Disappointed: we just got a new home and the fridge it came with is really old and hardly works so we needed a new one asap. We came here because we had a specific width fridge we needed for the odd space in our kitchen. There was one that met the dimensions we needed so we got it expedited. We we’re really looking forward to it of course until come delivery day. Two not so friendly guys came buy, slapped a donation sticker on our old fridge, hauled it onto the truck, and then loaded a fridge that was not only the wrong size, but also the wrong brand, color, and 3x the price of the one we actually paid for. You’d think they’d have been apologetic but they just took forever to get back with us and solve this and weren’t at all. So flash forward we have a new date for the fridge another week out. We wait and wait up and on the day before it was supposed to be delivered we were told the fridge was never really in stock to begin with and they had mislabeled thousands and thousands of dollars in inventory. They said wouldn’t be able to get ANY fridge that would fit the space for upwards of 2 months. You’d think maybe they’d offer some sort of apology or discount after all this right? Nope. Instead this has just been a huge waste of time and energy. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Now we have to start back at square one when we’ve been waiting all month. All we have to show for it a ton of residue for the cheap donation sticker they left on our current fridge. If you can’t keep track of your inventory, then what does that say about everything else behind the scenes? Yikes

Wonderful shopping experience! I looked at Lowe’s and Home Depot to see what selection of Stainless Steel Ranges they had available and then I went to Appliance Factory in Highlands Ranch. I have a rental home that needed a range ASAP, within budget, and was stainless steel (in keeping with the other appliances we have in that kitchen). I worked with Cary Jones and he was amazing. He researched what he had available online, in store and in the “out of box” area of the store. He showed me some great options that were available. I decided on the “out of box” range in the store that worked best for me and what I needed. This range was brand new with some cosmetic scratches (which they showed me) and was the best value I found. I was able to purchase it within my budget -They gave me a great price. I will defiantly be shopping there again if I need a new appliance! Highly recommend.

Making the decision to buy a new refrigerator I wasted a bunch of time going to Home Depot and Lowes. What I was looking for was Customer Service and that is what I found when I went to this Appliance Factory/Mattress Kingdom on County Line Road in Centennial. I was warmly greeted by Ayden Mahoney and I am so pleased that he helped me. He was incredibly patient and understood exactly what I needed. We found a fridge that fits my space and he saved me a ton of money. If anyone is looking for appliance or mattress deals he is the one to see. He was one of the best salesmen I have had the pleasure to work with. No pressure! Just great customer service. I will definitely be back!

Came into Appliance Factory with my brother to buy a dryer. Jackie immediately welcomed us in, and began showing us options in our price range and with the utilities that we were looking for. She helped us find the perfect fit and proceeded to help us go through the paperwork. The visit went very smoothly and we were very satisfied with the customer service.

Horrible buying experience. Sold us a scratch and dent washer, which we bought with the warranty. When they delivered it and attempted to test it, it flooded our basement because there was a leak in the door. They sold us a defective product that was only supposed to have cosmetic damage. The warranty stated that they will replace the washer if they cannot fix it within three tries or if it isnt economical to fix. This wasnt economical to fix, but they wont stand by their warranty. They attempted to give us a MUCH lower quality machine and refuse to replace it with a comparable model. We had them refund the machine and the warranty.Buyer beware, do not shop here. They dont test products before selling them and they dont stand by their warranty. Dont believe good reviews - they have you leave a review before you leave to receive free cleaning products for your machines.

Such a great experience working with Jackie!! Our washing machine broke on Thursday night. By the end of the day Friday Jackie found us an in stock set (washer/dryer) and had us setup for delivery right away on Monday. When the washer didnt work upon delivery Jackie worked her magic again and found us something else in stock and delivered the next day!! The delivery people were nice and efficient. Whatever u do DONT GET THE DELIVERY!!!I read the reviews they all were the same. DELIVERY HORRIBLE. Believe me yes horribleNever again. Still waiting from 11/19/20 for the rest of our delivery. So horrible the 1 delivery guy should be fired. See something missing no pedestals yetEdit added: again, my review is on the delivery crew(driver), not the Lone Tree store. We picked the best LG Washer Dryer and got the best from the Lone Tree store.Our purchase was around $3300, at purchase we got free delivery. We paid $20 to have the pedestals attached. The pedestals were delayed the 1st time. So we asked if we took delivery of washer dryer only now, would we have a delivery fee for the pedestals. They said no. So only delivery fee refunded was the $20. Plus $50 off the pedestals that were $500.I understand if not available, its not available. Thats not the complaint or 1 star.Its the delivery driver, that never called that he was running late before the truck stopped. He was to show 2p-4p, at 4p no call no show. I called him to see whats up since we took the afternoon off. Complete attitude that the truck stopped on side of hwy, that hes not a mechanic just a driver and while he is on the phone with me he cant get the truck running again, oh and didnt I know it snowed in the morning! I replied with once the truck is running again are u still coming here with our delivery or not? He said he is way behind 4 deliveries before us. I asked why he never called. He stated again he needs to get off the phone. I went back to work. My husband had to also take off his night job too.The driver showed to our neighbors house at 730p, unloaded washer dryer and my husband ran out and told him your at the wrong house.My husband had moved the old set outside in front of the garage. He told driver these are the set that your taking. Driver said no Im not. My husband insisted yes u are. Driver started calling his boss, telling the boss that my husband was yelling, swearing at him. My husband interrupted him and pointed out the 2 arlo cameras recording the whole thing, driver changed his tune and said he would take the set. Huffing and puffing, being rude as heck, my husband recorded him in our house. My husband asked are u changing the door around, he answered for $30. My husband asked for power cord, he answered for $30. My husband replied forget Ill hook everything once he goes and buys everything. The driver also never gave my husband the drum bolts to keep it in place during at move. He left 1 in drive and who knows where the others are. The delivery ended with the driver screaming at my husband and pointing at a pink paper yelling sign it so I can go. My husband asked sign where for what? Cant u read dude, sign the paper hitting the paper with his finger, the driver. My husband couldnt read his scribble.I was trying to call the store, no answer 6p-7p.I called the next day spoke to the girl there and she said Manager not in, she would relay message he would call back next day.No call back ever. We had to go to the store 2 weeks after the fact and manager had no clue about our situation. The girl said she relayed to Nick and Nate. Again we had to go to store in person 2 weeks later. We got 2 answers, pedestals are on back order 2 more times and we got back $70. No bolts. And a sorry I dont know what drivers problem was. Only until after this did I final put a review on about this whole situation without detail. After reply, I thought I would add details. Btw the delivery driver still works for them. I guess having all these bad delivery reviews, probably about the 1 driver are okay with them. Customers just have to deal.

