More flowers than walmart. Also had hanging baskets. Walmart doesnt have any. I was quite pleased to get everything I went for in one stop

Home Depot is not my favorite place and Cedartown is by far the worst...BUT because it is close we have spent a lot of time and a small fortune $$$ there as we are redoing an old house. It takes a lot of time because NO ONE will help you find anything...EVER. Our last visit--2 weeks ago--we knew exactly what we needed but could not find it. We were in a hurry as we had left our worker in the middle of a project. He needed these items to finish the project that day. My husband stopped a Home Depot employee who was walking slowly by (not checking to see if anyone needed help of course) and asked where we could find the item we needed. YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS...the employee told my husband I dont know where that is...why dont you go up front and ask someone who knows. Because my husband was livid at this point, I told him I would go find some help. There had been 6 employees earlier in the kitchen design area (who hadnt helped us because they were too busy chatting and laughing with each other and wouldnt even turn to look at us) so I headed back that way. I did find another customer in that area who also needed help. No employees were there. A young employee walked past us both down the main center aisle and chose not to answer either of our inquiries. It was a horrible day!! I walked back to find my husband and we did eventually find what we needed ... managed to get it loaded (with no help offered) and up to the checkout where someone WAS AVAILABLE to take our money!! We made it home so our handyman could finish the job and I wish I could swear we will never go to that store again but we probably will. They DO NOT deserve the hard earned money of their customers.

Female working in paints walked by me three times to ask someone if they need help and Im standing closer to her than anyone, dont like to play the race card but I (just my opinion) think it was because Im black. This incident happened at the Cedartown Georgia store . I went to Wal-Mart across the street for my business.

The garden center was awful, tons of employeed standing around until you needed them then theres no one in sight. Getting someone to help us was frustrating bc they acted like they had better things to do like stand around and chitchat. They didnt have anything we were looking for and the person we did find had no clue what we were asking in regards to several popular plants. If that was not frustrating enough many of the shrubs were dead and diseased. They refused to even discount the Spirea when I offered to buy the terrible looking shrubs because they didnt have anymore in stock. They tried to sell me on half dead azaleas saying they looked great. They absolutely did not. Lowes would have offered a discount without me having to ask. Ill take my business to the Lowes in Rome next time.

This Home Depot has a better than usual lawn and garden center, and is usually very well stocked.

The vegetable plants looked horrible. Not vegetable plant selection.
