We ordered a half dozen bottles of wine online for curbside pickup. There is a discount for getting six bottles or more. The pickup process was easy. Just click the link they email to you, tell them the space number, have your ID ready, and they will load it in your trunk. We will shop there again.

I really like this shop. It has literally all the existing brands and sorts from alcohol I could ever imagine, plus some gadgets. I totally recommend this place, everytime you come you will find something new to try.

Love that this place has great deals and lots of options. The reason for my low rating is because I got carded while my husband was paying. Not normally an issue but, the family who brought their 19 year old with them wasnt carded, nor was the wife. If your going to card people then you should make sure everyone that goes in there is being carded and make sure no one feels like they are being profiled. I say that because its happened to me twice at this location and I see teenagers walk in with their family.

Total wine gets my gold for the places to go to purchase alcoholic beverages. They have a tremendous selection. All of the people that work there seem to be very well educated andont educated and they can take you straight to the place you want to go. And I believe they can also take you to places that youve never knew existed In the alcohol world

Very cool place and excellent customer service! Ordered 10 bottles of wine online. Picked them up in-store. The woman working there was extremely friendly and made sure everything was correct. She even put all of the bottles in a reinforced reusable bag so they wouldnt break. Such a huge store with a great selection, we will definitely be back! A++

First time entering a Total Wine store. Excellent first impression. Almost overwhelming but the staff was very helpful. Cigar section was a little lacking but Im guessing most people come here for the beverages.

Wow, just blown away by the selection of everything and by how helpful the employees are. We were looking for some lower calorie wine and we had our own personal shopper walking us around for 15 min. Prices are great, selection is better and people are the best. We live in Lakewood about 45 minutes away and will make this our go to for stocking up for sure!

This is based off my most recent experience with a cashier named Kelly (38126) Very rude from the get go. Rude looks, an attitude when asked for ID because I didnt have it ready. Gave an attitude when I asked if she was going to take my membership. Then the other customer tried to talk to me again and she told me to leave!!Im not sure who put someone who hates people on register or if your just that dumb.. Kelly clearly has no customer service skills or does she plan to use them. After this experience I called the store to speak to a manager named Steven... ugh okay to start he doesnt know how to; listen, to care, has empathy, cares about only himself, who also doesnt have customer service skills. While on the phone explaining about Kellys attitude he would put me on hold numerous times and then all of a sudden be back....... already called corporate will ve doing so until you actually care

Total Wines been our favorite liquor store since we lived in Lynnwood, WA. They won us over with the staffs expertise and knowledge of the products. Up there, there was a little older guy named Mike. We sought him out each time we went into the store. He had such great recommendations. We didnt talk to anyone else in the store. He was OUR GUY!In 2018 we moved to Castle Rock and surprisingly, Total Wine was one of the Washington places we missed. When they opened the Denver store we drove all the way up there for the experience of opening day. That was a bit far to drive so, imagine our delight when one opened in Centennial! Its not Castle Rock but its close enough.The staff here, just like at the others, are pretty well versed on the selections. Theyre never pushy or trying to force you into a purchase that isnt right for you. This last trip, I was looking for a new Scotch. I had a $200 bottle in my hand. The salesperson, while pointing at Scotches said something like, If you didnt like that one but you liked that one, you should not buy that bottle youve got in your hand. Youd be better off with this.Left the store with a $70 bottle of Scotch which is actually pretty amazing. Now all we need is for Mike to transfer down here(if he still works for you guys) and the world will be perfect.

Probably the nicest, most well-organized liquor store that I have ever frequented. Its selection is astronomical, which is no surprise as the building itself is enormous.They have incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff, and the atmosphere is welcoming, unlike the somewhat sterile feeling you get when you enter other liquor stores that bathe you in blue halogen light.This business runs like a finely oiled machine: The bays where product is found (the product being beer/liquor, wine, spirits, and cigars) are meticulously arranged both to appeal to the consumer on an aesthetic level, as well as organizationally.More often than not, these types of arrangements prove to be selling points (e.g. A customer more than likely would choose an alcoholic beverage from a place where it is easily identified as well as marketed fashionably, as opposed to a place where it is hard to find, and/or stocked haphazardly with other beverages).Having worked inventory control and management for years, I give a tip my hat to the ownership/management for their merchandising prowess, as well as the staff that impeccably maintains and adheres to the corporate policy.Even if you dont have plans to buy something alcoholic, I would recommend a visit, just for the sheer fact of seeing their enormous variety.

