I purchased a polaris 570 new from cedar creek in 2017 brought in for service in 2018 , then in 2020 after total use of 370 miles and 70 hours the engine blew. I asked for a goodwill repair which was rejected. I got to pay 386.00 for a unit that was given back to me in pieces . They did offer to rip me off completely and purchase the unit for 500.00. Nice since the parts are worth 2000.00. I will now drive as far as I need to purchase any future powersport equipment. -- Also I brought unit in in may of 2021 and they were nice enough to get to it by mid July .Im truly disgusted by my treatment both from Cedar creek and Polaris

I recently had my Valkyrie serviced (engine repair) at Cedar Creek and they did a great job. When I picked it up it ran great but the clutch was soft. I took it back and they found and fixed the leak quickly. I was on the road the next day and so far so good. I would recommend their service group to anyone wanting a quality repair done by qualified techs.

24K mile Service performed and new rubber. To the tune of $2100. Didnt get any feeling of appreciation, not even a courtesy bike wash. Same customer treatment as when I buy 4 quarts of oil. So... I paid for service labor and parts provided. Nothing more. Left dealership feeling meh.

Was looking to replace a tire on my ATV , after dropping the tire and rim off on a Saturday. They called me on Monday morning to let me know Goodyear no longer made ATV tires. I was a bit bummed out but by dinner time they found me a tire that was much better and for a cheaper cost. I really appreciated there footwork and communication.Top notch establishment in my book!!

I was very pleased with the sales and service at Cedarcreek motors. From buying a jet ski battery, helmets, and even a Polaris General the experience and knowledge Chad, Nick, and many more employees provided was just what I was looking for. They listen to my needs and never pressured me into getting something I didnt need. I would recommend them to anyone!

I believe this establishment is massive and beautiful. I did walk in to alot of front desk staff that greeted us and than nothing for about 30min. I thought maybe they were letting us look around. We did eventually get help and the price was good UNTIL they told us that they charge about 700 bucks to the customer for having to put any new bike together when it first comes into the shop, and another 250 bucks to make sure it was put together right. I told my husband that is not going to fly with me, so we left and did send a message with no reply almost 2 weeks have gone by. From start to finish this place gave me a no vibe so I took my husband to a Harley dealer and was able to find something great. Just be careful, it screams possible Crooks like once you buy, they say bye. Took my 2020 Can Am Outlander here for service for a fuel pump issue. Was expecting at least a $500 repair. The service advisor mentioned hearing about a fuse issue on my model, and we found the blown fuse. Replaced and machine started right up and sent me on my way....NO CHARGE! Will definitely make this my new service provider. Honesty and integrity are hard to find these days.

I placed my order for a 2021 Sea-Doo Spark Trixx in late April of 2021 hoping that Id maybe get a unit by the end of the riding season here in WI. Had to order tires, they got me a matched pair within just a few days. Called me to let me know they where in too.... got there a hour before they closed and they got the tires on right away!Awesome customer service would absolutely recommend and go back!

Was directed to Cedar Creek because other local shop wouldnt work on the Honda ATV. Things to consider, I appreciate their shop is apparently understaffed-so the fact it took 10 weeks to repair a stripped cylinder head bolt and about eight if those weeks just to get to it is understandable. However when I was first told 3-5 weeks and was calling back then about every other week after kept getting told should only be one more week. If you dont know, say you dont know. If you think its another four weeks, just say another four weeks. People can be patient especially in times like these, but only when theyre not getting told bull. Other thing I was not happy about, being quoted mid $500s and then coming back to high $800s for what the service counter explained to me was because of parts (gaskets). So either I was under quoted from inexperienced staff or they added an extra $300 for the most expansive gaskets known to man which should have been a realized cost at the beginning. Idk, overall the real test will be if the things leaks oil later.Seems like a nice shop and Im sure their using the books to determine pricing so I dont think I got cheated, but they def need to get some experience in there behind the counter. Since their the only Honda shop around me Im sure Ill be back, and hope this review helps improve what already looks like a nice dealership.

