He was professional, on time, did great follow up, and we had our door within the time he quoted it would be here. The installation guys were professional and on time and made sure everything worked as it should. The door is great quality and extremely quiet. Thanks to the Derecho last year, I had to get a new garage door. I was recommended to Adams Door and was nothing other than pleased with the entire experience. From the time the gentleman came out to measure very promptly after inquiring, the short waiting period (compared to other companies) to get the door in, and especially the installation day. Very happy with the service to fix a broken spring. Jeff identified another installation flaw and fixed that for me. The receptionist, Sarah, was extremely helpful to reschedule, so my car wouldn’t be stuck in the garage. Another CR door company couldn’t even schedule an appointment for 3 days!

The serviceman Taylor was very helpful and had minor problem fixed in 5 minutes. The problem is that Adams door inc charges a one hour minimum of $88.81. They are just out for a quick buck, but will have a hard time getting repeat business. I have several doors I need installed on a new building next spring and would never consider using them. Very poor way to do business.

Just about an hour ago, I placed a call-in to an issue with the new spring installation that they did over a month ago on my main garage door. I guess they had someone in my neighborhood so they sent him over, and within less than an hour, they had the problem fixed. Although the price was high at first, but its very impressive with the support they have and I think they earn a repeated customer. Thank you for the job well done btw!

Weve used them twice. One service call a couple of years ago that was very satisfactory. When I called more recently, he told me over the phone how to fix the problem and it worked! Very pleasant and considerate.

Had a garage door cable come off track and a customer car was stuck inside my shop because of it. Trying to run a glass shop, this was a major problem for me and my customer. Placed the call and within 5 minutes they were here. Not to mention the job was done in 10 minutes. Yes it was a little pricey, but they saved the day! They were done and on the road before I even had the car put back together. Very fast service and a job well done. Thank you!!

Bad customer service. Keeping your word as a business means the world. When you lie, people stop trusting you and take their business else where.

The salesman gave me a verbal bid, then changed it in the written agreement. He took well over a month to get this to me. I will never us them again.
