This is the first time I’ve been disappointed by the service at this dealership. They were unable to fix the problem with my antenna. While I understand the challenge of finding a part for an older vehicle, what’s disappointing is they caused further damage while attempting to fix the antenna. Specifically, the clock no longer displays the time and the radio station memory no longer works. I’m reluctant to take the car back to the dealer to fix these items because I’m afraid they’ll create even more problems. Finally, I wonder why they didn’t notice the problems with the clock and the radio memory before they called me to pick up the car. I noticed it within a few miles of driving the car and I know from the mileage that they test drove the car as part of the service. Ultimately this service failed to “do no harm”.

I bought my Nissan Rogue from Larry H Miller Nissan Arapahoe and wouldn’t have it serviced anywhere else. They have always treated me like royalty. Prior to purchasing my Rogue, they serviced my Altima. I get great discounts for being a loyal customer. Thank you Larry H Miller Nissan Arapahoe!

We had just picked up the car from the body shop had the front and rear bumper painted brought to Larry Miller Nissan for a quote on the transmission and for windshield washer bottle/ pump install. We left the car overnight and next day a big scratch on freshly painted rear bumper.1. Nissan charging $5500 for a new CVT transmission at 103k miles, not even warranty in spite of all the class action lawsuits, Toyota’s just breaking in their transmissions with those miles2. Completely dismissing the scratch, we didn’t do it sorry. Well we have pictures of the before because it was just painted., so you pay attention to the details. Looks like it was brushed against by another car. Sorry but it seems like nobody cares anymore, they are busy so whatever. Glad we have at least a mechanism for a poor review.

Always a great experience here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They let me know what they recommend without being pushy or making me feel bad if I need to “put it off” until next time. Service packages save you money too, so ask about them. I won’t take my Nissan anywhere else! I highly recommend them.

Ive taken my car here several times and it seems no matter who services it, something is still missed. Not to mention the fact that I make appointments for my service and still wind up waiting 3+ hrs for my vehicle. I took it once in January 2021 for an oil change, the package I bought is supposed to be a thorough check of my brakes, fluids etc. I returned again in April for the same thing and they told me my brakes were completely worn down and rusted. So why was that not seen during Januarys maintenance check??? Then after my brakes got replaced with completely new ones, I left and they have been squeeling since then. On top of that I had to leave my car there for 24hrs because there was no communication about the status of the service, I had to call them to get an update. They also did some service on my wheels and tires and since I have left in April, my car makes a rattling noise whenever my tires hit any bumps. I dont have time to keep wasting to return to this service department.

They couldn’t find a problem, reset the passenger airbag sensor/setting and within less than 24 hours, the warning was flashing again. So had my car for two days but didn’t fix it. Now I can’t get an appointment for a week and a half. At least I wasn’t charged.

Brought car in for oil change. Car was damaged by lift. Dealership will not acknowledge or take ownership for fault of the damage. Have escalated and have been stone-walled up to the Regional manager. Both dealership general manager or regional manager made decision without speaking to me and only through aquiring information from services manager. Very sad that LHM Nissan communications integrity as a value of the organization when their actions do not display integrity. Very disappointed and do not see this dealership as trustworthy.

Not a big fan. I brought them my Xterra knowing the issue of the car. They charged me 400 dollars to tell me what I already knew. Highly dissatisfied. Didnt even catch that the oil pressure was low, what the hell? When they say they will inspect it they barely even look at it, take it to a respectable mechanic, not these thieves.

I’ve had the best experience with the service department. When I first moved to Denver, they helped me get my license plates on the front and back of my car free of charge. Now it’s time to get my oil changed and Lawney and Ace were super helpful. ( I believed they were the ones that had done my plates) I’ve enjoyed my experience so much that I asked if I could bring my husband’s Ford here and they said they’d be happy to service it as well. They’ve really gone above and beyond. They are extremely helpful and polite and I don’t think I’ll take our cars anywhere else.

I brought my 2019 Nissan Altima in due to what I thought was a bad sensor for my tire pressure. I met with the service manager and he resolved my issue in 2 minutes. He went out of his way to be informative and was really friendly. As they say, 1st impressions counts. I will definitely come back for all of my service needs and you should too!!!!

Service dept so far after buying a used nissan has been nothing but helpful in giving great service, answering ? Also accepting purchased dealer coupons. Tiffany service rep has been pleasant, patient and gives great customer service. Thats why I have continued with Larry Miller.

We purchased our car from this location when it was an Autoworld, about a year before my last visit and before it became a Larry H. Miller dealership, so I can only speak on the service. I dont believe they are still honoring the service plans purchased under prior ownership anymore, but their service department had no issue helping me with my plan bought under previous ownership, did the work promptly and correctly, and provided a great experience with both the regular maintenance and the tire repair I visited for.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! its so bad, that I will never come back even though I prepaid for 2 more oil changes.1st) every time I come for service, there are 6 service agents and no one ever says anything! And the 1 agent that is on the phone is the one that I have to wait for even though the other 5 arent helping anyone!2nd). Appointments? Ha! Thats so you know when to show up but they NEVER actually plan on working on your car anywhere near that time. This last service appointment (ever), I dropped off my car at 10:30 am. I called back at 1:30 and they didnt have it on the lift yet. I was going to spend $2k for my 90k service and brakes, but due to this, I left with an oil change and saved my money for a place that knows how to treat customers.Go to a good local mechanic who wont gouge you on repairs and treat you like crap!

Waste of time. I specifically stated I wanted a guaranteed answer about financing and was told over the phone multiple times that everything was fine. After taking a day off work and driving over 40 miles to the facility was told a complete different story and wasted 5hrs sitting there for nothing.

I wish there was a half star I could rate because this is all they deserve for their poor customer service!! Jose is the sales person we dealt with and overall he was the worst person to put on a sales floor. I honestly dont know about anyone else or I dont even know about him Jose but us me and my wife it take alot of time for us to decide on which car we want to go with, I mean to be honest my wife will have to love this car in order for me to buy it because she is the one who will be driving it for years to come!! But no they want you to go in not test drive anything and just buy whatever you first look at.. but reading all the reviews I have to admit they arent doing so well on the chart in the first place! When I told Jose I needed some time to think about the vehicle because prior to the one we had first test drive my wife found another that she had wanted to buy and when I had told Jose that I needed to think about this and would get back to him, his response was What is there to think about, I mean you have had these numbers for a week already! I didnt know there was a time limit for buying a car, if you ask me for someone to be so pushy in selling a car only tells me one thing that they are selling junk and if thats not a huge red flag then I dont know what is! So guess what Ill take my money next door where the gentleman was very nice to me and my wife and i dont need to be rushed into buying a new car, no one should never ever have to be rushed into buying a new vehicle, Patients is the key!!!!

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT give this company any personal information they lost my Husband and my Social Security #, along with date of birth, my address and my work information. I spoke with four people over the course of five days. First Ian, second Bobby, third Jason who is the one that took our credit information over the phone and lastly I spoke to Mike Hartman who is the finance manager. Spoke with Mike last on Friday when he told me they didn’t have pur information. He advised me they would contact me right back (because ot was sensitive information). I called Mike back three times in attempt to find out if they found my information I also atttempted to contact Bobbi and Jason. We are day three and still no call back.I highly suggest going to a dealership, but not this one!!!None of their staff talks to one another and they loose Credit Applications.
