Bought a Maytag washer and dryer. The men who installed the appliances went above and beyond their responsibility when they discovered that the dryer vent to the outside was completely blocked. They dismantled and cleaned our entire venting system! Thank you so much!

I ordered a new refrigerator, which had some slight damage at HUGE savings. It is a perfect fit to the space in my kitchen. I just wanted to extend my sincere compliments for the delivery team. They were so friendly, patient, and careful. They were sure to show me how to use all the features on the fridge, and got it nicely leveled out for me.Communication was also on point - with a confirmation call the day prior of the delivery window, and a call 45 minutes out from the driver.Top notch, and so quick and efficient! I will be referring all of my buyers and sellers to Jeffro at the Cedarburg location!

Had an amazing experience. Jim and Jeff were great. They helped us find the best appliances for our kitchen set up. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Brian, the installer, was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make sure we would get the best out of our install. The new dishwasher was a slightly different size than our old one, so Brian went out to his van and came back in with some wood baseboard trim he had and put that at the bottom so it covered the gap. Overall a great experience shopping here and highly recommend them to everyone. We LOVE our new appliances!

What a great place-great service in a beautiful showroom at great prices. JEFFRO patiently answered all of our questions regarding washers and dryers and mattresses and ranges. No sales pressure-Delivery and hook-ups went smoothly. Professional service. When we ran into a glitch, they helped us resolve the issue and still installed our range that same day!

Very friendly and responsive when we purchased a dishwasher, and getting $100 of the $150 in warranty cost back after 5 years in a gift card if you don’t use it is a great deal. Their prices also matched Best Buy, Lowe’s and beat Home Depot.

I just dropped into the store this am for some service parts and Andy Naumann instantly recognized me and came over, greeted me hand chatted for a bit.The Mrs. and I have now purchased over time new Clothes Washer and Dryer; Refrigerator and Dishwasher; and a new hard to find (and $$) Downdraft center isle Stove / Oven all from Andy / Kettle Moriane, so weve got experience with this organization and sales person. We can honestly say you can not go wrong patronizing this retailer.We have found you can save a lot of wasted time and effort shopping at big box lumber stores,(etc.) who happen to sell appliances by just going to Kettle Moraine. They have only good quality appliances. They stand behind what they sell. My husband and I stopped in to look at a dishwasher last weekend, and what a pleasant surprise we had. The gal who talked with us...gave us the plain facts...no special pricing, so informed it was remarkable. Our new dishwasher will be installed Thursday of this week. After an initial rough start with another salesperson, we had the pleasure of dealing with Andy Neumann, the stores manager. We ended up buying a new Speed Queen TR-5 Washing Machine and arranging for the delivery at a time that was convenience for both my wife and I. Andy was fabulous! He was engaged, professional, caring, accomodating and courteous to both my wife and I, and, I think, went out of his way to work with both of our demanding work schedules when arranging delivery and installation. We went to Kettle Moraine Appliance after experiencing some problems from a dealer we previously bought from. Andy, and Kettle Moriane Appliance went the whole nine yards!. I would have absolutely no problem recommending Andy Neumann and Kettle Moraine Appliance to anyone whos looking to make a major appliance purchase.

Met with Andy at the Cedarburg store to discuss a new refrigerator. Andy was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was a service tech there named Boomer who helped me decide what to consider. They delivered the refrigerator the next day which I really appreciated. The delivery team was friendly and careful. We just had our hardwood floors finished and they were very careful. They hauled away the old unit and took all the garbage. Ive used both the West Bend store and Cedarburg store and have had a good experience each time. Will come back when I need more appliances. Jim and his team are doing a real nice job helping folks with their appliance needs.

We were having trouble with really bad white build up in dishwasher. I called and talked to Andy, he urged me to check my water softener. He was right, the water softener had been shut off more months! Great customer service!!! You have a life long customer here.!!!
