I don’t recommend you get an oil change here. When I went they didn’t put the motor craft oil filter I paid for. They didn’t add any oil either. They then asked me if I wanted them to switch out the oil filter, obviously I want you to change the filter! I paid for a motor craft oil filter, not the cheap one you put on there. They may of not even changed the filter at all since I didn’t check to see which one was already installed. If you pay to change your oil here mark your filters and make sure they change your oil. I would put zero stars if I could.

Sloooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww at doing simple oil changes. Time quote was WAY off! Plan to be there for at least a couple hours or more!

I simply left. About 2 years ago, the service center was pretty decent. If I had to choose any nearby location this was it. Now the service is just plain awful. Went for an oil change about 3 months ago, and it took well over 3hours. Shrugged it off, coughing it up to a one time experience. Decided to try it again, but very skeptical this time around. Drove my car up, 3 workers(one being the automotive department manager) standing outside. No one comes up to take my service order. Wait a few minutes(10-15), and still no one comes up. Get out, go in after a few minutes, finally someone comes over to place my service order. I go in the waiting room and watch to see what theyre doing. Two service members leave the Automotive shop, and the department manager leaves as well. Cashier walks up, and I inquire as to whats going on in the shop? Why isnt my car being serviced? She tells me that they went on break. They went on break? Both of them? At the same time? While two cars(One behind me) were waiting to be serviced? I understand employees need breaks but this was at the START of their shift. Needless to say my skepticism was correct. This place has gone very far down hill. I asked for my keys and left. Will never return.

Absolutely stole $45 from my elderly mother.Bought an everstart Battery with a 3 year replacement plus 2 years prorated warranty for a very common car.Less than a year later the battery fails. I understand that this happens some times.What is not acceptable is charging her $45 for a lesser battery and telling her to come back later and then they MAY honor the warranty. They gave a BS line about not being able to get a battery in under a week and not letting her return the battery they sold her today.So let me get this straight, they are refusing to honor the warranty, stiffing her for lesser battery and on top of it all, after acknowledging it should be under warranty they said of my complaint:Umm whatever.

This is the slowest place I have ever had to deal with in my life. Had a tire emergency and the people told us 1 1/2 to change the tire. We were 3 hours from home and had our 2 dogs with us and they still sat around talking and playing on their cell phones for 30 minutes before even moving the car from the entrance.

This place is terrible I went on Sunday as I had to bring in a tire that was flat that took An hour and half but the hole time employees working inside were gripping and complaining about what other employees were not doing. Came back monday morning at 8 am to get another matching tire on front of my car and it only took them 3 1/2 hours to put one tire on and there were 4 people back there. The same lady that was bitching the day before was there still bitching. This store has the worst customer service I ever been to. Dont bother telling mangers cause they dont care either.

Redicilously slow. It takes 3 people to change a tire and 2 hours to swap change two tires and a oil change. Never again.
