I have been going to Helzberg for almost 10 years and love it. Awesome selection and they are very helpful.

My chain broke within 3 months. They didnt replace it, they said it had to be repaired and would take 2 weeks. I picked it up on Sunday, today, Wednesday, it broke again. I paid over $44 and its a piece of junk.

Everyone was so helpful in putting together an amazing engagement combination at just the price I needed. The manager even went as far as talking with the regional manager to get the rings out the door at the price i needed. Thanks again for the great service!!👍

Best jeweler in Cedar Rapids. They are always friendly even when very busy. They offer a lifetime warranty on many items as long as you keep up with the maintenance schedule. We shopped probably 10 different shops for my wifes wedding ring. Their diamonds are the most beautiful and colorless. Many other shops diamonds looked yellow compared to my wifes engagement ring. Pricing seems fair and maybe a touch below the industry.

We had a $50 coupon to use off of a purchase of $50. We have gotten one of these before and used it to buy a chain there was no problem in doing that however this time the girl had to ask the manager and they refused to let us do it. We ended up using the coupon and spent $200. They were nice however wasnt sure why they wouldnt just let my wife Buy a chain

Rachael was amazing!! We stopped in to look at rings as we struggled at other places and just were not happy with the service and quality we received. Today at Helzberg she knocked it out of the park. I got the most beautiful ring and amazing service. She is so friendly and you can see she TRULY cares about what you want. Was there with my daughter to get her rings checked. They offered to clean and check mine, too. They found loose stones and severely worn prongs in 2 of my rings. Will absolutely be taking my rings in to be repaired at Helzbergs! Great staff!!

Salesperson was friendly. Went in for 6 month cleaning of my wifes ring (she was not present). This particular ring had sat in the box since its last cleaning. Salesperson informed me there were two losel stones and that it would be $43 to have the ring shipped out and serviced. Not knowing any better I agreed to the charges and went to meet up with my wife in the mall. She explained the ring hasnt been work in 6 months so we went back and decided against the service charge. After explaining to the salesperson the ring hadnt been worn she tried to back talk by saying the stones werent very loose after all and that even if the ring isnt worn and kept in its box that the stones can come loose on their own.Needless to say, we took the ring to another jewelery store outside the mall and asked for a simple inspection and cleaning, just as we had done at the first store. We watched them inspect and clean the ring. When we got the ring back I asked if there were any issues with the ring that might be a concern. They said no everything was in good condition, gave us the ring and we were on our way.I have a feeling the salesperson was looking to take advantage of a chance to make a quick buck rather than looking out for its customers best interest.Buyer Beware

They were nice, professional and helped me get strait to the point of what I needed. I was getting my then girl freind a engagement ring before I left for basic training for the army. And I was a little nervous walking in but they took all that away and were extremely helpful.

Miranda is a ROCK-STAR! She was extremely helpful, took the time to show us what we would be getting, listened to my concerns and was very empathetic with the situation of my wedding ring. We use to shop at a different Jewelry store but because of her we will be going to Helzberg from here on out! Go to Miranda at Lindale Mall if you need anything taken care of, she is your girl!
