally get you in and out quickly and have several good options to keep you occupied if you do have to wait. Be prepared for the up sell and you may want a second opinion because they will tell you there is more wrong than there really is. Honesty not their highest asset.

Les Schwab is a great place for basic car needs! They are not just a tire place (although it is our go to place for tires). They do breaks, batteries, oil changes and more. The staff is friendly and they respect your decisions, helping you make the best choice for your car and your budget!

I never leave reviews unless I had an amazing experience or a terrible one... this was an amazing experience. The service that they offered was exceptional, honest, and timely. Their prices are also comparable. The level of service that I experienced will have me choosing this Les Schwab location over the competitors every time. I went to 5 tire shops before going to Les Shwab for the removal of a stripped lug nut. None of the other shops could get it to come off. Les Shwab got it off first try in under a minute.

Great customer service! I left work last night and found that I had a flat tire. Luckily, I work right next to Les Schwab and park pretty much in their parking lot. I went in early this morning and when they went to fix it the car battery was dead. They fixed the tire and replaced the battery! Probably saved me from another road emergency. Thank you!

These guys are great. I went in with a busted up tire and not only did they fix my problem, they explained everything that needed to be done and WHY. Nothing extravagant, they didnt try to upsell, nothing shady. Patient with my questions and didnt do things to my vehicle without my permission. They worked as quickly as possible and even offered to take me and my two babies anywhere I wanted to go while I waited. My job was a bigger and more expensive one, but I noticed during my wait that any customer who came in was treated kindly, big sale or small. The shop itself (on Arapahoe) is clean, friendly, and even had snacks and water. I mostly talked with Dillon (who is awesome) but the other guys were friendly and helpful as well. They were cool with me changing the TV channel to Disney for my toddler to watch. Id recommend this place for sure! Thanks, boys!

I was looking for a place close to my home that was reasonable for me to purchase tires for our Jaguar. I searched the internet, only to find so so reviews for all the businesses around us. I came across Les Schwab and was happy to see they were right up the street from my house. The technicians were so courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. I appreciate how quickly they worked to get my tires installed and to take the time to talk to me and explain different options to me. They did quality work and I highly recommend them for anyone in need good tire service and or an alignment.

The best service I have ever had. Saved me money by checking the brake system and giving a honest evaluation of the condition. Pads and rotors were good, just needed a flush and good as new! If you want fast, honest, and reliable service just come to Les Schwab! You will thank yourself later.

I always go out of my way to come to this particular location (I live closer to one about 2 miles away (which Im glad to see them growing)). The management team along with their Techs are by far the greatest team to work with for tire purchases and a lot of other issues that a lot of consumers may not be aware that they can do! I have also had the same experience at their Parker location in the years past..... Les Schwab is definitely doing something right!

Theyve lost their way of customer service, no one came running out to help. I had to find someone that did me no good at all. He said he wouldnt put a tire on a wheel that I desperately needed. Reason being it wasnt the same brand and tread style. Ridiculous!

I first talked with Randy on the phone about tires for my wifes BMW and about wheels and tires and a leveling kit for my Tundra. Went in on a Saturday morning and picked out the tires for the BMW installed within the hour, fantastic results, wife loves the new tires! Picked out wheels and tires for my Tundra, actually chose the wheels Randy showed me brand new 2015 style, perfect for the truck. Initially Randy said he could get them in the following Wednesday, however by the time the BMW was ready he said they would be in that day. Left the truck there and they finished it that day, they even stayed open late to complete the job!! I will ONLY go to Les Schwab for my tire and wheel needs! Fantastic job Randy and the whole crew!

Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was very friendly and didnt pressure me to pay for unnecessary tires/repairs. Some of the repairs we needed werent found until after they took the tires off and they had great communication with us as to what needed to get done and the priority of that repair. They have in house financing which really helped us get all our repairs done. My car was done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Les Schwab!

Stopped by here with a screw in my tire. They get me in immediately and fixed it quick. And did it for free. I was not a return customer and did not get the tires from them. Super friendly and well.

While hubby is away from town I went over a piece of glass in my own parking area in front of my building. My neighbor saw the flat tire and offered to help me change to spare tire and recommended me to go to Les Schwab Tire center in Centennial. Next day I drove 5 mils nervously with a spare tire that is 15 psi lower than the rest of the tires. I had my 4 year old and our baby husky with me. Waited in their beautiful lounge for 35 mins, I was told the tire was repaired, pumped up and they also pumped up my spare tire and put it back to where it belongs... and to my HUGE surprise JR told me, its going to be complimentary on the house.. the charge comes to $0!!!!! I was more than willing to pay for the great services they provided (including crayons for my daughter to do drawing, pop corns in the lounge room) but they insist it will be free of charge! I will come back to these guys when my tires are due to be replaced and will tell everyone what a great service center they are!!

Les Schwab was able to get me in without an appt or wait for new tires. Dillon offered excellent service throughout the entire process. Definitely will be returning.

I went to these guys after a competitor was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I was able to walk in and get an immediate assistance. The employees were extremely helpful and courteous when helping me. They even accepted the competitors coupons even though they didnt have to. Needed tire chains at the last minute and they hooked me up. Very helpful people, good price and said that if I didnt use for my trip, I could bring them back for a full refund. I am looking at a different set to buy so we shall see. I will update later.

I happened to find this tire store when I went to Aurora, CO to visit my friend. I found a nail stuck into my front tire and dropped by Les Schwab where was the first tire shop I saw on the road. Joe was the guy who greeted us and he was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the nail was too close to the side, I could not have an instant repair. Joe applied gel on the surface of the tire and made sure that there was no air leaking. I was not ready to replace the tire at that time and left the store with some peace of mind.Few days later, I visited the store again, because I had a really good impression from the first visit. Joe pulled out the nail and I was very lucky that there was no leakage of the air. In addition, Joe took out the tire and put it into the big water bucket to double check if there was any air coming out from the tire. I also found that they do the brake inspection for free. Since I should hit the road for almost 1000 miles few days after, I decided to have a brake inspection. To make long story short, Joe and Matt carefully checked my car, gave me some expert advice and the entire process did not cost me a penny.This was my first experience with Les Scwab since there is no store in the town I am living. I do not know if other Les Schwab stores are like this, but the service I got from this store was one of the best I have ever had from any car repair shops I had before. The quote I got for the tire replacement was very reasonable and I wished that I could have a store like this in my town. I recommended this store to my friend and asked him to visit the store whenever he can. I thank Joe and Matt for their service and will definitely visit the store again whenever I get close to Aurora or Denver.

I had gotten a flat tire a few days before I got paid I was stressed out even coming , they didn’t know this, after they were done he handed me the keys and said no charge!! I’m so thankful !

Service is over priced. Went to this store to have them mount oem size tires. Tire size is on a 19 inch wheel. They wanted to charge me $200 because the size is above 18 inch. Discount tire price is 130.00. Nice guys seemed to want to help but that price is high.

These guys were awesome. A couple of things to point out... Free Tire protection plan, super fast, and super clean. WiFi available, and a Starbucks to sit at 50 yards away to help break the boredom of getting your tires replaced. They also do some other work, like tie rods and alignment. Ill be back for sure.

Needed an alignment ASAP. They were able to get me in same day and complete the work sooner than anticipated. Great customer service at the counter from JR completed the perfect experience! Will be coming here again.
