I got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed here today. Ashley was amazing and so resourceful in telling me about all services they offer. She has definitely earned herself a regular! Great experience! And I look great!

Today is my daughters 14th birthday. She wanted her eyebrows cleaned up again. The first time was under the hands of a kind and thoughtful Hispanic girl. Loved her. She honored what my daughter wanted.Today, Sandra worked on my daughters eyebrows. She didn’t even care to ask her what she wanted done with her eyebrows. And literally waxed off almost 90% of her eyebrows. My birthday girl walked out the door in tears. Her thick luscious eyebrows down to a thin line which was not done evenly.And I gave her a $20 tip out of the graciousness of my heart. Which she did not deserve. Some people still need to learn good customer service skills.

I was far less then impressed with the people and service. I called and booked a appointment and when I arrived I was told I could not get done what I had booked because of online booking.

I visited this salon today and specifically described what I wanted to have done. The wax technician proceeded with my appointment, and when all done exclaimed “oh shoot! I forgot what you specifically said at the beginning and just got carried away”Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this location. Expensive service and I feel mutilated and not sexy or pretty like I would have wanted to after my visit. Yes hair grows back, but listening to your client, especially when it comes to a service like this, is paramount.

This place is great, quick, efficient, and professional. I always feel great when I leave and love my time with Sandra. Shes so down to earth and very fun to talk to. 😊

Best thing is the ability to reschedule and the flexibility of scheduling.

I ALWAYS go to Sandra and she’s amazing! I’ve tried many different waxing places and even many different people at European wax center and she’s the only one I’ve found who makes my experience perfect every single time! I refuse to go to anyone else!

Dre did an eyebrow wax for me. She was very professional, personable and detail-oriented. I was very impressed!

The reason I’m giving this location 5 stars is because my waxer, Chloe, takes great care of me and gives me a stress free experience every time. I used to get really nervous and awkward when I would come in for my appointments, but not with Chloe! She’s good about checking in to make sure I’m comfortable, and she’s super personable and friendly so she knows how to make great conversation. If for some reason Chloe isn’t available, Lauren is my next go-to! Both girls are very professional and have made great product recommendations to help me with my skin care needs.

I got a Brazilian here done by Lauren. They were incredibly easy to schedule with and even quickly and easily moved my appointment up earlier the same day. Lauren explained things to me prior to the wax that I had questions about and casually chatted through the entire wax. It helps keep your mind off of how awkward and painful it can be. I’m not from the area, but I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’ll be looking for a European wax center in my hometown!

Sandra is the best! I have been going to European wax center for over ten years. She is by far the most skilled and professional waxer. I don’t trust anyone to do my eyebrows except for her! I have been to locations all over the country due to work travel and this location is by far my favorite. The front desk staff are always waiting with a friendly greeting and smile. Hands down the most efficient and precise service i’ve received. Dre made me feel relaxed and beautiful. Before i started seeing Dre, every time i would get waxed i would leave w wax stuck on me, hair patches still left over, and money down the drain for an incomplete service. Dre makes client satisfaction a priority and also is very detail oriented. She recommends products that work very well for me and what i need for my skin. Never had my brows done really, so I decided to try it out and wow a huge difference. I used to do my brows myself but they never looked good and would always grow back fast and stuff but Camila really did my brows perfect and even filled them in on the first time. She did even more perfect job the second time. She’s the only one I’ll let do my brows and she’s super nice and sweet. I’m so glad I decided to get my brows waxed here for the first time the whole staff is sweet also I don’t think I’d go to any other location or any other waxer in my life. 🤗❤️

Sandra is the best eye brow and lip pro. She’s an efficient perfectionist. Eye brows are expressive and her ability to bring out the best eye and facial expressions earn her my full trust.

Easily the worst management I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was on their phones and didn’t even acknowledge me. Even the manager Mariah was on her phone and being rude. I love this European wax center. Theres so many benefits to going to a European wax center over other salons. One is the wax two is the fact that theyre across the country so you can be traveling and still use the same package at other stores.

This place is & has been top notch for the 7 years I have been going here. Kelly is the most professional, friendly, & skilled waxer I have ever used at any location. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the prices are a bit high, but then again I will not get waxed before I go somewhere else, so worth it too.

Lauren is hands down the absolute best at what she does. I will only be seen by her. She makes me feel comfortable and keeps me calm by talking to me. Not to mention Ive never been waxed by anyone as knowledgeable about products as Lauren. I would recommend Lauren to anyone who needs to be waxed. Getting a wax is a breeze when you go to this location! Lauren is my go to wax specialist! She always has great skin care advice and will give me great suggestions for my services and products I buy. I went in and got an eyebrow, full arm and full leg wax with Kristen. I had never had my arms or legs waxed before and she was very good! She was very talkative and let me know exactly what the procedure would be like. She told me all about their was products and even gave me some samples of the hair regrowth serum.