Update: 11/04 - A store manager did reach out to us on Monday to help with this situation. They did compensate us with some of the delivery charges being removed and gave us an extended warranty. Our fridge was delivered and installed on Tuesday, is is working great so far.10/31 - changing my review to one star. We went to this store a couple weeks ago as we were in need of a refrigerator for our new home. Zach was our sales person and helped us pick out a fridge that was in stock and could be delivered quickly. We paid for a Saturday delivery since we’re closing and moving in on the Friday before. I also wanted a Saturday delivery because I have a baby that need is still on a bottle at night and I bend to keep his milk cold. Zach assured us the refrigerator we picked out would be delivered. We moved into our home yesterday and no refrigerator was delivered today. When we called in the late morning to check what time to expect it, Zach told us it would not be delivered until Tuesday. No apology, no explanation, no offer of compensation. Now I am dealing with trying to keep all of my fridge food in the garage, in a cooler, for days while I am seven months pregnant, chasing my toddler around and unpacking my house. Zach convinced me another store would not be able to fulfill my need for a refrigerator that was available and could be delivered when I needed it. But he is the one that could not fulfill my order. I am now needing to purchase new laundry machines, but will not be going to this store since they cannot be trusted.

By far the worst customer service we have experienced in our ten years in Denver.We called to order a high-grade dishwasher model we were shown at this store. The dishwasher was installed and we noticed it was a different version of the model we were initially shown. The store manager said that it was half our fault as we should not have signed for the delivery- as if we were supposed to know that there were multiple versions of the model we were ordering. We were told that it would take several months for the back-ordered model to arrive, that we were not to use our installed dishwasher so that they could re-sell it, and that we would be placed “at the front of the waiting list.” After doing dishes by hand for over three months during the holidays, and after having received no call during or after the stated time had come and passed, I called the store to inquire about the dishwasher. The store had no notes and little recollection as to who I was. Worse, I had to explain the situation over again, and was told that not only were we not “at the front of the list,” there no dishwasher ordered for us at all. And the worst part of all, the store manager said that we were to pay a full re-stocking fee and full price on another installation. He insisted that I had agreed to this months before and he would not budge. I would never have agreed to this. It is curios that he could remember such a supposed detail when he could not even recall the larger events, or have even bothered to order the dishwasher, or to have taken any notes. He either confused me with another customer, or was being disingenuous. Regardless, we were not about to pay nearly half of the initial purchase price to get the model/version that was supposed to have been installed in the first place. We gave up and kept the model, even though it clashes with our kitchen, which is what I suspect the manager wanted all along: assuming we would eventually give up. For my wife and I, dealing with this Appliance Factory was a very disappointing letdown after the initial excitement of buying our first top of the line appliance. Ironically, they will lose far more over time as ourselves, friends, neighbors, and family will take our business where it is deserved.Most likely, you will have a straightforward experience with smiling salespeople and you will walk away with everyone happy. You might even post a glowing review. However, if a real problem arises, the slickness will quickly wear off.

Horrible. The first delivery was screwed up, didnt receive my refrigerator. Rescheduled for one week later, the quickest they could do it. Scheduled delivery between 11 a.m and 2 p.m, at 215 I called to find out where my delivery was, the Manager said he would call back. One hour later, no phone call back, I called back Manager said they were delayed, he had an attitude when I was angry, because wasted my Saturday. He said they might be here within 2 hours. Told him to cancel it. He laughed said fine. DONT USE THEM...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wow, I have bought here more than a dozen times for appliances over the last several years and returned more than enough of great appliances. Great service until we needed a door reversed on a dryer and they did not know how to do it at store unless you want to pay for delivery and flip for 125.00. I am shocked .I flipped it myself but it seems uneven for a Samsung

Home Depot emailed us to tell us the our washer and dryer that we expected this week wouldn’t be delivered until possibly October. We just moved and don’t have a washer and dryer.
