I have done business with the Caddy Auction house several times. All times where I was consigning items. They were very professional and respectful. They gave me clear and accurate timelines of the auctions, and when I could expect payment. I consigned firearms and knifes, and got way more money than expected. Caddy Auction is a great establishment!

Great people to auction off your collections. They are very likeable and professional. They research items so you have an idea of what to expect. We were highly satisfied with the results we got from our items.

Dishonest people. They charged me an $11 handling fee for a bb gun I purchased, because they say a bb gun is a firearm. WRONG! No customer service. This company gives the auctioneering business a bad name.

Havent had any bad luck with them and to people crying about stuff going to high priced its an auction. Your in control how much stuff goes for dnt bid if ya think its to high then throw a fit saying it. Honestly great people bought handful of guns from them Im sure Ill buy more .

Very bad experience with a recent auction. From end of auction to shipment of product was total of nine days without any communication on delays or rationale for delay. Simple communication goes along way in keeping customers. Stay away and let this be another warning of concern with Cady Auction Gallery.

Went there and they mis-represented items even when proof was given well in advance of auction start and still lied to their customers. The people bidding paid way too much for almost everything. The quality of the items was not that great and the was represented as being one of a kind and rare half the time even when it was most definitely neither of those. Biggest crook house Ive ever been to.

BEWARE! avoid this place. Poor customer service and they will grossly overcharge you if you need something shipped! BAD EXPERIENCE!

Looks like they deleted my previous review. I spent about $300 in cash and was short about $50, so I put it on my credit card. They told me I would need to pay a fee on $350, not just the credit card fee for the $50. Yes, they wanted to charge me a credit card fee on CASH. They told me they had no other way of doing it, which is total BS!
