Horrible. Lie about having COVID results ready within 24 hours but by the time you get the results they are irrelevant (4-5 days). Rude people

Melissa the Pharmacist was very helpful when I had a problem with a prescription at another CVS that was closed the last two days. She kept me updated and took care of all necessary transfer actions. Updating me each day and making efforts to solve it. I really appreciated her professional help, positive attitude, knowledge and suggestions. Excellent service. I would highly recommend her as an outstanding employee that will go the extra mile to take care of CVS customers at the pharmacy.

I switched to a few years CVS and have been so happy with the change. The whole pharmacy staff is fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Muhammad, one of the pharmacists, always says Hi when he sees me in the drive thru and makes sure my meds are good to go. They have been busier as they are doing Covid testing, but the rare wait time on the drive thru is worth it.

Dropped new prescription off one day and said I would be in the next day to pick it up. Somehow got misplaced and have to go back again. Live almost 20 minutes away. Then drive thru pick up was closed because they do covid screenings there and had to clean. Was I exposed when I dropped off scripts?

The pharmacy manager, Andrew, is very unprofessional. My husband stopped at CVS pharmacy to pick up a prescription for me, and it was about 15 minutes before closing. Normally, he tries to get there earlier, but on this day it could not be avoided. He pulled up in the drive thru and Andrew told him he was very busy with other customers that were inside the store, and he would not be able to refill my prescription. So, my husband parked the car and went inside, and there were NO customers waiting to be helped. He ask Andrew to please fill the prescription and that he would wait, and Andrew conceded and filled it. Again, he was not helping any other customers in the store at the time. Ever since then, which was about 30 days ago, we have had problems with our prescriptions being automatically refilled, or refilled with the right drug, or even ordered. My husband went in today to get my prescription, and he was told that it had been put on hold and it wouldnt be in the store until tomorrow. I called the pharmacy up to follow up on why it was put on hold, and Nicole (I think that was her name) told me according to what she read in the computer, Andrew had put it on hold and the reason being was that the insurance said it was too early to refill. I have one pill left so I know for a fact its not too early to refill. Nicole put Andrew on the phone and he could not explain what he did to prevent my prescription from being refilled. I told him what Nicole told me and he said what Nicole told me was untrue, even-though she was reading right off the computer. I told him that I think hes intentionally screwing around with my prescriptions because he was mad about my husband stopping in so close to closing a few weeks ago. He literally remembered my husband, told me the story, saying that just because there werent customers waiting he had other things to do before close. Who remembers something like a customer coming in close to closing after over 3 weeks have gone by unless they are harboring some sort of resentment? And, since that happened, my prescriptions are no longer on automatic refill, my record doesnt state name brand only and I got the generic drug which doesnt work for me, and my medication isnt getting ordered to be ready for pick up on time. Coincidence? After years of no problems? I doubt it. I do believe he is trying to get even with us for delaying him that one Monday night. As if we did it intentionally just to slight him. I will be filing a complaint with the State of Wisconsin. This guy has issues. What if he does this to others and ends up hurting someone as hes playing his little retaliatory games to get even with customers?? Its not right. Hes not right.

Extremely rude and unprofessional manager, and I see I am not the only one that has had this experience after reading the reviews. Ive always had decent experiences at the pharmacy, not sure how the customer service doesnt translate into upper management.

Never had issues here except for them calling once in a while to let me know a prescription is ready when really it isnt. Jim is my favorite Pharmacy team member there.

This CVS is absolutely awful. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Youd be better off throwing your prescription down an endless pit than coming here. This pharmacy has dropped the ball and screwed me over again and again. Danielle is exceedingly short and aggressively unhelpful, in particular

My experience at CVS is always pleasurable. Their policy requires that their staff stay busy stocking shelves, etc. when no one is in the store so that is why the you need to ring the bell for check out sometimes. Personally I think its a good idea and have no problems with it because I am always waited on promptly.

Assistant manager Brad is great. However, other staff including pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I have to ring the bell for customer service. Most of the time waiting for up to 5 min. to check out. they need to have a cashier on staff at the register at all times. They need a lot of improvement. Pharmacy is not intelligent at all and rude, rude, rude.

I believe Jim and the staff at cvs do an excellent job. I had a problem this morning(Easter Sunday) and he personallly made a number of phone calls to rectify the issue. And i would like some people to keep in mind that if there is a problem ie. The medicine is too expensive it is not the pharmacists or staffs fault. If you are curtious a patient 99 out of 100 times they will work with you and fix it.