I love the number of wine, beer, and spirits which is wonderful. But I was there today and they still require masks for those of us who have been vaccinated. Until they remove that requirement I will not shop there. Other liquor stores do not require masks so I will spend my money there.

This place is amazing! You could stay in there for days checking out what they have available. The prices are very attractive and noticeable. I really like this place. It puts the other liquor stores around the city to shame. But! If you cant find it here (and they seem to dismiss you quickly) Argonaut is always there.

Thank goodness that there are more Total Wines opening up across the metro area. Its the only place that I can find a good selection of Australian Shiraz. And the only place I can find my favorite vineyard, Two Hands. Absolutely the best vineyard for Australian Shiraz on the market. The stores are always very clean and well organized. The rewards program albeit a bit stingy is at least a rewards program that is in place. The wine selection of course is the shining star but they also have a great selection of unique beers like lambics and sours etc. Definitely not a run-of-the-mill liquor store and well worth a stop If you havent experienced them yet.

First time buying wine which I needed for The Memorial of Christ (Passover) so had no idea where to start. An associate pointed me to the right aisle and said look for the Israel sign. Sure enough the wines were organized by region/country. Grabbed what I needed and was in/out in less than five mins.

So I love this store honestly. Live right up the road. Convenient and well priced. This one star is purely attributed to one manager named Kim. If you want to feel like a criminal and followed like youre going to rob a place (even if you buy $100 of alcohol and go there frequently) then make sure to go when Manager Kim is on the case. She spoke loud enough for the entire check out line to hear her telling an employee after a black man went by did you make sure to check out the guy who went that way? He looked at the cash registers like he was interested the man was greeting her because she was staring into his soul as he went to go shopping. This was after following my gf and I around as we selected our wines and checked out like I had neverending pockets that I was shoving the bottles in. Never have felt more uncomfortable in a liquor store in my entire life

This particular location used to be the Toys R Us we shopped at for years when our kids were little, and now, its like Toys R Us for adults. The store is clean, well-lit (just like youll be later!), and well-organized. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and if you cant find what youre looking for, it probably doesnt exist. Or, if it does but just isnt there, they can get it for you. Be sure and use the app to create an account and take advantage of special offers and rewards you can earn buying your favorite hooch. Plus, they deliver! Yay!

Fantastic selection of wine, spirits, and beer. I personally found this location at least to be somewhat lacking in other craft drinks, like hard cider. They have a small assortment of mainstays like Redds, Angry Orchard, and Strongbow, but previous little outside that range. Id like to see them mix it up a bit more in that area.

Decent selection of craft beers local, out of state, and from around the world. Large selection of seltzers and macro beers as well. Cant comment on the wine because I dont drink that, but theyve generally had the spirits and mixers that Ive been looking for as well. Staff is generally very friendly and helpful.

Biased, as we dont have any stores like this in PA. Manager was extremely helpful in finding a substitute for a champagne that is in short supply nationally and he nailed it.

Your customer service is lacking! I have tried for three days to set up a keg of beer for 10 days in advance. Your customer service on the phone was inept, and your on line site would not let me schedule 9 days in advance. Not pleased with on the phone or on line with options. I will spend $10.00 more with a competitor with someone that will give me what I need.

This place is quite large and has an amazing selection. Pumpkin wines, liqueurs and beers for fall! Plus so many locally made spirits and beers. Take your time to go up and down these aisles and youll find all kinds of drink and cooking ideas.

Great prices only thing is I can walk around with a 80 dollar bottle of champagne but they got to walk up a 16 dollar bottle Hennessey to the register. Doesnt make sense to me.

Total Wine has just about every brand of liquor, beer, and wine available. This is the Home Depot of alcohol, very reasonable prices, and if you cant find it here it probably doesnt exist! The largest selection of local/state beers and wines period - looking for that small batch microbrew from Gunnison, they probably have it. Highly recommend for your one stop liquor needs. Also, they have plenty of knowledgeable staff that are very helpful including dedicated staff in the wine area.
