John was very helpful in helping me choose what gear would be best for my level of diving. They are very knowledgeable about the sport of diving. Plus they have the best prices around. My husband and I had done a few classes with them. They have great customer service and answers any questions that you will have. We are continuing to further our Scuba Diving Certifications with the store. We were happy that we got certified before we went on our honeymoon, as we did scuba diving for an activity and not have to waste time on doing the class while we were there. I also love supporting supporting our small local businesses around the area, and give back to the community where we live.

Exceptional experienced staff!! I brought a friend with me that was only recently qualified with dry suit from another dive shop and she swore it off from ever using one again. I convinced her to try once more with Ocean Reef Scuba and the difference in her experience was astounding. The staff at Ocean Reef Scuba really simplified techniques of making the use of a dry suite more enjoyable and comfortable for her. I had a lot of questions on new equipment (as I bought previously online, and regret the support and service I received, or lack of for that matter.) I had the thought of just going in and looking around a bit.My mind was blown by the way the knowledgeable, super friendly, helpful staff treated me!!!! Down to earth guys! One is a marine core vet so you know you can count on professionalism! Store is very clean and stocked with all scuba needs!