My family and I were looking for a Jet Ski to purchase and my son really wanted a 2019 Sea-Doo GTI SE 130. After searching every dealer in Northern Indiana we found that they had all been sold, right before we called them. I expanded our search and found Cedar Creek Motorsports. They had the exact ski that my son was looking for at a great price. I called and spoke to Bryan and he told me that it was still available so we put down a deposit to hold it and started the process of purchasing it. We worked mainly with Bryan (sales) and Chad Larson. We drove 3 1/2 hours from Indiana to pick it up and it was set up and waiting for us. After a quick signing of the paperwork we were able to drive home and get it out on the lake. Cedar Creek has been awesome so far with everything we needed to do from start to finish! I would definitely go back to them to purchase my next one!!

(36mo / 48mo / 60mo)If possible (Have your financing preapproved from Landmark)Be prepared for a hard sell on warantys. I went to get just a simple maintenance and oil change and it was horrible. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day and they would call me. They didnt, so I called them the next day and they said it should be done today. I even went to the store at the end of day 2 and they said no it would be ready in the morning and they would call. Again they never called and it stayed another night. I returned on the third day in the afternoon and said this was ridiculous. They had finally finished up and gave me the work order. Almost everything was only inspected! The bill was over 1k and they only just changed the oil and inspected various parts. I will not return to service the bike there in the future. Lack of communication, minimal effort, and overpriced. Beware.

After calling around to a number of dealerships, Cedar Creek by far had the best deal on the ATV I purchased. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to work with. Special thanks to Jason Blake in sales, he was very attentive and helpful in working out a deal. James Weber was very helpful with assisting me in reviewing accessories and Kasey Pollock gave a great walk through of the vehicle and had a ton of helpful information regarding using and breaking in the ATV. All around it was a great experience.

So I got my son a 2021 kawasaki klx140 in May and it was his first manual clutch so I knew he was going to be kind of hard on it so I wasnt too surprised when the clutch was burned up after 2 months. I took it in to have it serviced and it took 2 months to get it back to say the least I was very disappointed in the the service dept. The sales team was excellent but needless to say I will be going elsewhere for future services

I ended buying one from a competitor down the road as CC didn’t carry the brand I bought. I went in to look at trailer hitch bike racks… Nick was super informative & gave his honest opinion on features. I mentioned how I dreaded putting it together and he said ‘oh, we can do that for you.. give us 10 mins’!They whipped it up, showed me how to put it on and tips on securing my bikes. Very thankful for the tutorial as I’m pretty sure I would have missed to adjust/tighten the expander in the hitch.The best part of this visit… I had an older bike (not ebike) in the back and asked him if he could show me how to secure it, he said of course! While showing me the how to’s he noticed that the tire was frayed and ready to blow which would have been a trip to the ER for sure! 10 mins later he had both tires changed and ready to roll!I also bought some new grips for my bike and he told me to bring my bike in and they would even put them on for me… I mean, come on! You’re spoiling this woman!!True customer service… something you just don’t get anymore. Thanks so much Nick!!

Accommodating and friendly. I came in unscheduled on a Saturday morning to have a tire mounted and they were able to meet my rushed timing requirements. I’ve done business with Cedarcreek Motorsports for nearly 20 years and have very little to complain about. My only gripe would be that I’ve seldom been able to establish a working relationship with either sales or service probably due to high turnover rate.

Good selection of manufacturers and models when I purchased my Can Am HD8 Knowledgeable staff and worked with me to get me in the correct ride.

This is my second time buying from here. Theyve never entertained any negotiations and the prices are what they are. So, I dont entertain any of the extra add-ons because of this. You should be very uneasy when being sold maintenance plans at 1/3 the cost of a new unit. My previous service experience wasnt positive, it was super slow and I watched 10 gallons of water come out of my ski after paying 300 for winterization (however, to their credit it still worked)... Im convinced they need to hire more women. Diversity on the sales floor could really change the vibe this place conveys to their customers walking thru the doors.Its a fun place to visit and the new building and space is much improved.

