The wife decided it was time for new furniture so after several weeks of looking she found what she liked here. The staff were nice and helpful with all her questions, the delivery went great (they showed how to disassemble the couch, loveseat and recliner for ease of moving). Overall a great experience.

I have a lazy boy recliner which broke twice and when I called both times; no one ever returned my call. I wouldnt buy from Francis because they arent there for you after you purchase the furniture.

After buying furniture and mattress set from them on Logan street for years.we decided to check out their new store. We didn’t see any of their Logan workers. Then we were told they would be with us after telling them we were going to buy a mattresses. They then made us wait until I got tired of being ignored while they waited on older and fancier dressed people in suits and dressed to the nines. Which I then proceeded to leave and buy exactly what I wanted from the new furniture store in their old building on Logan street. I won’t be doing business with them no more.

Dallas and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Never felt pressured and they really took their time making sure we had found exactly what we needed to make our living room more comfortable and relaxing. Thanks Francis team!

We bought living room furniture during the “Going Out of Business-Moving Sale” we were told that we had to order the furniture we wanted, even though they had it in the showroom. Today during their tent sale, we stopped by wanting to see if they might have a good deal for furniture for our family room. What a surprise to see that our exact sofa and one of the chairs we purchased were on the tent sale at HALF the price we purchased ours for. When a employee came up and asked if we need anything I queasiness him about this. I could tell I was irritating him, and before I was finished speaking he walked away. Needless to say we left and WILL BE TAKING FUTURE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Also when we purchased the furniture we were told 3-12 weeks delivery, of course it was closer to 12 weeks. When they did call to tell me they were going to be delivering, the caller was rude to me and told me to make sure the area was clear for the delivery guys because they needed to be quick about the delivery because they would be busy.... Also the salesman suggested we purchase the furniture protection for our furniture, which was our assumption that it was a “protection product “, come to find out that it is not. It is “Insurance “ on your furniture in case something is spilt on the material or the material has an issue. If we would have known this, we would have not purchased the “protection “ which is priced on the sizes of furniture you purchase. This was good quality Lazy Boy furniture. I would think for the price we paid, and for a business to stay strong, that the business would stand behind their products, instead of having their customers but “Insurance “ on their products.

Best staff in at least 200 miles. Ask for Andrew - hes the man. Everything we saw was real furniture, top name brands. Definitely buying here again.

We went into Francis Furniture looking for a mattress for our 8 year old daughter. Chris met us at the door with a smile, and was ready to help! After sharing our reason for needing a mattress, we were given a deal we could not refuse. It literally brought me to tears. The new building also has an awesome, open floor plan that allows you to compare more than a few options at a time, which made our purchase much easier. They even loaded up our new mattress, refusing to allow my husband to help. We will definitely be return customers in the furture!

Went to their moving sale a month ago which said everything must go. Looked around the store for around 30 minutes and nobody ever came to help. We found the boys club downstairs and told one of them we were looking at a small kitchen table set. It was made in Malaysia and the original MSRP supposedly said it was over $1000 which is ridiculous. I found a similar one online for a fraction. The salesman said he could do $500 so I offered half since it was a sale and everything must go. He rudely said this isnt a thrift store and cant negotiate like that and just walked away downstairs to the other salesmen. As we walked down he was snickering to the others and looking at my wife as she walked outside about to make joking/ rude comments. These guys were very unprofessional. Another older gentleman was looking for a recliner while we were there and waited over half an hour and never received help.

Everything is marked way up. Type whatever your looking at there into google and you can find any piece of furniture they have for half of their “on sale” price. I walked in there after work wearing my work clothes and they treated me like I had no money. Totally unprofessional and snobby. If you want an insane deal on furniture go to TIM LEVI RETAIL STORE in celina on fayette st. They have crazy deals and are fun to negotiate with and have different furniture in there every time I go in.

NEVER BUY HERE! Picked out what I wanted and after I agreed to buy, they told me it would take 3-12 WEEKS to come in. 6 months later and I still don’t have my furniture. I complained and they offered me a measly $50 gift card to use in their new store. I JUST WANT MY FURNITURE I PAID FOR!!!!
