I can find most things I need at Maynards. My only problem is finding more things I want and spending more than I planned.

Overall always a good experience. Some items are hard to find. I was looking for mirror hangers. Asked 2 clerks if they had them. They directed me to different areas...no luck.

Several of the staff was very unhelpful. I was very surprised by how little they cared. I do not plan to shop here again. Also I learned placing an order at Menards.com does not always hold your items for pick up. There is a they pick and a you pick- but the staff could not show me where it stated that on my email order. I did not mind picking my own merchandise. But Ft Wayne suggested buying online as it was discontinued- this way we were sure to get the last of the item. Yet when we arrived no one knew anything about our order; (yet I received a your order is ready for pick up and a scanned entry for lumber pick up ticket) and no one cared to help us find it. Eye rolls a few sighs and being sent to multiple locations in the store; as it didnt seem to be anyones problem. No small town love at this store.

Menards always has a little bit if everything and great prices. A majority of the staff is dependable and knowledgeable. Some ensure your are welcomed like family. However preventing them from getting a full five stars is the Big Business attitude they have. Some staff could care less the thousands of dollars pumped into it and flat out could not spend 1/2 a minute making sure your visit is 100% percent top notch. To them its just a paycheck and customers are a nuisance to them.The picture is an above ground garden built with materials attained at Menards.

Menards almost always has what I need but their workers lack knowledge about the job positions the hold. Overall if you learn the store and where things are at, you will be good to go.

Ordered 3 sets of cabinets from Menards in Celina. The guy that ordered them for us at the computer desk was great and very knowledge. However everything else from there on out has been the biggest headache/nightmare. The guys that load you up in the back of the store and organize the pallets are some of the worst I have seen. It took 6 trips to Menards and over a half hour of waiting each time, because they lost my pallets. This was after I received an email saying they are in and ready for pickup. I also called ahead each time to let them know I was coming.Then the guy driving the forklift hit my truck bed with his forks and scratched it up and pryed up the plastic of my bed. I am not one to complain, but this is some of the worst professionalism I have seen.I talked with the GM and the best he said they could do is a free delivery on my next set of cabinets. Its safe to say, Ill be going to Lowes from now on.

Great job at the paint department today! Very helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations for supplies! You can buy everything at Menards from milk to paint! Staff super nice too and you must wear a mask or purchase one for a buck plus tax!

Very nice people. Fellow campers are nice as well. Lots are a little to be desired. Very tight. Neighbors camp fire is 8 feet from our trailer. Nice place so far over all.

When you wear a mask, make sure it covers your mouth and your NOSE. That is how you get covid.

I didnt know I needed a printed out paper to buy a mattress and box springs. No signs telling me of this. So I grabbed the small tickets and proceeded to the register. Cashier said she could not ring up from those tickets. Then proceeded to ask the 2 managers up at the front desk who were doing nothing. The one front office manager asked what I wanted. I showed her the small tickets with a bar code on them. We cant do that. End of her story. There is nobody behind me, 2 office girls are doing nothing, and office managers have radios on them. Couldnt they have radioed to help a girl out? Nope!! Lets just turn away a customer buying a $600 product.

This menards has been one of my favorite home improvement stores. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have an enormous lumber yard and you can look up what they have in store online before you go.

Really like Merards. Great place to shop, has everything I need and I do not have a problem wearing a Mask. I wish everyone else was that considerate.

We wanted to buy the vanity on sale but the only one left was the display. Caleb was really helpful. He undid it and even helped put it on the cart so we could wheel it to the cash register. He was nice and friendly and answered all of our questions.

We went to the Celina Menards to buy a washer and dryer on 3-11-19. Great experience with Curtis in the appliance department. He set us up with everything we needed and helped us with a great deal on delivery !! 5 STARS. Then we went back to the delivery service department and were helped by Zach and Austin. 5 STARS. Fantastic customer service guys. Makes spending a bunch of money not so bad when you get service like this !! Well done guys. Thanks

Special Ordered lumber for interior of the home. Received the notice that the product was in and ready ahead of schedule. I was excited, but I found that the item was not what I ordered. Sku was wrong and the materials did not match. In fact the items were in stock items. Now they are reordering. Delayed again. No compensation for lost time during the day, the hassle or company mistakes. Strike 1 - Im building a house. Do you want more of my business. Oh yeah - they wouldnt let me out of the gate and scanned my new special order thus taking out of the ordered system inside. Thanks.!!..

I will not ever shop here again. I walked. I Walked in without a mask and they never said anything. Then refused to check me out when I got the register because I was not wearing a mask. So I had to have my father do it for me while they kicked me out of the store

This place has everything you need. Lumber, appliances, tools, automotive, and even food. They have never ran out of anything I needed. Staff is always friendly. Love shopping Menards! The rebates are awesome. Very clean restrooms.

The store helper was very slow helping to get the building supplies I needed from the wood born. And I was out there about 1:30 in the afternoon

Not sure if it was just the day I was there, but some of the rudest people Ive ever met in my life!!!

I quit shopping here. Missing out on a lot of my business because you won’t allow my kids in the store. Just dumb. The only place in town that turns away paying customers because they like to breathe while shopping.

Half of employees are knowledgeable of things they are selling, couple of employees are not considerate of customers. I was shopping and mike, pushed my cart out of his way, while I was loading my cart, because he felt that his work (stocking shelves) was more important than me loading my cart. The same employee (mike) then pushed me to the side, so that he could stock shelves. Few min later, I was trying to look at tools in same isle, he has his stocking cart in the way, I moved it a few feet, so that I could get in and look at items that were on bottom shelf, i step back for min, and he pushed his cart back in place and told me to not touch his stocking cart. I was not impressed by this visit, I as a contractor come to this store at least 6 times a day for materials and tools, I feel that some employees need more training, as they dont know what they are selling.

I couldnt find any of the 4 items that I was searching for. Gave up and left after an hour of searching.

I will stop here to pick up a few stuff. Some household stuff seems cheaper than other large lumberyards or bigbox stores.

Awful customer service. The associates know little to nothing about products. Very disorganized. I suggest Lowes or Home Depot over Menards any day.

I hate this place. They dont let my son in to help me with Materials. They make me wear masks n that should be my choice not theres Menards thinks they have that much money that they can do what they want to then everyone needs to go to Lowes or somewhere else to do there business.

I took my students on a job tour to Celina Menards. Joshua from HR took us on the tour and was super knowledgeable about the store, super friendly to all of us (students and staff), answered all questions, and thought of all things possible it seemed. Very friendly staff, and gave me a whole new perspective on Menards. Definitely recommend it!

One of our favorite places to shop. They carry everything for your home or garden. People are always close by to help or answer questions and so far have always had a great attitude and are very helpful. We bought a gazebo and absolutely love it! A place youll want to return to.

Good prices but customer service was horrible. Had 3 employees walk away when I was approaching them. And its really sad when an employee cant get an item from the back because its not her department. It was 10 feet away from her work station. Thanks to the guys that actually helped me even when it wasnt their department.

I like the products and store, but dont count on your 11% discount coming. Sometimes I get it and sometimes I dont. We purpossedly bought kitchen flooring there to get the rebate. They gave me the proper paperwork and I sent it in and they say they have no record of it. Note it is not THIS store, it is at corporate.
