Bought a filing cabinet from them and they took $5 off because they didnt have a set of keys to go with the locks. told me that they had a guy that could make me a key for $5. Made me a key that didnt work so all my files are now locked in and I have to have the locks picked. The safe that came inside of the file cabinet also had a dime sized hole in the bottom that a screwdriver can fit through and can be used to open the safe from the inside (not using the combination). Overall disappointing quality and bad business ethics. Will not be returning.

This store has a nice selection of new and used office chairs, desks etc. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a chair with plenty of adjustable options and lumbar support. I found exactly what I needed with the help of a very nice lady. She was wonderful to work with. I love the chair and will get a lot of good use out of it. If you need office furniture, I would highly recommend stopping by Welter.

Not one of the several employees I saw was wearing a mask. There is no sign requiring or suggesting customers wear masks. It appears that Welter Storage doesnt take your safety seriously. Perhaps that tiny piece of cloth is just too much a burden for the management at Welters to do right by their employees and customers. I always thought better safe than sorry was common sense. Apparently they are all out...

Ive purchased from Welters several times and generally had good experiences. It was a bit odd today when I called to pay by phone and pick up 7 pieces ASAP and the sales person couldnt get me off the phone fast enough because [They] have to get to customers. When someone on the phone asks if they can pay now and pick up today thats a customer. Actually, its the best kind of customer... A paying customer. Also, its probably not helpful to criticize someone for not being familiar with a specific brand. Sales people should help educate, be friendly, and take money.

Despite a gaggle of maskless employees standing about, not a single greeting or offer of assistance. Guess theyre not hurting for business.

Purchased some warehouse shelving for my garage was having problems putting together not only did they exchange it they even came out and put the new stuff together for me . Dean , Mike , and all the staff are great .

The customer service we received from various employees at the different times and dates we were visiting was commendable. The employees go over and above. Great customer service! I needed a new desk for my office and Larry was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture, even helping with measurements and room design. They have a nice showroom with a variety of office furniture. The install team was on-time, very professional and accommodating to my last minute changes. I would highly recommend!

Ordered a large L shaped desk and two office chairs. We requested delivery. We were told it was a good idea to take pictures of the desk in the show room so we would know how to put it together once it was delivered. Makes sense.We had to cancel or initial delivery date due to a death in the family. We thought they came to our area once a week. When I called to cancel they couldn’t tell me when they could deliver as they wait until they have a full truck. I was also treated like an idiot for even asking. This was strike one.Finally after calling them multiple times I got a date for delivery! Thank goodness! We decided to just have them put it in our garage and then we would put it upstairs where it needed to be and put it together.So this last weekend we hall everything in and upstairs. Get things paid out so we can put it together, get my pictures ready to use for reference...Strike two. Wait a minute! These legs they gave us do not match the ones in my picture from the store. So I look on their website and find a picture of my desk and sure enough, the legs are different. So we decided we were not going to put it together and demand they come back with the correct materials and do it themselves. This didn’t work well for me since I work from home and needed this ASAP. So we went ahead and gave it a go.This desk only has three legs then has a support wall and a file cabinet for support on the smaller end. We didn’t get the correct screws for any of the pieces. The desk is up but not very sturdy and I’m unable to try to move it as every time I try it creaks and sounds like it’s ready to break. We paid 400$ for this desk and extra for delivery.We are not happy customers, we will not be repeat customers and we will never refer anyone. This was not a good experience for the amount of money we paid.Oh forgot to mention while in the store, we were invisible apparently. There was one other couple in the store and plenty of employees. We had to go find someone to help us. Not good customer service.

Quality new and used office equipment, massive show rooms, willing to work with price on any item. Owners commited to quality service and customer satisfaction. Purchased a number of items here and have been pleased so far. Worth stopping in if in need of a desk, shelf, office chair, and so on.

All of the staff at Welters are great. They were patient with all of my questions. The delivery crew was very professional, efficient, and tidy. We will definitely be back.

I was in need of a new office chair. Showed up at opening time on a Saturday morning, and was promptly offered coffee. I went home with a used chair that originally cost $600, for about $150. Couldnt tell it had ever been used before. Friendly staff, not pushy.

Called them in June and sent pictures of a Professional office desk that was new with 3 months usage. Did not talk about price but was told by employee Stacie We have recently purchased a large order of used desks and are not in need of any more at this time. Called back in July and asked a gentleman if at this time they would like to purchase the desk. They pulled up the pictures and said No because the desk does not have storage under the return. I said yes it does it has a drawer. Then he said oh I mean a large file drawer under the return. It has a file drawer under the desk as well as another smaller drawer above that. It has a small drawer under the return. I mentioned the response I got in June and felt like all they are doing is making up reasons not to take the desk. I have been in their business and have seen terrible looking desks not in the best shape. Not sure about this business. This desk I have is not Sauder, it is professional office furniture that West Bend Insurance uses. Solid and well constructed purchased from JL Business Interiors Inc West Bend Wi. My experience not so great.
