Staff gets 5 stars but Hearing Life and Oticon get 4.App needs to improve so frequent office visits are required less.

This place is amazing. Each time I have visited either the West Bend or the Cedarburg location I have had beyond exceptional service. The two ladies, Tricia and Nichole that work there are both very accommodating and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable at each visit. I will be suggesting AccuQuest to anyone in need of hearing service.

Disappointed. I have been without my hearing aids for 5 weeks because I somehow lost one dome. This was during the Covid shelter at home order. I sent an email requesting that they send me replacement, NO RESPONSE! Sent a 2nd email asking that they at least confirm they received it, NO RESPONSE! I then sent an email to the president of Accuquest, NO RESPONSE!I realize this is a crazy time in the world, but cant believe in this day & age a small business owner doesnt check emails for 5 weeks! Its too bad because they are really nice people, but Im going to have to look for a more responsive provider.
