Tim fixed my very large 48 inch clock that no other clock place could fix. It would have been impossible to get it into my car so it was so helpful that he came to my house. He did take another small broken clock from England back to his shop because he needed to order a part. He repaired that one, too. I am so grateful and pleased by his excellent service and the fact that he makes house calls. He is very talented.

Tim did a wonderful job getting our Grandfather clock up and operational. He called ahead, and was on time. He was very knowledgeable, and showed my the correct way to take care and operate the family heirloom. The price for the servicing was very fair.I sent him back to the shop with another clock to repair, and I have no doubt on the outcome. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this company.

Custom clock repair may be the strong suit here, but if youre concerned about when you get your clock back, make sure you ask the time frame you can expect it to be done. I dropped off a cuckoo clock for a cleaning & to have the minute-hand replaced. Itll be a week or two to get the minute-hand as its not one I have in stock, so Ill have to order it was all I was told when I dropped it off. A mere 16 weeks and 2 days later its back home with a new minute hand and cleaned ($70). To be fair, I never asked when it was going to be finished, but never thought it would have taken this long. Pleasant gentleman, but holy cow...

Had a grandfather clock repair by putting in new works. I damaged the pendulum a few weeks later and he repaired and came to the house to hang it correctly. Could not have asked for better or friendlier service. All at reasonable price, did not charge for repair or the house call.

A step back in time. He is a skilled craftsman who loves what he does. Just picked up an 1890s wall clock that belonged to my wifes grandfather. It required a major rebuild plus fixing a cracked pendulum stick. A worn out object is once again something of function and beauty.