We went shopping for an ATV for my son. Brian was an excellent sales rep and not only made me comfortable with the purchase but talked to my son and answered any questions he had with respect. Cedar Creek Motorsports installed a new tire on the front rim of my 1997 Goldwing. They did it 2 days and the two service writers I dealt with, Wyatt and Shane were both courteous and helpful.The unfortunate drawback of the expanded Cedar Creek facility is that they cant find enough qualified service techs to fill the positions they have open and thus, cannot provide service in a timely manner for their customers. I wanted a few other things done on my bike, but was told that I couldnt get an appointment until August. If there was a debilitating problem with my cycle, Id be without it for most of the summer. That is not a very comforting proposition. There are no other repair facilities for Honda motorcycles in close proximity to my home, so therefore, I feel limitec to using Cedar Creek. I hope that this situation can be corrected in the future.

Jason is the man! I called regarding the availability of a 2021 Ninja ZX6R. Less than two hours later I walked out with a brand new bike. Jason was polite, professional and to the point. By far one of the easiest and enjoyable purchase processes I’ve been through!

I definitely recommend Cedar Creek Motorsports for a UTV purchase. We picked up a new Kawasaki Mule from here in 2021. We used the website to find the model we wanted and had a sales rep, Jason Blake, respond to us in less than 24 hours. He had the exact model we wanted delivered to the shop so we could take a look at it.They werent pushy with the sale at all and there was zero pressure to make it happen that day. We purchased a maintenance plan with the shop, so well update the review as we see how well they handle their previous customers.So far though, I can absolutely recommend Cedar Creek for any kind of UTV or ATV purchase.

Randy our sales guy when we purchased our Kawasaki Mule was pretty good no big upsell. We went in there to buy a Can-Am outlander but made the decision to purchase the mule instead. When it came time to purchase some accessories for the mule Randy gave us some good direction on saving some money using an aftermarket windshield instead of the Kawasaki branded. The only critique I have of the entire transaction was knowing when it would all be done and ready to be picked up. I understand with covid and trucking they cant be certain as to what an accessory will arrive at their facility. So they were unable to give us a firm date on that. Overall I would seriously consider buying another piece of equipment from them in the future even though I have other options closer to the home which says a little bit about it.

Quick and easy service call for my bike. Tried to get the TPMS system to read the new monitor in the tire, unfortunately the main receiver is faulty so have to go back when that part comes in.

Purchased some jetskis yesterday. This was the only place within a 100 miles that still had some inventory or higher end machines. Very nice staff, but if you can avoid Saturday I would recommend it. I couldnt and it was still an enjoyable experience.

Even though they said my equipment was no good and leaking oil, they still charged me an armor leg to redo the fluids and oil on a piece of machinery thats no good. $450 down the drain for nothing. If the equipment was no good why do anything to it thats not good customer service. But I guess they have to pay for that new facility they built and someone has to pay one way or another lol 🤪

I got a 2007 Polaris Sportsman 800 and I told them to go over the entire vehicle to make sure that its safe in the woods cuz Im pretty old and they took care of it and they got my plow on that never was put on it in the first place but I got it when I got the the Sportsman theyre great theyre fast they let you know whats going on now that they got my Polaris done it also going to start doing my personal watercraft. Theyre just up the road from me so its pretty nice that I dont have to go day to come and pick up and drop off if you dont have a trailer I was having my plow put on I didnt think it would fit on the trailer but yeah theyre pretty punctual. Ive done business with other places around Milwaukee and Waukesha but these guys do a good job peace

Service department did a great job. Although more than anticipated, they kept in communication about everything and got my ok before continuing on with more work. Everything works fantastic 👍
