Refused to take a walk in b2c customer for a simple tack weld job involving couple pieces of rebar. David, the shop manager, was called up to the front of the office, and after being briefed on what I needed he said they didnt have the equipment or the people there to complete the job.Basically, they gave me the impression they dont want local walk in business from the surrounding CR area. Will not be sourcing them for any manufacturing services if they cant help a walk in customer needing 3 tack welds.
